| 3 | Weakened anisotropy of mechanical properties in rolled ZK60 magnesium alloy sheets with elevated deformation temperature显示文摘The rolling direction(RD) and the transverse direction(TD) samples were obtained from an as-rolled ZK60 magnesium alloy sheet with strong anisotropy of initial texture and their mechanical properties were tested at various deformation temperatures. Meanwhile, the microstructure and texture of these samples after fracture were investigated. Results revealed that a higher flow stress along the RD than that along the TD at room temperature were ascribed to the strong anisotropy of transitional texture, and this texture effect was remarkably weakened with the increase of deformation temperature. Deformation structure was dominant at 100?C, and was replaced by dynamic recrystallization structure when the deformation temperature increased to 200?C and 300?C. The texture presented a strong texture(transitional texture in the RD sample and basal texture in the TD sample) at 100?C, but its intensity visibly decreased and texture components became more disperse at 200?C and 300?C. | 4 | Microstructure and Mechanical Property of 2024 Aluminium Alloy Prepared by Rapid Solidification and Mechanical Milling显示文摘Rapidly solidified 2024 aluminium alloy powders were mechanically milled, then consolidated to bulk form. The microstructural changes of the powders in mechanical milling (MM) and consolidation process were characterized by X-ray diffraction analyses and transmission electron microscopy observations. The results showed that mechanical milling reduced the grain size to nanometer, dissolved the Al2Cu intermetallic compound into the aluminium matrix and produced an aluminium supersaturated solid solution. During consolidation process. the grain size increased to submicrometer, and the Al2Cu and Al2(Cu, Mg, Si, Fe, Mn) compounds precipitated owing to heating. Increasing consolidation temperature and time results in obvious grain growth and coarsening of second phase particles. Under equal flow, both the maximum and minimum theoreticalvalue of gap size were studied and estimation equation was established. The experimental results show that the gapsize is a key parameter for the continuous coating extrusion process. Its maximum value ( H m a x ) is 0.24 mm and theminimum one (Hmin) is 0.12 mm.
