3Kinetics of the accumulation of group 2 innate lymphoid cells in IL-33-induced and IL-25-induced murine models of asthma:a potential role for the chemokine CXCL16显示文摘ILC2s are implicated in asthma pathogenesis, but little is known about the mechanisms underlying their accumulation in airways.We investigated the time course of ILC2 accumulation in different tissues in murine models of asthma induced by a serial per-nasalchallenge with ovalbumin (OVA), house dust mice (HDM), IL-25 and IL-33 and explored the potential roles of ILC2-attractingchemokines in this phenomenon. Flow cytometry was used to enumerate ILC2s at various time points. The effects of cytokines andchemokines on ILC2 migration were measured in vitro using a chemotaxis assay and in vivo using small animal imaging. Comparedwith saline and OVA challenge, both IL-25 and IL-33 challenge alone induced significant accumulation of ILC2s in the mediastinallymph nodes, lung tissue and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of challenged animals, but with a distinct potency and kinetics. In vitro,IL-33 and CXCL16, but not IL-25 or CCL25, directly induced ILC2 migration. Small animal in vivo imaging further confirmed that asingle intranasal provocation with IL-33 or CXCL16 was sufficient to induce the accumulation of ILC2s in the lungs followinginjection via the tail vein. Moreover, IL-33-induced ILC2 migration involved the activation of ERK1/2, p38, Akt, JNK and NF-κB, whileCXCL16-induced ILC2 migration involved the activation of ERK1/2, p38 and Akt. These data support the hypothesis that epitheliumderived IL-25 and IL-33 induce lung accumulation of ILC2s, while IL-33 exerts a direct chemotactic effect in this process. 6Influence of defect states on the performances of planar tin halide perovskite solar cells显示文摘Although tin halide perovskite has shown excellent photoelectric performance, its efficiency of solar cell is low compared with that of lead halide. In order to enhance the efficiency of tin halide perovskite solar cell, a deep understanding of the role of the defects in the perovskite absorption layer and at the electron transport layer(ETL)/absorber or absorber/hole transport layer(HTL) interface is very necessary. In this work, the planar heterojunction-based CH_3NH_3SnI_3 perovskite solar cells were simulated with the SCAPS-1D program. Simulation results revealed a great dependence of device efficiency on defect density and interface quality of the perovskite absorber. The defect density at the front interface is critical for high efficiency, and the polarity of the interface charge has a different impact on the device efficiency. 7Vasopressin decreases neuronal apoptosis during cardiopulmonary resuscitation显示文摘The American Heart Association and the European Resuscitation Council recently recommended that vasopressin can be used for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, instead of epinephrine. However, the guidelines do not discuss the effects of vasopressin during cerebral resuscitation. In this study, we intraperitoneally injected epinephrine and/or vasopressin during cardiopulmonary resuscitation in a rat model of asphyxial cardiac arrest. The results demonstrated that, compared with epinephrine alone, the pathological damage to nerve cells was lessened, and the levels of c-Jun N-terminal kinase and p38 expression were significantly decreased in the hippocampus after treatment with vasopressin alone or the vasopressin and epinephrine combination. No significant difference in resuscitation effects was detected between vasopressin alone and the vasopressin and epinephrine combination. 10Dynamic Microwave-Assisted Extraction of Total Ginsenosides from Ginseng Fibrous Roots显示文摘A dynamic microwave-assisted extraction(DMAE) method is established for the extraction of total ginsenosides from ginseng fibrous roots. The extraction process has been simulated and its main affection factors(liquid/solid ratio K of solvent to ginseng powders(V/m), irradiation time, irradiation temperature, extracting solution concentration, flow rate of solvent and microwave power) have been optimized by response surface methodology(RSM). The optimum conditions of extraction are the liquid/solid ratio of 270 m L/g, the extraction temperature of 75 ℃, the extraction time of 35 min, ethanol concentration of 70%(V/V), the solvent flow rate of 1.3 m L/min, and the microwave power of 500 W. The yield of ginsenosides obtained by the proposed DAME method is(15.0±0.7) %, which is well agreement with the yield predicted by the model. 11Constraints on the Genesis of the Qixiashan Pb-Zn Deposit, Nanjing: Evidence from Sulfide Trace Element Geochemistry显示文摘The large-scale Qixiashan Pb-Zn Deposit in the eastern Middle-Lower Yangtze metallogenic belt is hosted in carbonate rocks.Based on a detailed mineral paragenesis study,in-situ LA-ICP-MS(laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer)trace element geochemistry data for pyrite and sphalerite from different stages in the Qixiashan Deposit are reported,the Pb-Zn mineralization processes are reconstructed,and a genetic model is constructed.Four paragenetic stages of Pb-Zn ore deposition are identified:the biogenic pyrite mineralization stage(Stage 1),the early stage of hydrothermal Pb-Zn mineralization(Stage 2),the late stage of hydrothermal Pb-Zn mineralization(Stage 3),and the carbonate stage(Stage 4).Stages 2 and 3 are the main ore stages.The trace element characteristics of the sulfide in stages 2 and 3,such as the higher Co/Ni and lower trace element contents of the pyrite and the Fe,Mn,and Ge contents of the sphalerite,indicate that they were generated by magmatic-hydrothermal processes.Furthermore,the lower Cu,Ag,Sb,and Pb contents of the pyrite and sphalerite of Stage 3 compared to Stage 2 suggest an increase in magmatic-hydrothermal activity from Stage 2 to Stage 3.The hydrothermal fluids leached trace elements(e.g.,Cu,Ag,Sb,and Pb)from the previously deposited primary pyrite and sphalerite,which were precipitated in the later hydrothermal stage Cu,Au,Ag,Sb,and Pb bearing minerals and secondary pyrite and sphalerite with lower trace element contents(e.g.,Cu,Au,Ag,Sb,and Pb).Compared with the pyrite from stages 2 and 3,the Stage 1 pyrite has relatively higher trace elements contents(Sb,Cu,Zn,Au,Ag,Pb,As,and Ni).However,their lower Co/Ni ratio suggests a syngenetic sedimentary origin.Based on the petrographic features and trace element data,a multi-stage mineralization model is proposed.The Stage 1 biogenic pyrite formed stratiform pyrite layers,which provided reducing conditions and a base for the subsequent Pb-Zn mineralization.During Stage 2,subsequent hydrothermal fluid interacted with the stratiform pyrite layers,which resulted in sulfide precipitation and the formation of stratiform Pb-Zn orebodies.In Stage 3,the hydrothermal fluid replaced the limestone along the fractures,which triggered the formation of Pb-Zn vein orebodies.Xuejuan Sun Pei Ni Yulong Yang Zhe Chi Shan Jing 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,2:1

17A systemic review of hydrogen supply chain in energy transition显示文摘Targeting the net-zero emission(NZE)by 2050,the hydrogen industry is drastically developing in recent years.However,the technologies of hydrogen upstream production,midstream transportation and storage,and downstream utilization are facing obstacles.In this paper,the development of hydrogen industry from the production,transportation and storage,and sustainable economic development perspectives were reviewed.The current challenges and future outlooks were summarized consequently.In the upstream,blue hydrogen is dominating the current hydrogen supply,and an implementation of carbon capture and sequestration(CCS)can raise its cost by 30%.To achieve an economic feasibility,green hydrogen needs to reduce its cost by 75%to approximately 2$/kg at the large scale.The research progress in the midterm sector is still in a preliminary stage,where experimental and theoretical investigations need to be conducted in addressing the impact of embrittlement,contamination,and flammability so that they could provide a solid support for material selection and largescale feasibility studies.In the downstream utilization,blue hydrogen will be used in producing value-added chemicals in the short-term.Over the long-term,green hydrogen will dominate the market owing to its high energy intensity and zero carbon intensity which provides a promising option for energy storage.Technologies in the hydrogen industry require a comprehensive understanding of their economic and environmental benefits over the whole life cycle in supporting operators and policymakers.Haoming MA Zhe SUN Zhenqian XUE Chi ZHANG Zhangxing CHEN 2023Frontiers in Energy2023,17,1:1
