| 1 | Radiative transfer models(RTMs)for field phenotyping inversion of rice based on UAV hyperspectral remote sensing显示文摘The nondestructive and rapid acquisition of rice field phenotyping information is very important for the precision management of the rice growth process.In this research,the phenotyping information LAI(leaf area index),leaf chlorophyll content(C_(ab)),canopy water content(C_(w)),and dry matter content(C_(dm))of rice was inversed based on the hyperspectral remote sensing technology of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).The improved Sobol global sensitivity analysis(GSA)method was used to analyze the input parameters of the PROSAIL model in the spectral band range of 400-1100 nm,which was obtained by hyperspectral remote sensing by the UAV.The results show that C_(ab) mainly affects the spectrum on 400-780 nm band,C_(dm) on 760-1000 nm band,C_(w) on 900-1100 nm band,and LAI on the entire band.The hyperspectral data of the 400-1100 nm band of the rice canopy were acquired by using the M600 UAV remote sensing platform,and the radiance calibration was converted to the canopy emission rate.In combination with the PROSAIL model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to retrieve rice phenotyping information by constructing the cost function.The results showed the following:(1)an accuracy of R^(2)=0.833 and RMSE=0.0969,where RMSE denotes root-mean-square error,was obtained for C_(ab) retrieval;R^(2)=0.816 and RMSE=0.1012 for LAI inversion;R^(2)=0.793 and RMSE=0.1084 for C_(dm);and R^(2)=0.665 and RMSE=0.1325 for C_(w).The C_(w) inversion accuracy was not particularly high.(2)The same band will be affected by multiple parameters at the same time.(3)This study adopted the rice phenotyping information inversion method to expand the rice hyperspectral information acquisition field of a UAV based on the phenotypic information retrieval accuracy using a high level of field spectral radiometric accuracy.The inversion method featured a good mechanism,high universality,and easy implementation,which can provide a reference for nondestructive and rapid inversion of rice biochemical parameters using UAV hyperspectral remote sensing. | Yu Fenghua Xu Tongyu Du Wen Ma Hang Zhang Guosheng Chen Chunling | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4: | 8 |
| 2 | Influence of chronic intermittent hypoxia on growth associated protein 43 expression in the hippocampus of young rats显示文摘This study aimed to explore the pathological change to hippocampal neurons and the expression of growth associated protein 43 in 21-day-old young rats following chronic intermittent hypoxia.Hematoxylin-eosin staining results showed varying degrees of degeneration and necrosis in hippocampal neurons depending on the modeling time.Immunohistochemistry revealed that growth associated protein 43 expression in young rats following chronic intermittent hypoxia decreased,but that levels were still higher than those of normal rats at each time point,especially 4 weeks after modeling.During 1-5 weeks after modeling,a slow growth in rat weight was observed.Experimental findings indicate that chronic intermittent hypoxia may induce growth dysfunction and necrosis of hippocampal neurons,as well as increase the expression of growth associated protein 43 in young rats. | Yan Chen Chunling Zhao Chunlai Zhang Lirong Luo Guang Yu | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,16: | 4 |
| 3 | On the boundedness of running-in attractors based on recurrence plot and recurrence qualification analysis显示文摘A feature parameter was proposed to quantitatively explore the boundedness of running-in attractors;its variation throughout the friction process was also investigated. The enclosing radius R was built with recurrence plots(RPs) and recurrence qualification analysis(RQA) by using the time delay embedding and phase space reconstruction. Additionally, the typology of RPs and the recurrence rate(RR) were investigated to verify the applicability of R in characterizing the friction process. Results showed that R is larger at the beginning, but exhibits a downward trend in the running-in friction process;R becomes smooth and trends to small steady values during the steady-state friction period, and finally shows an upward trend until failure occurs. The evolution of R, which corresponded with the typology of RPs and RR during friction process, can be used to quantitatively analyze the variation of the running-in attractors and friction state identifacation. | 4 | Rapid detection of virulent protease secreted by Vibrio anguillarum by dot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay显示文摘Dot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dot-ELISA), indirect ELISA and Western blot were performed to detect the virulent protease secreted by Vibrio anguillarum which was isolated from the diseased left-eyed flounder, Paralichthys olivaceous. Sensitivity results showed that dot-ELISA is a more sensitive, rapid and simple technique for the protease detection. The minimal detectable amount of protease is about 7 pg in the dot-ELISA test, while 7.8 ng in the indirect ELISA and 6.25 ng in the Western blot respectively. Protease could be detected 2 h after incubation of V. anguillarum in the 2216E liquid medium but enzyme activity was very low at that period.From 6 to 12 h, the amount and enzyme activity ofprotease increased markedly and reached maximum at stationary phase. Analysis of serum samples periodically collected from the infected flounders showed that after 2 h of infection by V. anguillarum, the pathogenic bacteria could be detected in the blood of the infected flounders but no protease was found. It was 5~6 h after infection that the protease was detected in blood and then the amount increased as infection advanced. Quantitative detection of protease either incubation in the medium or from the blood of infected flounders could be accomplished in virtue of positive controls of quantificational protease standards ('marker') so that the alterations of protease secretion both in vitro and in vivo could be understood generally. In addition, the indirect ELISA and dot-ELISA were also performed to detect V. anguillarum cells. | 17 | In vivo and in vitro development of Tibetan antelope(Pantholops hodgsonii)interspecific cloned embryos显示文摘The Tibetan antelope is endemic to the Tibetan Plateau,China,and is now considered an endangered species.As a possible rescue strategy,the development of embryos constructed by interspecies somatic cell nuclear transfer(iSCNT)was examined.Tibetan antelope fibroblast cells were transferred into enucleated bovine,ovine and caprine oocytes.These cloned embryos were then cultured in vitro or in the oviducts of intermediate animals.Less than 0.5%of the reconstructed antelope-bovine embryos cultured in vitro developed to the blastocyst stage.However,when the cloned antelope-bovine embryos were transferred to caprine oviducts,about 1.6%of the embryos developed to the blastocyst stage.In contrast,only 0.7%of the antelope-ovine embryos developed to the morula stage and none developed to blastocysts in ovine oviducts.The treatment of donor cells and bovine oocytes with trichostatin A did not improve the embryo development even when cultured in the oviducts of ovine and caprine.When the antelope-bovine embryos,constructed from oocytes treated with roscovitine or trichostatin A,were cultured in rabbit oviducts 2.3%and 14.3%developed to blastocysts,respectively.It is concluded that although some success was achieved with the protocols used,interspecies cloning of Tibetan antelope presents difficulties still to be overcome.The mechanisms resulting in the low embryo development need investigation and progress might require a deeper understanding of cellular reprogramming. | Guanghua SU Lei CHENG Yu GAO Kun LIU Zhuying WEI Chunling BAI Fengxia YIN Li GAO Guangpeng LI Shorgan BOU | 2014 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2014,1,1: | 1 |
