1	高温高压气流床气化炉中生物质焦炭的孔结构特征及活性试验显示文摘为探讨生物质在高温高压气流床气化炉(HTPEFG)中气化后的焦炭表面结构变化,在连续运行的气化炉中制备生物质焦炭样品,对其进行工业分析、振实密度测定、N2吸附脱附测试,并在高压热分析仪(HPTGA)中开展生物质焦炭初步的气化活性测试。结果表明:经气化后,生物质焦炭的主要成分为固定碳、挥发分和灰分,其中固定碳成分最高,而大部分的挥发分虽然析出,但仍有残留,说明较高的气化压力阻碍了挥发分从焦炭中析出。与生物质原料相比,焦炭的振实密度明显上升,且在较高气化压力下制备的焦炭样品振实密度更大。焦炭样品中分布着较多的介孔,而微孔较少。气化压力较大时,焦炭的比表面积和孔容较小,而其平均孔径则相对较大。气化压力从0.63 MPa增大到1.13 MPa时,比表面积和孔容分别减小了7.47%和22.22%,平均孔径增大了18.94%。生物质焦炭的碳转化率和反应活性始终呈线性上升的趋势,表明生物质焦炭的活性较好,可取得很高的气化效率。	冯飞 KRISHNAMOORTHY Vijayaragavan PISUPATI Sarma V	2021	南京工业大学学报(自然科学版)2021，43，6：	2
