1Control Effect of Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 against Botrytis cinerea and Its Mechanism显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to study antifungal activity and control mechanism of Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 against Botrytis cinerea,and further find new methods against the disease.[Method]By quantitative bioassay,in vitro experiment and pot test,the antagonistic protein was extracted with ammonium sulfate precipitation fractionation to determine the control efficiency.EC50of B.cereus CGMCC4348 was 6.19 mg/L.Average controlling effect of B.cereus CGMCC4348 on B.cinerea was 75.8%,equal to the control group which was treated by 50 mg/L pyrimethanil.Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 had good inhibitory effect against B.cinerea.[Conclusion]The paper provides scientific basis for green control technology against solanaceous vegetable diseases.Liang Mengmeng Hu Yonghong Yin Jingjing Yang Wenge Tang Rongrong Zhang Yong Liu Youzhou 2013Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,5:3
2Cloning and Expression of a Chitinase Gene from Serratia marcescens Strain C8-8显示文摘A 1692 bp long chitinase-encoding chiA gene was cloned from the genomic DNA of Serratia marcescens strain C8-8 by PCR, which was speculated to encode a 563 aa long polypeptide chain with molecular weight of about 60.9 kD.Homology analysis showed that the chiA gene sequence cloned from C8-8 shared the highest similarity with chiA sequences from Serratia marcescens strains 141 (DQ 990373.1) and 14041 (DQ 493896.1), which reached 99%.Domain analysis showed that N-terminal (23 aa) of the chiA gene cloned from C8-8 harbored typical signal peptide sequence, while C-terminal harbored the other two domains, including the PKD region (73 aa) and chitinase catalytic region (387 aa).The PCR fragment was digested with restriction endonucleases and cloned into plasmid pET28a.The recombinant plasmid pET28a-chiA was firstly transformed into Escherichia coli DH5, and then transformed into expression host E.coli DH3 to express chiA gene.The recombinant strain DH3 chiA could produce transparent hydrolysis circles on the colloidal chitin plate induced by isopropyl-1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG).SDS-PAGE electrophoresis analysis showed that, a protein with relative molecular weight of about 60 kD was expressed by the recombinant strain DH3 chiA, which was consistent with the except molecular weight.After initial purification, biological activity test showed that the recombinant expression product could hydrolyze chitin, which produced transparent hydrolysis circles on the colloidal chitin plates.Results indicated that chiA gene from Serratia marcescens strain C8-8 had biological functions and could be utilized as a potential biological control factor.Youzhou LIU Chuping LUO Yongfeng LIU Zhiyi CHEN 2013Agricultural Biotechnology2013,2,3:3

5Application of tobacco stems briquetting in tobacco flue-curing in rural area of China显示文摘To reduce the conventional energy consumption in rural area of China,tobacco stems briquetting(TSB)was used as fuel during the process of tobacco flue-curing,compared with honeycomb briquette(HB).Three fire furnaces with different heat exchangers using TSB were compared using the tobacco flue-curing.The results showed that the smog temperature of TSB was higher than that of HB,the efficiency of bio-fuel system with TSB was from 43.5%to 54%,while the efficiency of traditional fuel system was 51.5%.And the cost of tobacco flue-curing per hectare with TSB and HB was$750.0 and$1282.5,respectively.It is proved that TSB is an alternative choice using for the industry of tobacco flue-curing,and the improvement in the structure of fire furnace could optimize the process of tobacco flue-curing.Wang Xinfeng Xu Guizhuan Zhang Bailiang Jiao Youzhou Lu Haifeng Li Baoming 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,6:2
6Design and preliminary experimental research on a new biogas fermentation system by solar heat pipe heating显示文摘Biogas fermentation requires appropriate temperature,while the biogas fermentation can be affected by the low ambient temperature in winter.In order to overcome the negative effects of low temperature fermentation,a new type of solar heat pipe biogas fermentation heating system was designed and a preliminary experiment research on this system was conducted using cow manure as the raw material at 6%concentration and total fermentation volume of 175 L.The experimental results showed that when the system was in normal operation,the fermentation temperature rose every day by gradient.This gradient will gradually become smaller with the increase of fermentation liquid temperature,and the temperature can reach 38°C after stability.Using this solar heat pipe heating system,the fermentation liquid temperature can be increased by 5°C every sunny day.This solar heat pipe heating system plays a significant role in biogas fermentation.The results of economic analysis show that the system can realize the fermentation at constant temperatures of 25°C and 35°C respectively,and it can also save standard coal equivalent of 40 kg and 80 kg in winter and spring,respectively.Jiao Youzhou Li Pengfei Li Gang Zhang Quanguo Ding Pan Wang Shaopeng Gao Zan Du Shuangli He Chao 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,2:2
7Cu-clusters nodes of 2D metal-organic frameworks as a cost-effective noble-metal-free cocatalyst with high atom-utilization efficiency for efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Several 2D nanosheets of porphyrin MOFs with various transition-metal clusters as metal nodes were prepared via a simple solvothermal method to apply in the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution,in which the hydrogen production rate of the optimal NS-Cu was as high as 15.39 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1).A series of experimental technologies especially cyclic voltammetry(CV)and Mott-Schottky(M-S)had been adopted to investigate the charge-transfer property of photo-generated electron-hole pairs,it was found that the uniformly dispersed Cu-clusters nodes in the original 2D MOFs played a key role in the electron transfer process,that was,the photo-generated electron transferred from excited state eosin-Y to the Cu-clusters nodes for the efficient hydrogen evolution.The excellent photocatalytic performance could be attributed to the reversible oxidation-–reduction process of Cu^(Ⅱ)/Cu^(Ⅰ),which had excellent electron-receiving and electron-outputting capabilities.Our results provided a novel avenue to adapt the uniformly dispersed metal nodes in the original MOFs as cost-effective noble-metal-free cocatalysts with very high atomutilization efficiency to improve the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance in dye-sensitized system.Guangmei Jiang Xingyan Liu Huilong Jian Peng Lu Jinwu Bai Guizhi Zhang Wen Yun Siqi Li Youzhou He 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:1

10Orthogonal Test About Biogas Upgrading by Pressured Water Scrubbing显示文摘Biogas is a kind of regenerable energy which is inexpensive and friendly to the environment, but the potential of biogas is difficult to develop fully in China, for most biogas have badly qualities and the utilization of it is monotonous. The suitable operation term about biogas upgrading by pressurized water scrubbing was researched through the orthogonal test in this study. Two sorts of scrubber packing included the random multidimensional hollow sphere packing and the structured screen packing were also used, and the effects of experiment factors included packing, water temperature, gas flow speed, water flow speed and washing pressure were studied. 11Small-time sampling behavior of a Fleming-Viot process显示文摘The Fleming-Viot process with parent-independent mutation process is one particular neutral population genetic model.As time goes by,some initial species are replaced by mutated ones gradually.Once the population mutation rate is high,mutated species will elbow out all the initial species very quickly.Small-time behavior in this case seems to be the key to understand this fast transition.The small-time asymptotic results related to time scale t/θ and a(θ)t,where lim_θ→∞^(θa(θ))=0,are obtained by Dawson and Shui(1998,2001),Shui and Xiong(2002),and Xiang and Zhang(2005),respectively.Only the behavior under the scale t(θ),where lim_θ→∞^(t(θ))=0 and lim_θ→∞^(θt(θ))=∞,was left untouched.In this paper,the weak limits under various small-time scales are obtained.Of particular interest is the large deviations for the small-time transient sampling distributions,which reveal interesting phase transition.Interestingly,such a phase transition is uniquely determined by some species diversity indices.ZHOU YouZhou 2017Science China Mathematics2017,60,3:0

13PUMA facilitates EMI 1-promoted cytoplasmic Rad51 ubiquitination and inhibits DNA repair in stem and progenitor cells显示文摘Maintenance of genetic stability via proper DNA repair in stem and progenitor cells is essential for the tissue repair and regeneration,while preventing cell transformation after damage.Loss of PUMA dramatically increases the survival of mice after exposure to a lethal dose of ionizing radiation(IR),while without promoting tumorigenesis in the long-term survivors.This finding suggests that PUMA(p53 upregulated modulator of apoptosis)may have a function other than regulates apoptosis.Here,we identify a novel role of PUMA in regulation of DNA repair in embryonic or induced pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)and immortalized hematopoietic progenitor cells(HPCs)after IR.We found that PUMA-deficient PSCs and HPCs exhibited a significant higher doublestrand break(DSB)DNA repair activity via Rad51-mediated homologous recombination(HR).This is because PUMA can be associated with early mitotic Inhibitor 1(EMI1)and Rad51 in the cytoplasm to facilitate EMI1-mediated cytoplasmic Rad51 ubiquitination and degradation,thereby inhibiting Rad51 nuclear translocation and HR DNA repair.Our data demonstrate that PUMA acts as a repressor for DSB DNA repair and thus offers a new rationale for therapeutic targeting of PUMA in regenerative cells in the context of DNA damage.Jin Wook Kang Zhiyan Zhan Guangzhen Ji Youzhou Sang Daohong Zhou Yanxin Li Haizhong Feng Tao Cheng 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4:0
14非小细胞肺癌患者体外诱导的肿瘤细胞老化与化疗客观疗效关系的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the relationship between the objective response to combination chemotherapy of tax- anes plus cisplatin in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and docetaxel plus cisplatin (DC regime) induced senescence of tumor cells in vitro. And its relation to mutant P53 protein (m-P53) was also to be evaluated. Methods: Sixty-seven specimen obtained from NSCLC patients from January 1, 2003 to June 30, 2006. The patients consisted of 48 males and 19 females, ranging in age from 54 to 82 years (mean, 67.5 years), 41 cases were diagnosed as pathological stage IIIb, 26 cases were diagnosed as stage IV. Thirty-nine tumors were confirmed to be adenocarcinomas, 28 were confirmed to be squamous cell carcinomas. All patients accepted 2-6 cycles combination chemotherapy of Taxanes (docetaxel 40 mg/m2, d1; d8, or pacli- taxel 175 mg/m2, d1) plus cisplatin (CDDP, 25 mg/m2, d2-4). Patients were divided into chemoresponsive (CR + PR) and chemoresistant (SD + PD) groups according to objective response status which was evaluated by RECIST system. Tumor cells from specimens of bronchoscopic, surgical biopsy and pleural effusion cell collection had been cultured and treated with DC in vitro. The m-P53 of culture supernatant was measured by ABC-ELISA kit before DC treatment. The telomerase activity was determined by the telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) based PCR-ELISA kit and apoptosis was determined by TdT-mediated d-UTP-X nick-end labeling (TUNEL) assay. Data represent as both actual detected and positive value. The senescence of tumor cells defined as that, apoptosis rate increased more than 50% to control, and telomerase activity de- creased less than 50% to control. Results: There was no significant difference between clinical treatment response and sex, pathological type, specimen origin, or m-P53 status in cultured cell supernatant. Telomerase activity and apoptosis rate was positive in 61.1% (41/67) and 25.4%(17/67) of all samples respectively. A significant difference of senescence of tumor cells treated by DC, was existed between chemoresponsive and chemoresistant patients groups (P < 0.05). Multinomial logistic regression analyses shew that telomerase activity decreased less than 50% in vitro may be an indicator of clinical response for taxanes plus cisplatin chemotherapy. Odds ratio was 4.226, P < 0.05.
