| 1 | Real-time flood forecasting of Huai River with flood diversion and retarding areas显示文摘A combination of the rainfall-runoff module of the Xin’anjiang model, the Muskingum routing method, the water stage simulating hydrologic method, the diffusion wave nonlinear water stage method, and the real-time error correction method is applied to the real-time flood forecasting and regulation of the Huai River with flood diversion and retarding areas. The Xin’anjiang model is used to forecast the flood discharge hydrograph of the upstream and tributary. The flood routing of the main channel and flood diversion areas is based on the Muskingum method. The water stage of the downstream boundary condition is calculated with the water stage simulating hydrologic method and the water stages of each cross section are calculated from downstream to upstream with the diffusion wave nonlinear water stage method. The input flood discharge hydrograph from the main channel to the flood diversion area is estimated with the fixed split ratio of the main channel discharge. The flood flow inside the flood retarding area is calculated as a reservoir with the water balance method. The faded-memory forgetting factor least square of error series is used as the real-time error correction method for forecasting discharge and water stage. As an example, the combined models were applied to flood forecasting and regulation of the upper reaches of the Huai River above Lutaizi during the 2007 flood season. | 2 | Rainfall-runoff simulation and flood forecasting for Huaihe Basin显示文摘The main purpose of this study was to forecast the inflow to Hongze Lake using the Xin'anjiang rainfall-runoff model.The upper area of Hongze Lake in the Huaihe Basin was divided into 23 sub-basins,including the surface of Hongze Lake.The influence of reservoirs and gates on flood forecasting was considered in a practical and simple way.With a one-day time step,the linear and non-linear Muskingum method was used for channel flood routing,and the least-square regression model was used for real-time correction in flood forecasting.Representative historical data were collected for the model calibration.The hydrological model parameters for each sub-basin were calibrated individually,so the parameters of the Xin'anjiang model were different for different sub-basins.This flood forecasting system was used in the real-time simulation of the large flood in 2005 and the results are satisfactory when compared with measured data from the flood. | Li Zhijia Wang Lili Bao Hongjun Song Yu Yu Zhongbo | 2008 | Water Science and Engineering2008,1,3: | 5 |

| 4 | Electronic structure of exfoliated millimeter-sized monolayer WSe2 on silicon wafer显示文摘The mono layer WSe2 is in teresting and important for future application in nanoelectronics,spintronics and valleytronics devices,because it has the largest spin splitting and Ion gest valley coherence time among all the known monolayer transition-metal dichalcogenides(TMDs).Toobtain the large-area monolayer TMDs'crystal is the first step to manu facture scalable and high-performance electronic devices.In this letter,we have successfully fabricated millimeter-sized mono layer WSe2 single crystals with very high quality,based on our improved mecha nicalexfoliation method.With such superior samples,using standard high resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we didcomprehe nsive electronic band structure measurements on our mono layer WSe2.The overall band features point it to be a 1.2 eV direct bandgap semico nductor.Its spin splitting of the valence band at K point is found as 460 meV,which is 30 meV less than the corresponding band splitting in its bulk counterpart.The effective hole masses of valence bands are determined as 2.344 me atГ,and 0.529 me as well as 0.532 meat K for the upper and lower branch of splitting ban ds,respectively.And screening effect from substrate is shown to substa ntially impact onthe electronic properties.Our results provide importa nt insights into band structure engineering in mono layer TMDs.Our mono layer WSe2 crystals may constitute a valuable device platform. | Wenjuan Zhao Yuan Huang Cheng Shen Cong Li Yongqing Cai Yu Xu Hongtao Rong Qiang Gao Yang Wang Lin Zhao Lihong Bao Qingyan Wang Guangyu Zhang Hongjun Gao Zuyan Xu Xingjiang Zhou Guodong Liu | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,12: | 2 |

| 12 | Tuning the optoelectronic properties of vinylene linked perylenediimide dimer by ring annulation at the inside or outside bay positions for fullerene-free organic solar cells显示文摘Among various perylenediimide(PDI)-based small molecular non-fullerene acceptors(NFAs),PDI dimer can effectively avoid the excessive aggregation of single PDI and improve the photovoltaic performance.However,the twist of perylene core in PDI dimer will destroy the effective conjugation.Thus,ring annulation of PDI dimer is a feasible method to balance the film quality and electron transport,but the systematic study has attracted few attentions.Herein,we choose a simple vinylene linked PDI dimer,V-PDI2,and then conduct further studies on the structure-property-performance relationship of four kinds of derived fused-PDI dimers,namely V-TDI2,V-FDI2,V-PDIS2 and V-PDISe2 respectively.The former two are incorporated thianaphthene and benzofuran at the inside bay positions,and the latter two are fused thiophene and selenophene at the outside bay positions,respectively.Theoretical calculations reveal the inside-and outside-fused structures largely affect the skeleton configuration,the former two tend to be planar structure and the latter two maintain the distorted backbone.The photovoltaic characterizations show that the inside-fused PDI dimers offer high open circuit voltage(VOC),while the outside-fused PDI dimers afford large short-circuit current density(JSC).This variation tendency results from the reasonably tunable energy levels,light absorption,molecular crystallinity and film morphology.As a result,PBDB-T:V-PDISe2 device exhibits the highest power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 6.51%,and PBDB-T:VFDI2 device realizes the highest VOC of 1.00 V.This contribution indicates that annulation of PDI dimers in outside or inside bay regions is a feasible method to modulate the properties of PDI-based non-fullerene acceptors. | Jing Yang Fan Chen Peiqing Cong Hongjun Xiao Yanfang Geng Zhihui Liao Lie Chen Bao Zhang Erjun Zhou | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,1: | 0 |
| 13 | Novel Autoantibodies Related to Cell Death and DNA Repair Pathways in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus显示文摘Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a complex autoimmune syndrome characterized by various co-existing autoantibodies(autoAbs)in patients’blood.However,the full spectrum of autoAbs in SLE has not been comprehensively elucidated.In this study,a commercial platform bearing 9400 antigens(ProtoArray)was used to identify autoAbs that were significantly elevated in the sera of SLE patients.By comparing the autoAb profiles of SLE patients with those of healthy controls,we identified 437 IgG and 1213 IgM autoAbs that the expression levels were significantly increased in SLE(P<0.05).Use of the ProtoArray platform uncovered over 300 novel autoAbs targeting a broad range of nuclear,cytoplasmic,and membrane antigens.Molecular interaction network analysis revealed that the antigens targeted by the autoAbs were most significantly enriched in cell death,cell cycle,and DNA repair pathways.A group of autoAbs associated with cell apoptosis and DNA repair function,including those targeting APEX1,AURKA,POLB,AGO1,HMGB1,IFIT5,MAPKAPK3,PADI4,RGS3,SRP19,UBE2S,and VRK1,were further validated by ELISA and Western blot in a larger cohort.In addition,the levels of autoAbs against APEX1,HMGB1,VRK1,AURKA,PADI4,and SRP19 were positively correlated with the level of anti-dsDNA in SLE patients.Comprehensive autoAb screening has identified novel autoAbs,which may shed light on potential pathogenic pathways leading to lupus. | Hui Luo Ling Wang Ding Bao Li Wang Hongjun Zhao Yun Lian Mei Yan Chandra Mohan Quan-Zhen Li | 2019 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2019,17,3: | 0 |
