| 1 | Recent advances in dietary supplementation, in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease显示文摘Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is currently known as the most common liver problem, characterized by excessive lipid accumulation in hepatocytes,which may progress to other liver diseases such as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, hepatic tissue fibrosis, livercirrhosis, and failure or hepatocellular carcinoma. Since NAFLD is positively associated with the development of obesity, insulin resistance, and ultimately type 2 diabetes mellitus, it is often regarded as the hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome. No pharmacologic treatment has yet been proven for this disease. For most patients with presumed or confirmed NAFLD, the only proven strategy is to offer lifestyle advice that can lead to sustained weight loss. Since insulin resistance, oxidative stress, inflammation, and necro-apoptosis are involved in NAFLD pathogenesis, it seems that every potential therapeutic agent should target one or some of these pathologic events. There are many well known anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, and insulin sensitizer dietary supplements which have shown beneficial effects on NAFLD improvement in animal and human studies. | 2 | SiC含量对Al/SiC纳米复合材料干滑动磨损、腐蚀以及腐蚀磨损行为的影响(英文)显示文摘纳米复合材料的腐蚀、腐蚀磨损以及干摩擦磨损行为非常复杂,受化学、物理和机械等多方面因素影响。采用机械球磨、冷压和热挤压技术制备Al/SiC纳米复合材料,研究纳米SiC含量对材料硬度、干滑动磨损、腐蚀和腐蚀磨损行为的影响。采用电化学极化测试研究了复合材料在3%NaCl溶液中的抗腐蚀性能。采用盘-销装置研究了复合材料的干滑动磨损和在3%NaCl溶液中腐蚀磨损性能。利用扫描电子显微镜研究了材料及磨损表面的显微组织。结果表明,随着SiC含量的增加,纳米复合材料的干滑动摩擦和抗腐蚀性能均得到提高。由于溶液的润滑作用,使材料软化的摩擦因数和摩擦生热均降低。与基体合金相比,纳米复合材料的强度和抗腐蚀性能提高,因此其抗腐蚀磨损性能也提高。对于未增强的基体合金,其磨损机理为黏着磨损,而对于Al/SiC纳米复合材料,磨损机理转变为磨粒磨损。 | Sareh MOSLEH-SHIRAZI Farshad AKHLAGHI Dong-yang LI | 2016 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2016,26,7: | 3 |

| 4 | Adsorptive separation of La(Ⅲ)from aqueous solution via the synthesized[Zn(bim)_(2)(bdc)]_(n) metal-organic framework显示文摘Lanthanum is one of the rare earth metals which due to specific chemio-physical properties,has wide applications in different industries.In this research,the ability of the synthesized metal-organic framework(MOF),[Zn(bim)_(2)(bdc)]_(n)(ZBB) for the removal of lanthanum ions from the aqueous stream was investigated in the batch and column processes.The synthesized MOF was characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The effect of pH on lanthanum ions adsorption was evaluated in the range from 1 to 7.Moreover,isothermal,kinetic,and thermodynamic parameters for adsorption of La(Ⅲ) ions onto the synthesized MOF were evaluated.The adsorption capacity of lanthanum ions onto the synthesized MOF was calculated to be about 130 mg/g.Thermodynamic studies demonstrate the endothermic and chemical nature of lanthanum adsorption,while kinetic studies suggest the pseudo-first-order of reaction.In column mode,the effect of solution flow rate passing through the fixed-bed was studied.Experimental data confirm that increasing the bed flow rate causes a decrease in the adsorption capacity of lanthanum ions on the synthesized MOF. | Sareh Ammari Allahyari Reza Saberi Kamran Sepanloo Ahmad Lashkari | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6: | 1 |

| 11 | Isolation and molecular identification of cellulolytic bacteria from Dig Rostam hot spring and study of their cellulase activity显示文摘Cellulose is the main structural component of lignocellulosic wastes that can be converted to sugars and biofuels by cellulase.Due to wide applications of this enzyme in various industries around the world,cellulase is considered as the third industrial enzyme.The ability of thermophilic bacteria in the production of heat-stable cellulases has made them valuable tools in biotechnology.The aim of this study was isolation and molecular identification of cellulolytic thermophile bacteria from Dig Rostam hot spring and investigating their cellulase activity.Samples were taken from water and sediments of this hot spring,and cellulolytic bacteria were enriched in media containing cellulose as the only carbon source.The bacteria were incubated at 60℃,and single colonies were then isolated on solid media.Congo red assay was used as a quick test for the qualitative screening of cellulase activity.According to these qualitative results,four colonies named CDB1,CDB2,CDB3,and CDB4 were isolated,and their growth curve and some other characteristics were determined by biochemical assays.Moreover,endoglucanase,exoglucanase,and FPase activities of the isolates were investigated quantitatively.Results indicated that CDB1 exhibited the highest endoglucanase(0.096 U/mL)and exoglucanase(0.156 U/mL)activities among other isolates.16S rDNA partial sequencing indicated that CDB1 had 99%similarity to the genus Anoxybacillus,and the other isolates showed the highest similarity to the genus Geobacillus.The cellulase gene of CDB1 isolate with the highest cellulase activity was also cloned,and its sequence is reported for the first time.Further studies on this thermophilic enzyme might be useful for industrial applications. | Sareh HAJIABADI Mansour MASHREGHI Ahmad Reza BAHRAMI Kiarash GHAZVINI Maryam M.MATIN | 2020 | BIOCELL2020,44,1: | 1 |
