A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia(standard version)显示文摘In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named '2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)' by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. This rapid advice guideline is suitable for the first frontline doctors and nurses, managers of hospitals and healthcare sections, community residents, public health persons, relevant researchers, and all person who are interested in the 2019-nCoV. | Ying-Hui Jin Lin Cai Zhen-Shun Cheng Hong Cheng Tong Deng Yi-Pin Fan Cheng Fang Di Huang Lu-Qi Huang Qiao Huang Yong Han Bo Hu Fen Hu Bing-Hui Li Yi-Rong Li Ke Liang Li-Kai Lin Li-Sha Luo Jing Ma Lin-Lu Ma Zhi-Yong Peng Yun-Bao Pan Zhen-Yu Pan Xue-Qun Ren Hui-Min Sun Ying Wang Yun-Yun Wang Hong Weng Chao-Jie Wei Dong-Fang Wu Jian Xia Yong Xiong Hai-Bo Xu Xiao-Mei Yao Yu-Feng Yuan Tai-Sheng Ye Xiao-Chun Zhang Ying-Wen Zhang Yin-Gao Zhang Hua-Min Zhang Yan Zhao Ming-Juan Zhao Hao Zi Xian-Tao Zeng Yong-Yan Wang Xing-Huan Wang 无 | 2020 | Military Medical Research2020,7,1: | 161
A Review of Seasonal Climate Prediction Research in China显示文摘The ultimate goal of climate research is to produce climate predictions on various time scales. In China, efforts to predict the climate started in the 1930 s. Experimental operational climate forecasts have been performed since the late 1950 s,based on historical analog circulation patterns. However, due to the inherent complexity of climate variability, the forecasts produced at that time were fairly inaccurate. Only from the late 1980 s has seasonal climate prediction experienced substantial progress, when the Tropical Ocean and Global Atmosphere project of the World Climate Research program(WCRP) was launched. This paper, following a brief description of the history of seasonal climate prediction research, provides an overview of these studies in China. Processes and factors associated with the climate variability and predictability are discussed based on the literature published by Chinese scientists. These studies in China mirror aspects of the climate research effort made in other parts of the world over the past several decades, and are particularly associated with monsoon research in East Asia. As the climate warms, climate extremes, their frequency, and intensity are projected to change, with a large possibility that they will increase. Thus, seasonal climate prediction is even more important for China in order to effectively mitigate disasters produced by climate extremes, such as frequent floods, droughts, and the heavy frozen rain events of South China. | WANG Huijun FAN Ke SUN Jianqi LI Shuanglin LIN Zhaohui ZHOU Guangqing CHEN Lijuan LANG Xianmei LI Fang ZHU Yali CHEN Hong ZHENG Fei | 2015 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2015,32,2: | 20
Minimally invasive surgery alone compared with intensity-modulated radiotherapy for primary stage I nasopharyngeal carcinoma显示文摘Background:The National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines recommend intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)as the primary curative treatment for newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),but the radiation-related complications and relatively high medical costs remain a consequential burden for the patients.Endoscopic nasopharyngectomy(ENPG)was successfully applied in recurrent NPC with radiation free and relatively low medical costs. In this study,we examined whether ENPG could be an effective treatment for localized stage I NPC.Methods:Ten newly diagnosed localized stage I NPC patients voluntarily received ENPG alone from June 2007 to September 2017 in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center.Simultaneously, the data of 329 stage I NPC patients treated with IMRT were collected and used as a reference cohort. The survival outcomes, quality of life(QOL),and medical costs between two groups were compared. Results:After a median follow-up of 59.0 months(95%CI 53.4-64.6),no death, locoregional recurrence,or distant metastasis was observed in the 10 patients treated with ENPG.The 5-year overall survival, local relapse-free survival, regional relapse-free survival, and distant metastasis-free survival among the ENPG-treated patients was similar to that among the IMRT-treated patients(100%vs.99.1%,100%vs.97.7%,100%vs.99.0%,100%vs.97.4%,respectively,P>0.05).In addition, compared with IMRT,ENPG was associated with decreased total medical costs($4090.42±1502.65 vs.$12620.88±4242.65,P<0.001)and improved QOL scores including dry mouth(3.3±10.5 vs.34.4±25.8,P<0.001)and sticky saliva(3.3±10.5 vs.32.6±23.3,P<0.001).Conclusions:ENPG alone was associated with promising long-term survival outcomes, low medical costs, and satisfactory QOL and might therefore be an alternative strategy for treating newly diagnosed localized stage I NPC patients who refused radiotherapy. However, the application of ENPG should be prudent, and prospective clinical tri-als were needed to further verify the results. | You-Ping Liu Xing Lv Xiong Zou Yi-Jun Hua Rui You Qi Yang Le Xia Shao-Yan Guo Wen Hu Meng-Xia Zhang Si-Yuan Chen Mei Lin Yu-Long Xie Li-Zhi Liu Rui Sun Pei-Yu Huang Wei Fan Xiang Guo Ming-Huang Hong Ming-Yuan Chen | 2019 | Cancer Communications2019,39,1: | 17
The Chromosome-Based Rubber Tree Genome Provides New Insights into Spurge Genome Evolution and Rubber Biosynthesis显示文摘The rubber tree,Hevea brasiliensis, produces natural rubber that serves as an essential industrial raw material. Here,we present a high-quality reference genome for a rubber tree cultivar GT1 using single-molecule real-time sequencing(SMRT)and Hi-C technologies to anchor the~1.47-Gb genome assembly into 18 pseudochromosomes. The chromosome-based genome analysis enabled us to establish a model of spurge chromosome evolution, since the common paleopolyploid event occurred before the split of Hevea and Manihot. We show recent and rapid bursts of the three Hevea-specific LTR-retrotransposon families during the last 10 million years, leading to the massive expansion by~65.88%(~970 Mbp)of the whole rubber tree genome since the divergence from Manihot. We identify large-scale expansion of genes associated with whole rubber biosynthesis processes, such as basal metabolic processes, ethylene biosynthesis, and the activation of polysaccharide and glycoprotein lectin, which are important properties for latex production.A map of genomic variation between the cultivated and wild rubber trees was obtained, which contains~15.7 million high-quality single-nucleotide polymorphisms. We identified hundreds of candidate domestication genes with drastically lowered genomic diversity in the cultivated but not wild rubber trees despite a relatively short domestication history of rubber tree, some of which are involved in rubber biosynthesis. This genome assembly represents key resources for future rubber tree research and breeding, providing novel targets for improving plant biotic and abiotic tolerance and rubber production. | Jin Liu Cong Shi Cheng-Cheng Shi Wei Li Qun-Jie Zhang Yun Zhang Kui Li Hui-Fang Lu Chao Shi Si-Tao Zhu Zai-Yun Xiao Hong Nan Yao Yue Xun-Ge Zhu Yu Wu Xiao-Ning Hong Guang-Yi Fan Yan Tong Dan Zhang Chang-Li Mao Yun-Long Liu Shi-Jie Hao Wei-Qing Liu Mei-Qi Lv Hai-Bin Zhang Yuan Liu Ge-Ran Hu-tang Jin-Peng Wang Jia-Hao Wang Ying-Huai Sun Shu-Bang Ni Wen-Bin Chen Xing-Cai Zhang Yuan-Nian Jiao Evan E.Eichler Guo-Hua Li Xin Liu Li-Zhi Gao | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,2: | 15

Multigene phylogeny of the family Cordycipitaceae (Hypocreales): new taxa and the new systematic position of the Chinese cordycipitoid fungus Paecilomyces hepiali显示文摘The phylogeny and systematics of cordycipitoid fungi have been extensively studied in the last two decades. However, systematic positions of some taxa in the family Cordycipitaceae have not yet been thoroughly resolved. In this study,a new phylogenetic framework of Cordycipitaceae is reconstructed using multigene(nrSSU,nrLSU,tef-1α,rpb1 and rpb2)sequence data with large-scale taxon sampling. In addition,ITS sequence data of species belonging to the Lecanicillium lineage in the family Cordycipitaceae are used to further determine their phylogenetic placements.Based on molecular phylogenetic data together with morphological evidence, two new genera(Flavocillium and Liangia),16 new species and four new combina-tions are introduced. In the new genus Flavocillium, one new species F.bifurcatum and three new combinations previously described as Lecanicillium, namely F.acerosium,F.primulinium and F.subprimulinium, are proposed. The genus Liangia is built by the new species Lia.sinensis with Lecanicillium-like asexual morph, isolated from an entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria yunnanensis.Due to the absence of Paecilomyces hepiali,an economically and medically significant fungus,in the earlier phylogenetic analyses, its systematic position has been puzzling in both business and academic communities for a long time.Here,P.hepiali is recharacterized using the holotype material along with seven additional samples. It is assigned to the genus Samsoniella(Cordycipitaceae,Hypocreales)possessing Cordyceps-like sexual morph and Isaria-like asexual morph, and thus a new combination, namely S.hepiali is proposed. An additional nine new species in Samsoniella are described:S.alpina,S.antleroides,S.cardinalis,S.cristata,S.lanmaoa,S.kunmingensis,S.ramosa,S.tortricidae and S.yunnanensis.Four new species in Cordyceps are described:C.chaetoclavata,C.cocoonihabita,C.shuifuensis and C.sub-tenuipes.Simplicillium yunnanense, isolated from synnemata of Akanthomyces waltergamsii,is described as a new species. | Yuan-Bing Wang Yao Wang Qi Fan Dong-E Duan Guo-Dong Zhang Ru-Qin Dai Yong-Dong Dai Wen-Bo Zeng Zi-Hong Chen Dan-Dan Li De-Xiang Tang Zhi-Hong Xu Tao Sun Thi-Tra Nguyen Ngoc-Lan Tran Van-Minh Dao Can-Ming Zhang Luo-Dong Huang Yong-Jun Liu Xiao-Mei Zhang Da-Rong Yang Tatiana Sanjuan Xing-Zhong Liu Zhu L.Yang Hong Yu | 2020 | Fungal Diversity2020,,4: | 9
Promoting ring-opening efficiency for suppressing toxic intermediates during photocatalytic toluene degradation via surface oxygen vacancies显示文摘Aromatic ring-opening process is well recognized as the rate-determining step for catalytic toluene degradation. In photocatalytic toluene degradation, the toxic intermediates w让h harmful effects may be generated. To clarify the precise reaction mechanism and control the toxic intermediates generation, a closely combined in situ DRIFTS and DFT calculation is utilized to address these important issues. We construct the BiOCl w让h oxygen vacancies (OVs) and reveal the structure of OVs. The defect level caused by oxygen vacancies could promote the light adsorption and charge separation, which further boosts the activation of ring-opening species and enhances the generation process of free radicals. The reaction energy barriers of four possible ring-opening processes on defective BiOCl (OVBOC) are all declined in comparison with perfect BiOCl (BOC). The existence of oxygen vacancies could smooth the ratedetermining step so the ring-opening efficiency of photocatalytic toluene degradation is highly increased. Most importantly, the methyl species would be further oxidized and tend to open the benzene-ring at benzoic acid on BOC while the ring would be broken at the benzyl alcohol on OVBOC. These results indicate that the toluene degradation pathway is shortened via the surface OVs, which enables the production of radicals with high oxidation capability for the accelerated chain scission of the ring-opening intermediates. Finally, the efficiency of the key ring-opening process could be enormously improved and toxic intermediates are effectively restrained. The present work could provide new insights into the design of high-performance photocatalysts for efficient and safe degradation of VOCs in air. | Xing'an Dong Wen Cui Hong Wang Jieyuan Li Yanjuan Sun Haiqiang Wang Yuxin Zhang Hongwei Huang Fan Dong | 2019 | Science Bulletin2019,64,10: | 9
Prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in China:lessons from the past three decades显示文摘In the past 37 years, human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)has undergone various major transmission routes in China, with the world most complex co-circulating HIV-1 subtypes, even the prevalence is still low.In response to the first epidemic outbreak of HIV in injecting drug users and the second one by illegal commercial blood collection,China issued the Anti-Drug Law and launched the Blood Donation Act and nationwide nucleic acid testing, which has avoided 98,232 to 211,200 estimated infections and almost ended the blood product-related infection.China has been providing free antiretroviral therapy(ART)since 2003,which covered>80%of the identified patients and achieved a viral suppression rate of 91%.To bend the curve of increasing the disease burden of HIV and finally end the epidemic,China should consider constraining HIV spread through sexual transmission, narrowing the gaps in identifying HIV cases, and the long-term effectiveness and safety of ART in the future. | Jun-Jie Xu Meng-Jie Han Yong-Jun Jiang Hai-Bo Ding Xi Li Xiao-Xu Han Fan Lv Qing-Feng Chen Zi-Ning Zhang Hua-Lu Cui Wen-Qing Geng Jing Zhang Qi Wang Jing Kang Xiao-Lin Li Hong Sun Ya-Jing Fu Ming-Hui An Qing-Hai Hu Zhen-Xing Chu Ying-Jie Liu Hong Shang | 2021 | Chinese Medical Journal2021,,23: | 9
A Novel Surgery Classification for Endoscopic Approaches to Middle Ear Cholesteatoma显示文摘This study aimed to develop a novel surgery classification for an endoscopic approach to middle ear cholesteatoma. We retrospectively analyzed the surgical approaches and outcomes of patients with middle ear cholesteatoma.Middle ear cholesteatoma surgeries were divided into four types and two special types as follows:type I,attic retraction pocket, which only requires tympanostomy tube placement or retraction pocket resection and cartilage reconstruction;typeⅡ,cholesteatoma which is limited to the attic or in which endoscopy can confirm complete removal of mastoid cholesteatoma lesions, including type Ⅱa,requiring only use of a curette, and type Ⅱ b,requiring use of an electric drill or chisel;type Ⅲ,cholesteatoma not limited to the attic,in which endoscopy cannot confirm complete removal of mastoid cholesteatoma lesions, requiring the combined use of endoscope and microscope to perform endoscopic tympanoplasty and'Canal Wall Up'mastoidectomy;type Ⅳ,extensive involvement of mastoid cavity cholesteatoma lesions and/or cases with a potential risk of complications, removal of which can only be performed under a microscope for'Canal Wall Down'mastoidectomy. In addition, there were two special types:'difficult external auditory canal'and congenital cholesteatoma in children. In our system, type I and type U middle ear cholesteatoma surgery was completely performed under an endoscope alone. However, estimating the extent of the lesions, determining the choice of mastoid opening and reestablishing ventilation are the key points for an endoscopic approach to middle ear cholesteatoma. The classification of endoscopic middle ear cholesteatoma surgery may benefit the selection of surgical indications. | Yu SUN En-hao WANG Jin-tao YU Gang ZHONG Li-xin ZHU-Yi WANG Niu XUN Hong YU Wen ZHOU Zhen XIE Kun ZHANG Guo-run FAN Yi ZHONG Hong-jun XIAO Wei-jia KONG | 2020 | Current Medical Science2020,40,1: | 8
Association of Overlapped and Un-overlapped Comorbidities with COVID-19 Severity and Treatment Outcomes: A Retrospective Cohort Study from Nine Provinces in China显示文摘Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains unclear. Methods A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of COVID-19.Results Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two weeks. Conclusion Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes. | MA Yan ZHU Dong Shan CHEN Ren Bo SHI Nan Nan LIU Si Hong FAN Yi Pin WU Gui Hui YANG Pu Ye BAI Jiang Feng CHEN Hong CHEN Li Ying FENG Qiao GUO Tuan Mao HOU Yong HU Gui Fen HU Xiao Mei HU Yun Hong HUANG Jin HUANG Qiu Hua HUANG Shao Zhen JI Liang JIN Hai Hao LEI Xiao LI Chun Yan LI Min Qing LI Qun Tang LI Xian Yong LIU Hong De LIU Jin Ping LIU Zhang MA Yu Ting MAO Ya MO Liu Fen NA Hui WANG Jing Wei SONG Fang Li SUN Sheng WANG Dong Ting WANG Ming Xuan WANG Xiao Yan WANG Yin Zhen WANG Yu Dong WU Wei WU Lan Ping XIAO Yan Hua XIE Hai Jun XU Hong Ming XU Shou Fang XUE Rui Xia YANG Chun YANG Kai Jun YUAN Sheng Li ZHANG Gong Qi ZHANG Jin Bo ZHANG Lin Song ZHAO Shu Sen ZHAO Wan Ying ZHENG Kai ZHOU Ying Chun ZHU Jun Teng ZHU Tian Qing ZHANG Hua Min WANG Yan Ping WANG Yong Yan 无 | 2020 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,12: | 8

Interleukin-17 plays a critical role in the acute rejection of intestinal transplantation显示文摘AIM:To investigate the role of interleukin(IL)-17 in small bowel allograft rejection.METHODS:We detected the expression of helper T cell 17(Th17)cells in biopsy specimens from 3 cases of living small bowel transplantation in our department through immunofluorescence stain. We then established a rat heterotopic small bowel transplantation model. The rats were sacrificed on the 1st,2nd,3rd,5th, and 7th d after small bowel transplantation. The degrees of transplantation rejection in rat intestine graft were examined through hematoxylin eosin(HE)stain, and the expression of Th17 cells in rat intestine graft were detected through immunofluorescence stain. In addition, the recipient rats undergoing intestinal transplantation were administrated with mouse-anti-rat IL-17 monoclonal antibody(mAb),and the survival of rats was analyzed. The recipient rats which received mouse-anti-rat IL-17 mAb treatment were sacrificed on the 1st,2nd,3rd,5th,and 7th d after small bowel transplantation. The degrees of transplantation rejection and the expression of Th17 cells in rat intestine graft were detected through HE and immunofluorescence stain. The expression of IL-17,IL-1β,tumor necroses factor receptor-α(TNF-α),IL-6,and IL-8 in the intestine graft or serum were also detected. RESULTS:The expressions of Th17 cells ran parallel with the degree of acute rejection in human intestine grafts. The intestine graft rejection of rats was aggravated with prolonged duration after intestinal transplantation, and the expressions of Th17 cells were also correlated with the degree of acute rejection in rat intestine grafts.Administration of mouse-anti-rat IL-17 mAb prolonged the survival of rats after small bowel transplantation(P<0.001).Furthermore,we found that the administration of mouse-anti-rat IL-17 mAb significantly decreased the intensity of CD4+IL-17+Th17 cells in intestine grafts on the 2nd,3rd,5th,and the 7th d (97.22±4.05vs 12.45±2.02 on the 7th d,P<0.0001), and suppressed the severity of acute rejection. The expression of IL-17 in the intestine graft declined after mouse-anti-rat IL-17 mAb administration on the 2nd,3rd,5th,and the 7th d(0.88±0.03 vs 0.35±0.02 on the 7th d,P<0.0001).We also detected the IL-17 serum level and found that the IL-17 level reduced from the 1st d to the 7th d(6.52±0.18 ng/mL vs 2.04±0.15 ng/mL on the 7th d,P<0.0001).No significant difference in the level of IL-17 mRNA in the intestine graft was identified between the two groups. The levels of IL-1β,TNF-α, IL-6,and IL-8 mRNA in the intestine graft after the administration of mouse-anti-rat IL-17 mAb were also tested. We found that on the 3rd,5th,and 7th d after intestinal transplantation, administration of mouse-anti- rat IL-17 mAb significantly inhibited the levels of IL-1β (12.11±1.16 vs 1.27±0.15 on the 7th d,P<0.001), TNF-α(27.37±2.60 vs 1.06±0.26 on the 7th d,P< 0.001),IL-6(21.43±1.79 vs 1.90±0.32 on the 7th d, P<0.001),and IL-8(20.44±1.44 vs 1.34±0.20 on the 7th d,P<0.001)mRNA in the intestine graft. CONCLUSION:IL-17 may act as a promising and potent target for inhibiting acute rejection after small bowel transplantation. | Jian-Jun Yang Fan Feng Liu Hong Li Sun Meng-Bin Li Ran Zhuang Feng Pan Ying-Mei Wang Wei-Zhong Wang Guo-Sheng Wu Hong-Wei Zhang | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,5: | 7
WSe2 2D p-type semiconductor-based electronic devices for information technology:Design, preparation, and applications显示文摘The pioneering exfoliation of monolayer tungsten diselenide has greatly inspired researchers toward semiconducting applications.WSe2 belongs to a family of transition-metal dichalcogenides.Similar to graphene,WSe2 and analogous dichalcogenides have layered structures with weak van der Waals interactions between two adjacent layers.First, the readers are presented with the fundamentals of WSe2,such as types, morphologies, and properties. Here,we report the characterization principles and practices such as microscopy, spectroscopy, and diffraction.Second, the methods for obtaining high-quality WSe2,such as exfoliation, hydrothermal and chemical vapor deposition, are briefly listed. With advantages of light weight, flexibility, and high quantum efficiency,2D materials may have a niche in optoelectronics as building blocks in p-n junctions. Therefore,we introduce a state-of-the-art demonstration of heterostructure devices employing the p-type WSe2 semiconductor. The device architectures include field-effect transistors, photodetectors, gas sensors, and photovoltaic solar cells.Due to its unique electronic, optical, and energy band properties,WSe2 has been increasingly investigated due to the conductivity of the p-type charge carrier upon palladium contact.Eventually, the dynamic research on WSe2 and van der Waals heterostructures is summarized to arouse the passion of the 2D research community. | Qilin Cheng Jinbo Pang Dehui Sun Jingang Wang Shu Zhang Fan Liu Yuke Chen Ruiqi Yang Na Liang Xiheng Lu Yanchen Ji Jian Wang Congcong Zhang Yuanhua Sang Hong Liu Weijia Zhou | 2020 | InfoMat2020,2,4: | 5
Optimal Siting and Sizing of Distributed Renewable Energy in an Active Distribution Network显示文摘The distributed generation (DG) plays an important role in the context of the environmental problems and sustain- able development throughout the world. This paper proposes a DG siting and sizing model in an active distribution network (ADN). The objective is to minimize the total cost, including investment, operation and maintenance costs. The proposed model is transferred to a Mixed Integer Second-Order Cone Programming (MISOCP) model based on a distribution network forward backward-sweep power flow and constraint relaxation. The CVX platform and GUROBI solver are used for the solution. The scenario analysis is used for the uncertainties of load and DG. Different numbers of operational scenarios are considered in order to analyze the effect of a non-network solution to the final planning result and total investment. The planning results with and without consideration of active managements, and the planning results with and without taking environmental profits into consideration, are compared and analyzed. The proposed methodology is verified with a modified IEEE 33 example. | Haijun Xing Hong Fan Xin Sun Shaoyun Hong Haozhong Cheng | 2018 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,3: | 5

Whole Genome Analyses of Chinese Population and De Novo Assembly of A Northern Han Genome显示文摘To unravel the genetic mechanisms of disease and physiological traits,it requires comprehensive sequencing analysis of large sample size in Chinese populations. Here,we report the primary results of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Precision Medicine Initiative(CASPMI)project launched by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, including the de novo assembly of a northern Han reference genome(NH1.0)and whole genome analyses of 597 healthy people coming from most areas in China.Given the two existing reference genomes for Han Chinese(YH and HX1)were both from the south,we constructed NH1.0,a new reference genome from a northern individual,by combining the sequencing strategies of PacBio,10×Genomics,and Bionano mapping.Using this integrated approach,we obtained an N50 scaffold size of 46.63 Mb for the NH1.0 genome and performed a comparative genome analysis of NH1.0 with YH and HX1.In order to generate a genomic variation map of Chinese populations,we performed the whole-genome sequencing of 597 participants and identified 24.85 million(M)single nucleotide variants(SNVs),3.85 M small indels, and 106,382 structural variations. In the association analysis with collected phenotypes,we found that the T allele of rs1549293 in KAT8 significantly correlated with the waist circumference in northern Han males. Moreover, significant genetic diversity in MTHFR,TCN2,FADS1,and FADS2,which associate with circulating folate, vitamin B12,or lipid metabolism, was observed between northerners and southerners.Especially, for the homocysteine-increasing allele of rs1801133(MTHFR 677T),we hypothesize that there exists a “comfort”zone for a high frequency of 677T between latitudes of 35–45 degree North.Taken together, our results provide a high-quality northern Han reference genome and novel population-specific data sets of genetic variants for use in the personalized and precision medicine. | Zhenglin Du Liang Ma Hongzhu Qu Wei Chen Bing Zhang Xi Lu Weibo Zhai Xin Sheng Yongqiao Sun Wenjie Li Meng Lei Qiuhui Qi Na Yuan Shuo Shi Jingyao Zeng Jinyue Wang Yadong Yang Qi Liu Yaqiang Hong Lili Dong Zhewen Zhang Dong Zou Yanqing Wang Shuhui Song Fan Liu Xiangdong Fang Hua Chen Xin Liu Jingfa Xiao Changqing Zeng | 2019 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2019,17,3: | 4
Comparison of thermal and light performance in two typical Chinese solar greenhouses in Beijing显示文摘Solar greenhouses have been used for producing vegetables in northern China during early spring, late autumn or over-winter.To improve the thermal performance of solar greenhouses,a traditional type and a retrofitted design were comparatively evaluated. In the retrofitted design, three adjustments were incorporated:the material and structure of the walls,south-facing roof angle, and structure of the north-facing back-roof.The results indicated that the thermal and light performance of the retrofitted greenhouse was much better than that of the traditional greenhouse.Specifically, the daily mean temperature, minimum air temperature, and soil temperature inside the greenhouses after retrofit ting were increased by 1.3,2.4,and 1.9℃,respectively,meanwhile,the daily total solar radiation and PAR were increased by 28.2%and 9.2%,respectively.The wall temperature and its daily variation range were reduced with increasing depth and height. The characteristic analysis of heat storage and release indicated that higher locations have longer heat storage, and shorter heat release time in vertical direction,as well as a lower ratio of heat release to storage. In horizontal direction, the western wall has the shortest heat storage time but the highest heat release flux density.Altogether, the heat storage time of the wall is 1.5 h less than that of the soil. The heat storage flux density of the wall is 1.5 times of that of the soil, but the heat release flux is only 61%of the soil’s value. The total wall heat storage is half of that of the soil in the greenhouse;the total wall heat release amount is only a quarter of that of the soil. Therefore, the thermal environment of solar greenhouses can be further improved by improving the thermal insulation properties of the wall. | Fan Xu Chao Shang Hongling Li Xuzhang Xue Weituo Sun Hong Chen Yinkun Li Zhenhe Zhang Xinxu Li Wenzhong Guo | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1: | 4
