1The Z-scheme g-C_(3)N_(4)/3DOM-WO_(3) photocatalysts with enhanced activity for CO_(2) photoreduction into CO显示文摘The catalytic performance of light-derived CO_(2)reduction with H_(2)O is strongly dependent on the sepa-ration efficiency of photogenerated carriers.Herein,the direct Z-scheme catalysts(g-C_(3)N_(4)/3DOM-WO_(3))of graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))nanosheets decorated three-dimensional ordered macroporous WO_(3)(3DOM-WO_(3))were successfully fabricated by using the in-situ colloidal crystal template method.The slow light effect of 3DOM-WO_(3)photonic crystals expands the absorption of visible light and improves the uti-lization of light energy.The Z-scheme structure of g-C_(3)N_(4)/3DOM-WO_(3)catalysts is able to upgrade the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.The g-C_(3)N_(4)/3DOM-WO_(3)photocatalyst,whose formation rate of CO product is 48.7μmol g^(−1)h^(−1),exhibits the excellent catalytic activity for CO_(2)reduc-tion.The transfer pathway of stimulated electrons over the g-C_(3)N_(4)/3DOM-WO_(3)photocatalyst is proposed and discussed.The present approach provides unique insights into the rational development of high-performance photochemical systems for efficient CO_(2)reduction into valuable carbon-containing chemicals and energy fuels.Zhiling Tang Chujun Wang Wenjie He Yuechang Wei Zhen Zhao Jian Liu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,2:3
2Effectiveness of moxibustion alone on lumbar disc herniation:a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the available evidence from randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of moxibustion alone for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treatment.METHODS:A systematic search of 10 databases(until August 30,2021)was used to identify studies that reported the response rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score.Study selection and data extraction were independently performed by two reviewers.Cochrane criteria for risk of bias were used to assess the methodological quality of the trials.The Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation Methodology(GRADE)were also used to test the quality of the result evidence.RESULTS:Nineteen RCTs,including 1888 patients,met the inclusion criteria.Five studies showed no difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on response rate[risk ratio(RR)=1.07,95%CI(0.98,1.16),P=0.11].Meanwhile,six studies suggested that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on VAS score[mean difference(MD)=-0.43,95%CI(-0.91,0.05),P=0.08].Eight studies implied that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on JOA score[MD=0.84,95%CI(-1.27,2.96),P=0.44].Two studies indicated that moxibustion may have equivalent effects for treating LDH in the VAS score in comparison with drug therapy[MD=-1.16,95%CI(-2.63,0.31),P=0.12].The evidence level of results was determined to be very low to low.CONCLUSIONS:Based on the existing evidence,moxibustion may not be suitable for treating LDH alone,but it may be applied as an adjuvant treatment.Furthermore,well-designed RCTs with high quality and larger samples are still needed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxibustion alone for LDH treatment.YAO Yao ZHAO Zhenni CHEN Fengqin LENG Yufei PANG Xiangtian XU Xiao SUN Zhiling 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,1:3
3Z-scheme heterojunction of SnS_(2)-decorated 3DOM-SrTiO_(3) for selectively photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction into CH4显示文摘The rapid recombination of photoinduced electron-hole pairs as well as the deficiency of high-energy carriers restricted the redox ability and products selectivity.Herein,the heterojunction of SnS_(2)-deco rated three-dimensional ordered macropores(3DOM)-SrTiO_(3) catalysts were in-situ constructed to provide transmit channel for high-energy electron transmission.The suitable band edges of SnS_(2) and SrTiO_(3) contribute to the Z-scheme transfer of photogenerated carrier.The 3DOM structure of SrTiO_(3)-based catalyst possesses the slow light effect for enhancing light adsorption efficiency,and the surface alkalis strontium is benefit to the boosting adsorption for CO_(2).The in-situ introduced SnS_(2) decorated on the macroporous wall surface of 3DOM-SrTiO_(3) altered the primary product from CO to CH4.The Z-scheme electron transfer from SnS_(2) combining with the holes in SrTiO_(3) occurred under full spectrum photoexcitation,which improved the excitation and utilization of photogene rated electrons for C02 multi-electrons reduction.As a result,(SnS_(2))3/3 DOM-SrTiO_(3) catalyst exhibits higher activity for photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction to CH4 compared with single SnS_(2) or 3 DOM-SrTiO_(3),i.e.,its yield and selectivity of CH4 are 12.5μmol g^(-1) h^(-1) and 74.9%,re spectively.The present work proposed the theoretical foundation of Z-scheme heterojunction construction for enhancing photocatalytic activity and selectivity for CO_(2) conversion.Wenjie He Xingxing Wu Yifei Li Jing Xiong Zhiling Tang Yuechang Wei Zhen Zhao Xiao Zhang Jian Liu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10:2

5CmNF-YB8 affects drought resistance in chrysanthemum by altering stomatal status and leaf cuticle thickness显示文摘Drought is a major abiotic stress that limits plant growth and development.Adaptive mechanisms have evolved to mitigate drought stress,including the capacity to adjust water loss rate and to modify the morphology and structure of the epidermis.Here,we show that the expression of CmNF-YB8,encoding a nuclear factor Y(NF-Y)B-type subunit,is lower under drought conditions in chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium).Transgenicchrysanthemumlinesinwhich transcript levels of CmNF-YB8 were reduced by RNA interference(CmNF-YB8-RNAi)exhibited enhanced drought resistance relative to control lines,whereas lines overexpressing CmNF-YB8(CmNF-YB8-OX)were less tolerant to drought.Compared to wild type(WT),CmNF-YB8-RNAi plants showed reduced stomatal opening and a thicker epidermal cuticle that correlated with their water loss rate.We also identified genes involved in stomatal adjustment(CBLinteracting protein kinase 6,CmCIPK6)and cuticle biosynthesis(CmSHN3)that are more highly expressed in CmNF-YB8-RNAi lines than in WT,CmCIPK6 being a direct downstream target of CmNF-YB8.Virus-induced gene silencing of CmCIPK6 or CmSHN3 in the CmNFYB8-RNAi background abolished the effects of CmNF-YB8-RNAi on stomatal closure and cuticle deposition,respectively.CmNF-YB8 thus regulates CmCIPK6 and CmSHN3 expression to alter stomatal movement and cuticle thickness in the leaf epidermis,thereby affecting drought resistance.Tianle Wang Qian Wei Zhiling Wang Wenwen Liu Xin Zhao Chao Ma Junping Gao Yanjie Xu Bo Hong 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,3:1

10Variable valence Mo^(5+)/Mo^(6+)ionic bridge in hollow spherical g-C_(3)N_(4)/Bi_(2)MoO_(6) catalysts for promoting selective visible light-driven CO_(2)photoreduction into CO显示文摘Herein,the catalysts of ultrathin g-C_(3)N_(4)surface-modified hollow spherical Bi2MoO6(g-C_(3)N_(4)/Bi2MoO6,abbreviated as CN/BMO)were fabricated by the co-solvothermal method.The variable valence Mo^(5+)/Mo^(6+)ionic bridge in CN/BMO catalysts can boost the rapid transfer of photogenerated electrons from Bi2MoO6to g-C_(3)N_(4).And the synergy effect of g-C_(3)N_(4)and Bi2MoO6components remarkably enhance CO_(2)adsorption capability.CN/BMO-2 catalyst has the best performances for visible light-driven CO_(2)reduction compared with single Bi2MoO6and g-C_(3)N_(4),i.e.,its amount and selectivity of CO product are 139.50μmol g-1and 96.88%for 9 h,respectively.Based on the results of characterizations and density functional theory calculation,the photocatalytic mechanism for CO_(2)reduction is proposed.The high-efficient separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs,induced by variable valence Mo^(5+)/Mo^(6+)ionic bridge,can boost the rate-limiting steps(COOH*-to-CO*and CO*desorption)of selective visible light-driven CO_(2)conversion into CO.It inspires the establishment of efficient photocatalysts for CO_(2)conversion.Wenjie He Yuechang Wei Jing Xiong Zhiling Tang Yingli Wang Xiong Wang Hui Xu Xiao Zhang Xiaolin Yu Zhen Zhao Jian Liu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,5:1

16Toward scalable fabrication of electrochemical paper sensor without surface functionalization显示文摘Paper-based electrochemical sensors provide the opportunity for low-cost,portable and environmentally friendly single-use chemical analysis and there are various reports of surface-functionalized paper electrodes.Here we report a composite paper electrode that is fabricated through designed papermaking using cellulose,carbon fibers(CF),and graphene oxide(GO).The composite paper has well-controlled structure,stable,and repeatable properties,and offers the electrocatalytic activities for sensitive and selective chemical detection.We demonstrate that this CF/GO/cellulose composite paper can be reduced electroche mically using relatively mild conditions and this GO reduction confers electrocatalytic properties to the composite paper.Finally,we demonstrate that this composite paper offers sensing performance(sensitivity and selectivity)comparable to,or better than,paperbased sensors prepared by small-batch surface-modification(e.g.,printing)methods.We envision this coupling of industrialized papermaking technologies with interfacial engineering and electrochemical reduction can provide a platform for single-use and portable chemical detection for a wide range of applications.Cheng Wang Rui Wu Hao Ling Zhiling Zhao Wenjia Han Xiaowen Shi Gregory F.Payne Xiaohui Wang 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:0
17Novel biomarkers identifying hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and its obstructive variant based on targeted amino acid metabolomics显示文摘Background:Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is an underdiagnosed genetic heart disease worldwide.The management and prognosis of obstructive HCM(HOCM)and non-obstructive HCM(HNCM)are quite different,but it also remains challenging to discriminate these two subtypes.HCM is characterized by dysmetabolism,and myocardial amino acid(AA)metabolism is robustly changed.The present study aimed to delineate plasma AA and derivatives profiles,and identify potential biomarkers for HCM.Methods:Plasma samples from 166 participants,including 57 cases of HOCM,52 cases of HNCM,and 57 normal controls(NCs),who first visited the International Cooperation Center for HCM,Xijing Hospital between December 2019 and September 2020,were collected and analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry based on targeted AA metabolomics.Three separate classification algorithms,including random forest,support vector machine,and logistic regression,were applied for the identification of specific AA and derivatives compositions for HCM and the development of screening models to discriminate HCM from NC as well as HOCM from HNCM.Results:The univariate analysis showed that the serine,glycine,proline,citrulline,glutamine,cystine,creatinine,cysteine,choline,and aminoadipic acid levels in the HCM group were significantly different from those in the NC group.Four AAs and derivatives(Panel A;proline,glycine,cysteine,and choline)were screened out by multiple feature selection algorithms for discriminating HCM patients from NCs.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)analysis in Panel A yielded an area under the ROC curve(AUC)of 0.83(0.75-0.91)in the training set and 0.79(0.65-0.94)in the validation set.Moreover,among 10 AAs and derivatives(arginine,phenylalanine,tyrosine,proline,alanine,asparagine,creatine,tryptophan,ornithine,and choline)with statistical significance between HOCM and HNCM,3 AAs(Panel B;arginine,proline,and ornithine)were selected to differentiate the two subgroups.The AUC values in the training and validation sets for Panel B were 0.83(0.74-0.93)and 0.82(0.66-0.98),respectively.Conclusions:The plasma AA and derivatives profiles were distinct between the HCM and NC groups.Based on the differential profiles,the two established screening models have potential value in assisting HCM screening and identifying whether it is obstructive.Lanyan Guo Bo Wang Fuyang Zhang Chao Gao Guangyu Hu Mengyao Zhou Rutao Wang Hang Zhao Wenjun Yan Ling Zhang Zhiling Ma Weiping Yang Xiong Guo Chong Huang Zhe Cui Fangfang Sun Dandan Song Liwen Liu Ling Tao 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,16:0
18Mycobacteriaceae Phenome Atlas(MPA):A Standardized Atlas for the Mycobacteriaceae Phenome Based on Heterogeneous Sources显示文摘The bacterial family Mycobacteriaceae includes pathogenic and nonpathogenic bacteria,and systematic research on their genome and phenome can give comprehensive perspectives for exploring their disease mechanism.In this study,the pheno-types of Mycobacteriaceae were inferred from available phenomic data,and 82 microbial phenotypic traits were recruited as data elements of the microbial phenome.This Mycobacteriaceae phenome contains five categories and 20 subcategories of polyphasic phenotypes,and three categories and eight subcategories of functional phenotypes,all of which are complemen-tary to the existing data standards of microbial phenotypes.The phenomic data of Mycobacteriaceae strains were compiled by literature mining,third-party database integration,and bioinformatics annotation.The phenotypes were searchable and comparable from the website of the Mycobacteriaceae Phenome Atlas(MPA,http://gffzz9fa96046bf0d4f3escuxupc0ov6cv60o6.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn no.org/mpa/).A topological data analysis of MPA revealed the co-evolution between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and virulence factors,and uncovered potential pathogenicity-associated phenotypes.Two hundred and sixty potential pathogen-enriched pathways were found by Fisher's exact test.The application of MPA may provide novel insights into the pathogenicity mechanism and antimicrobial targets of Mycobacteriaceae.Wan Liu Hui Cen Zhile Wu Haokui Zhou Shuo Chen Xilan Yang Guoping Zhao Guoqing Zhang 2023Phenomics2023,3,5:0
