| 1 | 经桡动脉穿刺的冠状动脉介入治疗显示文摘目的 探讨经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性和安全性。方法 116例冠心病患者 (男 96例 ,女 2 0例 ,平均年龄 5 7 44± 9 40岁 )经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗。结果 5例桡动脉穿刺失败改行股动脉穿刺 ,2例桡动脉穿刺虽成功但试行球囊扩张失败 ,其余患者均取得穿刺和介入治疗成功。共扩张病变血管 135支 (前降支 6 9支 ,回旋支 2 6支 ,右冠状动脉 39支 ,静脉桥血管1支 ) ,治疗病变 148处 (A型 15处 ,B型 10 6处 ,C型 2 7处 )。 98例患者的 10 5支血管植入支架共 110个 ,1例行旋磨术 ,1例行冠状动脉内超声检查。 2 5例患者术中须更换导引导管。术后穿刺局部大量出血需输血者 1例 ,局部较大血肿 2例 ,肘动脉分支穿孔 1例。结论 经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗在临床上可行 ,但穿刺较困难 ,导引导管支撑力较差 ,应警惕局部血管损伤的可能。 | 洪涛 Koh Tian Hai Charles Chan Lim Yean-Leng | 2002 | 中国介入心脏病学杂志2002,10,3: | 39 |

| 3 | Evidence of compliance with and effectiveness of guidelines for noninvasive prenatal testing in China:a retrospective study of 189,809 cases显示文摘In China,the medical guidelines recommend performing noninvasive prenatal testing(NIPT)with caution for pregnant women aged 35 years or older.However,the Mother and Child Health Care Law suggests that all primiparous women whose age is older than 35 years undergo prenatal diagnosis.These two inconsistent suggestions/recommendations have made obstetricians confused about whether to offer NIPT to these older pregnant women.To face this issue and find out the solution we performed a retrospective study of 189,809 NIPT samples collected from 28 provincial-leveled administrative units in China.Of 1,564 women with high-risk pregnancies who underwent NIPT,459(29.3%)did not participate in follow-up.The compound sensitivity and specificity of NIPT for trisomies 21,18 and 13 detection was 99.1%(95%CI,98.0%–99.6%)and 99.9%(95%CI,98.8%–99.9%),respectively.In secundiparous women,NIPT showed high sensitivity and specificity similar to that in primiparous women.The observed risk for trisomies 21 and 18 significantly increased when the maternal age was 39 and older.After the publication of the current NIPT policy,the follow-up rate at our center was 97.9%;however,a large number of women are not in maternal and infant care networks nationwide,and that makes the follow-up rate outside our center relatively low.Our study shows that to balance the prevention of major aneuploidies and the limited resources for prenatal diagnosis,the cut-off age of 35 for invasive prenatal diagnosis might be unnecessary.Although the NIPT guidelines are well written,how to practice it effectively,especially in less industrialized areas,is worth discussing. | Chan Tian Tao Deng Xiuhuang Zhu Chen Gong Yangyu Zhao Yuan Wei Rong Li Xiufeng Xu Miaonan He Zhiwei Zhang Jing Cheng Mol BenWillem Jie Qiao | 2020 | Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,3: | 10 |
| 4 | Evaluation of Glycosaminoglycan in the Lumbar Disc Using Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer MR at 3.0 Tesla:Reproducibility and Correlation with Disc Degeneration显示文摘Objective This study aims to explore the clinical applicability and relevance of glycosaminoglycan Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer(gag CEST) for intervertebral disc. Methods 25 subjects ranging in age from 24 yrs to 74 yrs were enrolled. gag CEST was acquired using a single-slice TSE sequence on a 3T. Saturation used a continuous rectangular RF pulse with B1=0.8 μT and a fixed duration time =1100 ms. Sagittal image was obtained firstly without saturation pulse, and then saturated images were acquired at 52 offsets ranging from ±0.125 to ±7 parts per million(ppm). MR T2 relaxivity map was acquired at the identical location. Six subjects were scanned twice to assess scan-rescan reproducibility. Results Gag CEST intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) of six subjects was 0.759 for nucleus pulposus(NP) and 0.508 for annulus fibrosus(AF). Bland-Altman plots showed NP had a mean difference of 0.10%(95% limits of agreement:-3.02% to 3.22%); while that of AF was 0.34%(95% limits of agreement:-2.28% to 2.95%). For the 25 subjects, gag CEST in NP decreased as disc degeneration increased, with a similar trend to T2 relaxivity. Gag CEST of AF showed a better correlation with disc degeneration than T2 relaxivity. | 5 | Clinical and Familial Characteristics of Ten Chinese Patients with Fatal Family Insomnia显示文摘Objective Fatal familial insomnia(FFI) is an autosomal dominant prion disease characterized clinically by inattention,sleep loss,dysautonomia,and motor signs.This study is aimed to investigate clinical and familial characteristics of ten Chinese Patients with FFI.Methods We identified ten FFI cases from the surveillance network for Creutafeldt-Jakob disease(CJD) in China.Final diagnosis of FFI cases was made in accordance with the WHO criteria for CJD.The main clinical features and family histories of these ten FFI cases were analyzed.Results The median age of ten cases at onset was 38 years(from 19 to 55).The foremost symptoms seemed to be various,including sleep disturbances,vision disorder,dizziness and anorexia.Sleep disturbances appeared in all cases and lasted in the whole clinical courses.Progressive sympathetic symptoms,memory loss,movement disturbances,myoclonus and hypertension were also frequently observed.The median duration of the disease was 9.5 months.EEG and MRI did not figure out special abnormality.14-3-3 protein in CSF was positive in five out of eight tested patients.Clear family histories were identified in 8 patients.Conclusion The data from our study confirm that the Chinese FFI cases have similar clinical characteristics as that of the Caucasian cases.Compared with other genetic CJD associated mutations,the genetic frequencies of D178N in PRNP are apparently high among the Chinese cases. | SHI Qi CHEN Cao GAO Chen TIAN Chan ZHOU Wei ZHANG BaoYun HAN Jun DONG Xiao Ping | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,4: | 8 |

| 9 | The First Chinese Case of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease with Mutation of E200K in PRNP显示文摘Objective To investigate epidemiological, clinical and genetic features of the first Chinese case of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD ) with mutation of E200K in PRNP. Methods The general epidemiological and clinical data were collected; CSF 14-3-3 protein was analyzed by Western blot; The PRNP was amplified by PCR and analyzed. Results A missense mutation in codon 200 (E200K) of the PRNP was identified in this patient; CSF 14-3-3 protein was positive; sleep disturbance was the initial sign and the other symptoms gradually appeared, including memory loss, dizziness and ataxia. | 10 | Isotope Geochronologic and Geochemical Constraints on the Magmatic Associations of the Collisional Orogenic Zone in the West Kunlun Orogen, China显示文摘The Jiajiwaxi pluton in the southern portion of the West Kunlun Range can be divided into two collision–related intrusive rock series, i.e., a gabbro–quartz diorite–granodiorite series that formed at 224±2.0 Ma and a monzonitic granite–syenogranite series that formed at 222±2.0 Ma. The systematic analysis of zircon U-Pb geochronology and bulk geochemistry is used to discuss the magmatic origin(material source and thermal source), tectonic setting, genesis and geotectonic implications of these rocks. The results of this analysis indicate that the parent magma of the first series, representing a transition from I-type to S-type granites, formed from thermally triggered partial melting of deep crustal components in an early island–arc–type igneous complex, similar to an I-type granite, during the continental collision orogenic stage. The parent magma of the second series, corresponding to an S-type granite, formed from the partial melting of forearc accretionary wedge sediments in a subduction zone in the late Palaeozoic–Triassic. During continued collision, the second series magma was emplaced into the first series pluton along a central fault zone in the original island arc region, forming an immiscible puncture-type complex. The deep tectonothermal events associated with the continent–continent collision during the orogenic cycle are constrained by the compositions and origins of the two series. | 15 | Standard Protocol Items for Clinical Trials with Traditional Chinese Medicine 2018: Recommendations, Explanation and Elaboration(SPIRIT-TCM Extension 2018)显示文摘Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is one of the oldest systems of medicine. More and more attention has been paid to TCM application, but the variable quality of clinical trials with TCM impedes its widespread acceptance. The Standard Protocol Items: Recommendations for Interventional Trials(SPIRIT) 2013 Statement has established guidelines for designing clinical trials to ensure that the trial results are accurate and reliable. However, there are difficulties when applying SPIRIT 2013 Statement to trials with TCM, due to the unique theory and the characteristic of TCM intervention. An Extension to the original SPIRIT was developed to ensure the quality of trial design with TCM. As Chinese herbal formulae, acupuncture and moxibustion are common and representative interventions in TCM practice, the executive working group determined that the SPIRIT-TCM Extension focus on these three interventions. Extension was developed through initiation, 3 rounds of Delphi consensus survey, and finalizing expert meeting. Seven items from the SPIRIT 2013 Statement were modified, namely, 'title', 'background and rationale', 'objectives', 'eligibility criteria', 'interventions', 'outcomes', and 'data collection methods'. The Extension includes the introduction of the concept of TCM pattern and 3 major TCM interventions, with examples and explanations. The SPIRIT-TCM Extension 2018 provides suggestion for investigators in designing high quality TCM clinical trials. | 16 | Peripheral Artery Disease and Risk of Fibrosis Deterioration in Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease:A Prospective Investigation显示文摘Objective Liver fibrosis is an important predictor of mortality in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Peripheral artery disease(PAD)and liver fibrosis share many common metabolic dysfunctions.We aimed to explore the association between PAD and risk of fibrosis deterioration in NAFLD patients.Methods The study recruited 1,610 NAFLD patients aged≥40 years from a well-defined community at baseline in 2010 and followed up between August 2014 and May 2015.Fibrosis deterioration was defined as the NAFLD fibrosis score(NFS)status increased to a higher category at the follow-up visit.PAD was defined as an ankle-brachial index of<0.90 or>1.40.Results During an average of 4.3 years’follow-up,618 patients progressed to a higher NFS category.PAD was associated with 92%increased risk of fibrosis deterioration[multivariable-adjusted odds ratio(OR):1.92,95%confidence interval(CI):1.24,2.98].When stratified by baseline NFS status,the OR for progression from low to intermediate or high NFS was 1.74(95%CI:1.02,3.00),and progression from intermediate to high NFS was 2.24(95%CI:1.05,4.80).There was a significant interaction between PAD and insulin resistance(IR)on fibrosis deterioration(P for interaction=0.03).As compared with non-PAD and non-IR,the coexistence of PAD and IR was associated with a 3.85-fold(95%CI:2.06,7.18)increased risk of fibrosis deterioration.Conclusion PAD is associated with an increased risk of fibrosis deterioration in NAFLD patients,especially in those with IR.The coexistence of PAD and IR may impose an interactive effect on the risk of fibrosis deterioration. | ZHU Wen DENG Chan Juan XUAN Li Ping DAI Hua Jie ZHAO Zhi Yun WANG Tian Ge LI Mian LU Jie Li XU Yu CHEN Yu Hong WANG Wei Qing BI Yu Fang XU Min | 2020 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,4: | 2 |
| 17 | Establishment of Hamster-and Human-PRNP Transgenic Mice显示文摘Objective To create transgenic mice expressing hamster‐ and human‐PRNP as a model for understanding the physiological function and pathology of prion protein (PrP),as well as the mechanism of cross‐species transmission of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs).Methods Hamster and human‐PRNP transgenic mice were established by conventional methods.The copy number of integrated PRNP in various mouse lines was mapped by real‐time PCR.PRNP mRNA and protein levels were determined by semi‐quantitative RT‐PCR,real‐time RT‐PCR,and western blot analysis.Histological analyses of transgenic mice were performed by hematoxylin and eosin (H & E) staining and immunohistochemical (IHC) methods.Results Integrated PRNP copy number in various mouse lines was 53 (Tg‐haPrP1),18 (Tg‐huPrP1),3 (Tg‐huPrP2),and 16 (Tg‐huPrP5),respectively.Exogenous PrPs were expressed at both the transcriptional and translational level.Histological assays did not detect any abnormalities in brain or other organs.Conclusion We have established one hamster‐PRNP transgenic mouse line and three human‐PRNP transgenic mouse lines.These four transgenic mouse lines provide ideal models for additional research. | GONG Han Shi TIAN Chan ZHANG Bao Yun WANG Zhao Yun XIE Wu Ling JING Yuan Yuan GAO Chen JIANG Hui Ying SHI Qi LIU Yong DONG Xiao Ping | 2011 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,6: | 2 |
