| 2 | Key parameter estimation for radar rotating object imaging with multi-aspect observations显示文摘Rotating object model is commonly used for imaging analysis in high resolution radars such as the inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR). For a rotating object, it is known that multi-aspect observations can improve cross-range resolution with the known imaging geometry. For the non-cooperative rotating object with unknown imaging geometry, this paper proposes an integrated scheme to estimate the key parameters, e.g., the rotating velocity and the aspect angle difference between every two observations. Furthermore, convolution back-projection (CBP) method is applied to provide fused imaging result with improved resolution. Also, the accuracy of the ultimate parameter estimation is analyzed, which is strongly related with several important factors like position extraction error of scattering centers and so on. | 4 | Curcumin-incorporated 3D bioprinting gelatin methacryloyl hydrogel reduces reactive oxygen species-induced adipose-derived stem cell apoptosis and improves implanting survival in diabetic wounds显示文摘Background:Gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)hydrogels loaded with stem cells have proved to be an effective clinical treatment for wound healing.Advanced glycation end product(AGE),interacting with its particular receptor(AGER),gives rise to reactive oxygen species(ROS)and apoptosis.Curcumin(Cur)has excellent antioxidant activity and regulates intracellular ROS production and apoptosis.In this study,we developed a Cur-incorporated 3D-printed GelMA to insert into adiposederived stem cells(ADSCs)and applied it to diabetic wounds.Methods:GelMA hydrogels with Cur were fabricated and their in vitro effects on ADSCs were investigated.We used structural characterization,western blot,ROS and apoptosis assay to evaluate the antioxidant and anti-apoptotic activity,and assessed the wound healing effects to investigate the mechanism underlying regulation of apoptosis by Cur via the AGE/AGER/nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)p65 pathway.Results:A 10%GelMA scaffold exhibited appropriate mechanical properties and biocompatibility for ADSCs.The circular mesh structure demonstrated printability of 10%GelMA and Cur-GelMA bioinks.The incorporation of Cur into the 10%GelMA hydrogel showed an inhibitory effect on AGEs/AGER/NF-κB p65-induced ROS generation and ADSC apoptosis.Furthermore,Cur-GelMA scaffold promoted cell survival and expedited in vivo diabetic wound healing.Conclusions:The incorporation of Cur improved the antioxidant activity of 3D-printed GelMA hydrogel and mitigated AGE/AGER/p65 axis-induced ROS and apoptosis in ADSCs.The effects of scaffolds on wound healing suggested that Cur/GelMA-ADSC hydrogel could be an effective biological material for accelerating wound healing. | Sizhan Xia Tingting Weng Ronghua Jin Min Yang Meirong Yu Wei Zhang Xingang Wang Chunmao Han | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 4 |
| 5 | Instrument for insulation conditions detection of roof insulator on high-speed-train显示文摘With the rapid development of high-speed-railway,environment around high voltage device on train roof becomes very complicated. Most train accidents happened due to occurrence of flashover on roof insulator,but the insulation condition estimation of insulator in such environment is much difficult. To ensure the insulation property of electric equipment,and guarantee the operation safety of high-speed-train,here established an instrument with high reliability which can on-line monitor insulation condition of roof insulator and give out advanced alarm before the incipient insulator flashover. The instrument consists of three parts,Data Acquisition & Sensor,Data Processing and Back Processing. Anti-interference and protection methods are processed to Rogowski coil sensor for better leakage current signal. To avoid the fluctuation from railway power supply,four modules are set to filter the power supply waveform. Through laboratory measurement,it is shown that the leakage current and the impedance angle can be detected by the instrument accurately. | 13 | Effects of different processing methods on the lipid composition of hazelnut oil:a lipidomics analysis显示文摘Although hazelnut oil is rich in nutrients,its quality is greatly affected by how it is processed.However,no studies to date have comprehensively analyzed the lipid composition of hazelnut oil using different processing methods.Here,we conducted a lipidomics analysis using UPLC-QTOF-MS to characterize the lipid composition of cold-pressed hazelnut oil(CPO),ultrasonic-assisted hexane hazelnut oil(UHO)and enzyme-assisted aqueous hazelnut oil(EAO).A total of 10 subclasses of 98 lipids were identified,including35 glycerolipids(GLs),56 glycerophospholipids(GPs)and 7 sphingolipids(SPs).The total lipid and GL content were the highest in CPO,GP content was the highest in UHO and the ceramide content in SPs was most abundant in EAO.Multivariate statistical analysis showed that the lipid profiles of hazelnut oil prepared with different processing methods varied.Twelve significantly different lipids(TAG 54:3,TAG 52:2,TAG54:4,TAG 54:2,TAG 52:3,TAG 54:5,DAG 36:2,DAG 36:4,DAG 36:3,PC 36:2,PA 36:2 and PE 36:3)were identified,and these lipids could potentially be used as biomarkers to distinguish between hazelnut oil subjected to different processing methods.Our results provide useful information for hazelnut oil applications and new insight into the effects of edible oil processing. | Jiayang Sun Xiaonuo Feng Chunmao Lyu Shuang Zhou Zixuan Liu | 2022 | Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,2: | 1 |
