1Microstructure Evolution of a 10Cr Heat-Resistant Steel during High Temperature Creep显示文摘The microstructure evolution of a 10Cr ferritic/martensitic heat-resistant steel during creep at 600℃ was investigated in this work.Creep tests demonstrated that the 10Cr steel had higher creep strength than conventional ASME-P92 steel at 600℃.The microstructure after creep was studied by transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis.It was revealed that the martensitic laths were coarsened with time and eventually developed into subgrains after 8354 h.Laves phase was observed to grow and cluster along the prior austenite grain boundaries during creep and caused the fluctuation of solution and precipitation strengthening effects,which was responsible for the two slope changes on the creep rupture strength vs rupture time curve.It was also revealed that the microstructure evolution could be accelerated by stress,which resulted in the lower hardness in the deformed part of the creep specimen,compared with the aging part.Ping Hu Wei Yan Wei Sha Wei Wang Yiyin Shan Ke Yang 2011Journal of Materials Science & Technology2011,27,4:8

5Role of GA_3,GA_4 and Uniconazole-P in Controlling Gravitropism and Tension Wood Formation in Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr. var. japonica Maxim. Seedlings显示文摘GA3 and GA4(gibberellins) play an important role in controlling gravitropism and tension wood formation in woody angiosperms. In order to improve our understanding of the role of GA3 and GA4 on xylem cell formation and the G-layer,we studied the effect of GA3 and GA4 and uniconazole-P,which is an inhibitor of GA biosynthesis,on tension wood formation by gravity in Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr. var. japonica Maxim. seedlings. Forty seedlings were divided into two groups;one group was placed upright and the other tilted. Each group was further divided into four sub-groups subjected to the following treatments:3.43 × 10-9 μmol acetone as control,5.78 × 10-8 μmol gibberellic acid(GA3),6.21 × 10-8 μmol GA4,and 6.86 × 10-8 μmol uniconazole-P. During the experimental period,GAs-treated seedlings exhibited negative gravitropism,whereas application of uniconazole-P inhibited negative gravitropic stem bending. GA3 and GA4 promoted wood fibers that possessed a gelatinous layer on the upper side,whereas uniconazole-P inhibited wood formation but did not inhibit the differentiation of the gelatinous layer in wood fibers on the upper side. These results suggest that:(i) both the formation of gelatinous fibers and the quantity of xylem production are important for the negative gravitropism in horizontally-positioned seedlings;(ii) GA3 and GA4 affect wood production more than differentiation of the gelatinous layer in wood fibers;G-layer development may be regulated by other hormones via the indirect-role of GA3 and GA4 in horizontally-positioned F. mandshurica seedlings rather than the direct effect of GAs;and(iii) the mechanism for upward wood stem bending is different to the newly developed shoot bending in reaction to gravity in this species.Sha Jiang Ke Xu Yong-Zhou Wang Yan-Ping Ren Song Gu 2008Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2008,50,1:4
6Synthesis and characterization of triblock copolymer by combining enzymatic condensation polymerization and ATRP显示文摘The polyester poly(1,10-decanediol /1, 10-sebacate) (PSD) was synthesized by means of Novozyme 435 catalyzed condensation polymeriza- tion of 1,10-decanediol and 1,10-sebacic acid. Both hydroxyl chain ends of the resulting PSD were modi- fied by esterification with α-bromopropionyl bromide to obtain difunctional macroinitiator, which was sub- sequently used in the ATRP of S t using CuCl/2, 2′- bipyridine (bpy) as the catalyst system to afford the triblock copolymer, polystyrene-block-poly(1,10-dec- anediol/1,10-sebacate)-block-polystyrene (PS t-b-PSD- b-PSt). 7Designandconstructionof athree-dimensionalelectrodewith biomass-derived carbon current collector andwater-soluble binder for high-sulfur-loading lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries attract lots of attention due to their high specific capacity,low cost,and environmental friendliness.However,the low sulfur utilization and short cycle life extremely hinder their application.Herein,we design and fabricate a three-dimensional electrode by a simple filtration method to achieve a high-sulfur loading.Biomass porous carbon is employed as a current collector,which not only enhances the electronic transport but also effectively limits the volume expansion of the active material.Meanwhile,an optimized carboxymethyl cellulose binder is chosen.The chemical bonding restricts the shuttle effect,leading to improved electrochemical performance.Under the ultrahigh sulfur load of 28mg/cm2,the high capacity of 18mAh/cm2 is still maintained,and stable cycling performance is obtained.This study demonstrates a viable strategy to develop promising lithium-sulfur batteries with a three-dimensional electrode,which promotes sulfur loading and electrochemical performance.Pengfei Wang Zhe Gong Ke Ye Vipin Kumar Kai Zhu Linna Sha Jun Yan Jinling Yin Kui Cheng Guiling Wang Dianxue Cao 2020Carbon Energy2020,2,4:3
8A Rapid and Effective HPLC Method for Identification of Bovis Calculus in Chinese Patent Medicines显示文摘Objective Due to the limited resource and the large demand,many kinds of Bovis Calculus(BC)including artificial Bovis Calculus(ABC),in vivo cultured Bovis Calculus(in vivo CBC),and in vitro cultured Bovis Calculus(in vitro CBC)were used in Chinese patent medicines(CPMs).Previous studies have shown that the chemical constituents of ABC and their properties were different from other BC.The two types of CBC with much higher price than ABC were approximately equivalent with natural Bovis Calculus in quality and clinical effect.The aim of the study is to establish a rapid and effective method for the identification of BC in CPMs.Methods An HPLC method with the higher specificity for analyzing bilirubin was established to distinguish ABC from other three kinds of BC by comparing the change of bilirubin content with the addition of EDTA-2Na as the extraction solvent and stabilizer.Results The bilirubin content in CPMs containing ABC was basically unchanged,while that in CPMs containing other kinds of BC showed significant difference.The proposed method was employed to analyze a variety of CPMs containing Bovis Calculus(CPMBCs)and proven to be universal.Conclusion An effective analytical method is established for the quality control of CPMBCs and further ensures the safety and efficacy of these drugs in clinical practice.XIA Jing XIA Li WANG Wei-yi SHA Yi-wei WANG Ke JI Shen 2013Chinese Herbal Medicines2013,5,3:3

10Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic simulation prevents chronic epileptic seizure显示文摘Although low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic simulation can potentially treat epilepsy,its underlying mechanism remains unclear.This study investigated the influence of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic simulation on changes in several nonlinear dynamic electroencephalographic parameters in rats with chronic epilepsy and explored the mechanism underlying repetitive transcranial magnetic simulation-induced antiepileptic effects.An epilepsy model was established using lithium-pilocarpine intraperitoneal injection into adult Sprague-Dawley rats,which were then treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic simulation for 7 consecutive days.Nonlinear electroencephalographic parameters were obtained from the rats at 7,14,and 28 days post-stimulation.Results showed significantly lower mean correlation-dimension and Kolmogorov-entropy values for stimulated rats than for non-stimulated rats.At 28 days,the complexity and point-wise correlation dimensional values were lower in stimulated rats.Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic simulation has suppressive effects on electrical activity in epileptic rats,thus explaining its effectiveness in treating epilepsy.Yinxu Wang Xiaoming Wang Sha Ke Juan Tan Litian Hu Yaodan Zhang Wenjuan Cui 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,27:2
11Pretreatment with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation may influence neuronal Bcl-2 and Fas protein expression in the CA1 region of the hippocampus: A possible anti-epilepsy mechanism in a lithium-pilocarpine-induced epileptic rat mod显示文摘BACKGROUND: Bcl-2 and Fas proteins are well known as anti-apoptotic and pro-apoptotic factors, respectively. However, whether the anti-epileptic mechanism of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) involves an anti-apoptotic effect via regulating Bcl-2 and Fas protein expression remains to be determined. OBJECTIVE: To verify the correlation between the anti-epileptic mechanism following pretreatment of low-frequency rTMS and anti-hippocampal apoptosis. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized controlled animal experiment was performed at Institute of Neurological Disorders, Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College between September 2007 and March 2008. MATERIALS: Pilocarpine (053K13011) was provided by Sigma, USA; lithium was provided by Shanghai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., China; Dantec Maglite-r25 rTMS instrument was provided by Dundee, Denmark. METHODS: A total of 21 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control (n = 6), rTMS pretreatment (n = 9), and sham-stimulation (n = 6) groups. The rTMS pretreatment group was pretreated with low-frequency rTMS (0.5 Hz, 75% threshold intensity, 20 times/bundle, and 5 bundles/day), while the sham-stimulation group was sham-stimulated with a similar sound for 7 successive days to establish lithium-pilocarpine-induced epileptic state models. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Epileptic stroke latency; neuronal morphology was observed using hematoxylin and eosin staining; mean positive-reactive cell number and mean absorbance of Bcl-2 and Fas protein in the hippocampal CA1 region was observed using immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Epileptic latency in the rTMS pretreatment group was significantly enhanced (P < 0.01), and a number of degenerated neurons were observed to be apoptotic. Bcl-2 protein expression increased at each time point, but Fas protein expression decreased (P < 0.01). 12The impact toughness of a nitride-strengthened martensitic heat resistant steel显示文摘The nitride-strengthened martensitic heat resistant steel is precipitation strengthened only by nitrides.In the present work,the effect of nitride precipitation behavior on the impact toughness of an experimental steel was investigated.Nitrides could hardly be observed when the steel was tempered at 650℃.When the tempering temperature was increased to 700℃ and 750℃,a large amount of nitrides were observed in the matrix.It was surprising to reveal that the impact energy of the half-size samples greatly increased from several Joules to nearly a hundred Joules.The ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT) was also discovered to decrease from room temperature to 50℃ when the tempering temperature was increased from 650℃ to 750℃.The nitride precipitation with increasing tempering temperature was revealed to be responsible for the improved impact toughness.ZHANG WenFeng YAN Wei SHA Wei WANG Wei ZHOU QiangGuo SHAN YiYin YANG Ke 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7:2
13Highly integrated sulfur cathodes with strong sulfur/high-strength binder interactions enabling durable high-loading lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The development of high-sulfur-loading Li-S batteries is a key prerequisite for their commercial applications.This requires to surmount the huge polarization,severe polysulfide shuttling and drastic volume change caused by electrode thickening.High-strength polar binders are ideal for constructing robust and long-life high-loading sulfur cathodes but show very weak interfacial interaction with non-polar sulfur materials.To address this issue,this work devises a highly integrated sulfur@polydopamine/highstrength binder composite cathodes,targeting long-lasting and high-sulfur-loading Li-S batteries.The super-adhesion polydopamine(PD)can form a uniform nano-coating over the graphene/sulfur(G-S)surface and provide strong affinity to the cross-linked polyacrylamide(c-PAM)binder,thus tightly integrating sulfur with the binder network and greatly boosting the overall mechanical strength/conductivity of the electrode.Moreover,the PD coating and c-PAM binder rich in polar groups can form two effective blockades against the effusion of soluble polysulfides.As such,the 4.5 mg cm−2 sulfur-loaded G-S@PD-c-PAM cathode achieves a capacity of 480 mAh g−1 after 300 cycles at 1 C,while maintaining a capacity of 396 mAh g−1 after 50 cycles at 0.2 C when the sulfur loading rises to 9.1 mg cm−2.This work provides a system-wide concept for constructing high-loading sulfur cathodes through integrated structural design.Arif Rashid Xingyu Zhu Gulian Wang Chengzhi Ke Sha Li Pengfei Sun Zhongli Hu Qiaobao Zhang Li Zhang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10:2

15Design and evaluation of glomerulus mesangium-targeted PEG-PLGA nanoparticles loaded with dexamethasone acetate显示文摘Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN),one of the most common glomerulonephritis pathological types,often leads to end-stage renal disease over a prolonged period.But the current treatment of MsPGN is non-specific and causes serious side effects,thus novel therapeutics and targeting strategies are urgently demanded.By combining the advantages of PEG-PLGA nanoparticles and the size selection mechanism of renal glomerulus,we designed and developed a novel PEG-PLGA nanoparticle delivery system capable of delivering dexamethasone acetate (A-DEX)into glomerular mesangium.We determined that 90 nm was the optimum size to encapsulate A-DEX for glomerular mesangium targeting based on the size-selection mechanism of glomerulus. After intravenous administration in rats,90 nm DiD-loaded NPs were found to accumulate to a greater extent in the kidney and kidneycortex compared with the free DiD solution.The 90 nm A-DEX NPs are also more stable at room temperature and showed a sustained release pattern.In rat glomerular mesangial cells (HBZY-1)in vitro,we found that the uptake of 90 nm A-DEX NPs was both temperature-dependent and energe-dependent,and they were mostly engulfed via clathrin-dependent endocytosis pathways,in summary,we have successfully developed a glomerular mesangium-targeted PEG-PLGA NPs,which is potential for the treatment of MsPGN.Sha Li Ying-chun Zeng Ke Peng Chang Liu Zhi-rong Zhang Ling Zhang 2019Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2019,40,1:2
