| 1 | Artificial Intelligence-Empowered Resource Management for Future Wireless Communications: A Survey显示文摘How to explore and exploit the full potential of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies in future wireless communications such as beyond 5G(B5G)and 6G is an extremely hot inter-disciplinary research topic around the world.On the one hand,AI empowers intelligent resource management for wireless communications through powerful learning and automatic adaptation capabilities.On the other hand,embracing AI in wireless communication resource management calls for new network architecture and system models as well as standardized interfaces/protocols/data formats to facilitate the large-scale deployment of AI in future B5G/6G networks.This paper reviews the state-of-art AI-empowered resource management from the framework perspective down to the methodology perspective,not only considering the radio resource(e.g.,spectrum)management but also other types of resources such as computing and caching.We also discuss the challenges and opportunities for AI-based resource management to widely deploy AI in future wireless communication networks. | Mengting Lin Youping Zhao | 2020 | China Communications2020,17,3: | 11 |

| 3 | Rapid growth of a large-scale(600 mm aperture) KDP crystal and its optical quality显示文摘Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP) single crystals are the only nonlinear crystals currently used for electro-optic switches and frequency converters in inertial confinement fusion research, due to their large dimension and exclusive physical properties. Based on the traditional solution-growth process, large bulk KDP crystals, usually with sizes up to600 × 600 mm2 so as to make a frequency doubler for the facility requirement loading highly flux of power laser, can be grown in standard Holden-type crystallizers, without spontaneous nucleation and visible defects, one to two orders of magnitude faster than by conventional methods. Pure water and KDP raw material with a few ion impurities such as Fe,Cr, and Al(less than 0.1 ppm) were used. The rapid-growth method includes extreme conditions such as temperature range from 60 to 35℃ , overcooling up to 5℃ , growth rates exceeding 10 mm/day, and crystal size up to 600 mm. The optical parameters of KDP crystals were determined. | 4 | Identification of the candidate genes associated with cellular rejection in pig-to-human xenotransplantation显示文摘To identify the genes associated with cellular rejection in pig-to-human xenotransplantation, the suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) was used in screening the up-regulated genes from a co-culture of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and porcine vascular endothelial cell line PIEC. The up-regulated cDNAs were cloned into pGEM-T Easy vector and then sequenced. Nucleic acid homology searches were performed using the BLAST program. A subtracted cDNA library including about 300 clones with the expected up-regulated genes was obtained. Twenty-four of these clones were analyzed by sequencing and homology comparison was made. These clones represent the genes of human perforin (PRF1), proteasome, lymphocyte specific interferon regulatory factor/interferon regulatory factor 4 (LSIRF/IRF 4), muscleblind-like (MBNL) protein and a porcine expressed sequence tag (EST) which has 81% homology with human oxidative-stress responsive 1 (OSR 1). | 10 | 嗅神经母细胞瘤15例临床病理及免疫组化分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:We studied the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of olfactory neuroblastoma(ONB).Methods:The clinic pathological data and immunohistochemical features of 15 cases with ONB were analyzed retrospectively,and the related literatures were reviewed.Results:The tumors were all located in the nasal cavity in 15 cases.According to Kadish's staging system,7 cases were in stage A,5 cases in stage B,and 3 cases in stage C.The morphological features showed small round or ovoid tumor cells divided into pieces or trabeculae by connective tissues which were rich in capillaries.The tumor cells had round or oval nuclei and fine chromatins and lack of cytoplasma.Flexner rosette and Homer-Wright rosette were found in some cases.Acidophilic fibrins were composed of cytoplasmic projection among tumor cells.All cases were positive for NSE,Syn,CgA,1 case was positive for Vimentin,2 cases were positive for S-100,while CKpan,LCA and HMB45 were all negative.Conclusion:ONB is a type of very rare malignant tumors,which could be diagnosed by pathology,and immunohistochemistry is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. | Xianglan Ying Jun Lin Youping Yang | 2009 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2009,8,7: | 0 |

| 12 | Host-induced gene silencing of multiple pathogenic factors of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum confers resistance to Sclerotinia rot in Brassica napus显示文摘Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is generally considered one of the most economically damaging pathogens in oilseed rape(Brassica napus).Breeding for Sclerotinia resistance is challenging,as no immune germplasm available in B.napus.It is desirable to develop new breeding strategies.In the present study,hostinduced gene silencing(HIGS),developed based on RNA interference(RNAi),was applied to protect B.napus from S.sclerotiorum infection.Three pathogenicity genes,the endo-polygalacturonase gene(Ss PG1),cellobiohydrolase gene(Ss CBH),and oxaloacetate acetylhydrolase gene(Ss OAH1),were chosen as HIGS targets.Co-incubation of synthesized double-stranded RNAs(ds RNAs)with S.sclerotiorum in liquid medium significantly reduced the transcript levels of the target genes.Application to plant surfaces of ds RNA targeting the three genes conferred effective protection against S.sclerotiorum.Stable transgenic B.napus plants expressing small interfering RNAs with sequence identity to Ss PG1,Ss CBH,and Ss OAH1 were generated.HIGS transgenic B.napus prevented the expression of S.sclerotiorum target genes,slowed pathogenicity-factor accumulation,impeded fungal growth,and suppressed appressorium formation,thereby conferring resistance to S.sclerotiorum.Simultaneous silencing of Ss PG1,Ss CBH,and Ss OAH1 by stable expression of a chimeric hairpin RNAi construct in B.napus led to enhanced protection phenotypes(with disease lesion size reduced by 36.8%–43.7%).We conclude that HIGS of pathogenic-factor genes of S.sclerotiorum is a promising strategy for controlling Sclerotinia rot in oilseed rape. | Jian Wu Shengliang Yin Li Lin Dongxiao Liu Sichao Ren Wenjing Zhang Wencheng Meng Peipei Chen Qinfu Sun Yujie Fang Cunxu Wei Youping Wang | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,3: | 0 |
| 13 | Using Digital Twin to Diagnose Faults in Braiding Machinery Based on IoT显示文摘The digital twin(DT)includes real-time data analytics based on the actual product or manufacturing processing parameters.Data from digital twins can predict asset maintenance requirements ahead of time.This saves money by decreasing operating expenses and asset downtime,which improves company efficiency.In this paper,a digital twin in braiding machinery based on IoT(DTBM-IoT)used to diagnose faults.When an imbalance fault occurs,the system gathers experimental data.After that,the information is sent into a digital win model of the rotor system to see whether it can quantify and locate imbalance for defect detection.It is possible to anticipate asset maintenance requirements with DT technology by IoT(Internet of Things)sensors,XR(X-Ray)capabilities,and AI-powered analytics.A DT model’s appropriate design and flexibility remain difficult because of the nonlinear dynamics and unpre-dictability inherent in the degrading process of equipment.The results indicate that the DT in braiding machinery developed allows for precise diagnostic and dynamic deterioration analysis.At least there is 37%growth in efficiency over conventional approaches. | Youping Lin Huangbin Lin Dezhi Wei | 2023 | Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,37,8: | 0 |
