| 1 | HIF-1α与VEGF及MVD在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义(英文)显示文摘Objective:To investigate the correlations among the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),vas-cular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density(MVD),and their relationships to the clinicopathologic characteristics of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas(ESCC).Methods:The expressions of HIF-1α,VEGF and MVD were detected by immunohistochemical method in 45 cases of ESCC,30 intraepithelial neoplasia and 35 normal esophageal mucosal epithelia tissues.The correlations among the expressions of HIF-1a,VEGF and MVD,and their relationships to the clinicopathologic features of ESCC were analyzed.Results:The rate of positive expression of HIF-1α and VEGF which were 80% and 84% in ESCC were significantly higher than those in intraepithelial neoplasia and normal esophageal mucosal epi-thelium tissues (P < 0.01) and so did the MVD value which was 71.10 ± 15.02 in ESCC(P < 0.01).The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF were positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of ESCC.The expressions of HIF-1α were positively correlated with the expressions of VEGF and the value of MVD.Conclusion:Overexpression of HIF-1α is found in ESCC.HIF-1α may induce the angiogenesis in ESCC by upregulating the transcription of VEGF gene.It may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and aggression in ESCC,HIF-1α,VEGF and MVD may be a useful marker for evaluating the biological behaviors of ESCC. | Feng Liu Xiaolong Yang Boying Ding Gang Ren Rongfu Gong | 2009 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2009,8,4: | 2 |

| 3 | Study of penetration mechanism of labrasol on rabbit cornea by Ussing chamber, RT-PCR assay, Western blot and immunohistochemistry显示文摘Labrasol, as a non-ionic surfactant, can enhance the permeation and absorption of drugs, and is extensively used in topical, transdermal, and oral pharmaceutical preparations as an emulsifier and absorption enhancer. Recent studies in our laboratory have indicated that labrasol has a strong absorption enhancing effect on different types of drugs in vitro and in vivo. This study was performed to further elucidate the action mechanism of labrasol on the corneal penetration. In this research, the fluorescein sodium, a marker of passive paracellular transport of tight junction, was selected as the model drug to assess the effect of labrasol on in vitro corneal permeability. To investigate the continuous and real-time influence of labrasol on the membrane permeability and integrity, the Ussing chamber system was applied to monitor the electrophysiological parameters. And, furthermore, we elucidated the effect of labrasol on excised cornea at the molecular level by application of RT-PCR, Western blot, and immunohistochemical staining. | 5 | Electrocatalytic oxidation of gaseous toluene in an all-solid cell using a foam Ti/Sb-SnO2/β-PbO_(2) anode显示文摘Mineralization of benzene,toluene,and xylene (BTX) with high efficiency at room temperature is still a challenge for the purification of indoor air.In this work,a foam Ti/Sb-Sn O2/β-Pb O_(2)anode catalyst was prepared for electrocatalytically oxidizing gaseous toluene in an all-solid cell at ambient temperature.The complex Ti/Sb-Sn O_(2)/β-Pb O_(2)anode,which was prepared by sequentially deposing Sb-Sn O_(2)and β-Pb O_(2)on a foam Ti substrate,shows high electrocatalytic oxidation efficiency of toluene (80%) at 7 hr of reaction and high CO_(2)selectivity (94.9%) under an optimized condition,i.e.,a cell voltage of 2.0 V,relative humidity of60%and a flow rate of 100 m L/min.The better catalytic performance can be ascribed to the high production rate of·OH radicals from discharging adsorbed water and the inhibition of oxygen evolution on the surface of foam Ti/Sb-Sn O_(2)/β-Pb O_(2)anode when compared with the foam Ti/Sb-Sn O_(2)anode.Our results demonstrate that prepared complex electrodes can be potentially used for electrocatalytic removal of gaseous toluene at room temperature with a good performance. | Zhikun Liu Weiming Qian Min Chen Wenshuo Zhou Boying Song Bo Zhang Xiaolei Bao Qiong Tang Yongchun Liu Changbin Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,12: | 1 |

| 7 | Enhanced composite thermal conductivity by percolated networks of in-situ confined-grown carbon nanotubes显示文摘Despite the ever-increasing demand of nanofillers for thermal enhancement of polymer composites with higher thermal conductivity and irregular geometry,nanomaterials like carbon nanotubes(CNTs)have been constrained by the nonuniform dispersion and difficulty in constructing effective three-dimensional(3D)conduction network with low loading and desired isotropic or anisotropic(specific preferred heat conduction)performances.Herein,we illustrated the in-situ construction of CNT based 3D heat conduction networks with different directional performances.First,to in-situ construct an isotropic percolated conduction network,with spherical cores as support materials,we developed a confined-growth technique for CNT-core sea urchin(CNTSU)materials.With 21.0 wt.%CNTSU loading,the thermal conductivity of composites reached 1.43±0.13 W/(m·K).Secondly,with aligned hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)as an anisotropic support,we constructed CNT-hBN aligned networks by in-situ CNT growth,which improved the utilization efficiency of high density hBN and reduced the thermal interface resistance between matrix and fillers.With~8.5 wt.%loading,the composites possess thermal conductivity up to 0.86±0.14 W/(m·K),374%of that for neat matrix.Due to the uniformity of CNTs in hBN network,the synergistic thermal enhancement from one-dimensional(1D)+two-dimensional(2D)hybrid materials becomes more distinct.Based on the detailed experimental evidence,the importance of purposeful production of a uniformly interconnected heat conduction 3D network with desired directional performance can be observed,particularly compared with the traditional direct-mixing method.This study opens new possibilities for the preparation of high-power-density electronics packaging and interfacial materials when both directional thermal performance and complex composite geometry are simultaneously required. | Xiao Zhang Wei Tan Tian Carey Bo Wen Delong He Adrees Arbab Alex Groombridge Fiona Smail Jean de La Verpilliere Chengning Yao Yanchun Wang Xiaojun Wei Huaping Liu Sishen Xie Felice Torrisi Michael De Volder Weiya Zhou Adam Boies | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,11: | 0 |
