| 1 | Influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature显示文摘Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited on sapphire (0001) substrates at room temperature by radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at oxygen gas contents of 0%,25%,50% and 75%,respectively.The influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films was studied by a surface profile measuring system,X-ray diffraction analysis,atomic force microscopy,and UV spectrophotometry.It is found that the size of ZnO crystalline grains increases first and then decreases with the increase of oxygen gas content,and the maximum grain size locates at the 25% oxygen gas content.The crystalline quality and average optical transmittance (>90%) in the visible-light region of the ZnO film prepared at an oxygen gas content of 25% are better than those of ZnO films at the other contents.The obtained results can be attributed to the resputtering by energetic oxygen anions in the growing process. | LIU Baoting ZHOU Yang ZHENG Hongfang LI Mana GUO Zhe HAO Qingxun PENG Yingcai | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Enhanced pyrocatalysis of the pyroelectric BiFeO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) heterostructure for dye decomposition driven by cold–hot temperature alternation显示文摘The BiFeO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) heterostructure,which is fabricated via a simple mixing–calcining method,benefits the significant enhancement of the pyrocatalytic performance.With the growth of g-C_(3)N_(4) content in the heterostructure pyrocatalysts from 0 to 25%,the decomposition ratio of Rhodamine B(RhB)dye after 18 cold-hot temperature fluctuation(25-65℃)cycles increases at first and then decreases,reaching a maximum value of~94.2%at 10%while that of the pure BiFeO_(3) is~67.7%.The enhanced dye decomposition may be due to the generation of the internal electric field which strengthens the separation of the positive and negative carriers and further accelerates their migrations.The intermediate products in the pyrocatalytic reaction also have been detected and confirmed,which proves the key role of the pyroelectric effect in realizing the dye decomposition using BiFeO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) heterostructure catalyst.The pyroelectric BiFeO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) heterostructure shows the potential application in pyrocatalytically degrading dye wastewater. | Mingzi Chen Yanmin Jia Huamei Li Zheng Wu Tianyin Huang Hongfang Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,2: | 6 |

| 15 | Genome-wide identification, phylogenetic and expression analysis of SMAX1-Like genes in rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)显示文摘SMAX1-LIKE(SMXL) family members have played important roles in regulating plant growth and development in Arabidopsis and rice, but few have been studied in Brassica napus(rapeseed). In this study, 31 SMXL genes(BnaSMXL) were identified in rapeseed by whole genome bioinformatics. Detailed information were characterized, including genomic distribution, phylogenetic relationship, evolutionary selection pattern, structural and motif features. Phylogenetic analysis classified BnaSMXL genes into 4 distinct sub-clades representing clear orthologous relationships to their family members in Arabidopsis and rice. Conserved motif analysis indicated that the motif 16 mediating strigolactones(SLs) or karrikins(KARs) signaling was absent in SMXL3-5 genes. Orthologous gene pairs between Arabidopsis and 3 Brassica species were extracted, and 8 SMXL genes in Arabidopsis genome had 16, 16 and 31 corresponding genes in B. oleracea, B. rapa and rapeseed genomes respectively. Evolutionary selection pattern showed that most of SMXL genes had undergone stronger negative selection. BnaSMXLs expression showed diverse patterns in 10 tissues of both vegetative and reproductive organs. In the Brit ton-Robinson buffer solutions with pH values from 2.05 to 6.37, MH could yield three reduction waves PC1, PC2 and PC3. PC1 wave is an adsorptive pre-wave. PC2 wave is an irreversible reduc tion of pre-protonated MH involving one electron and one proton.
