Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds显示文摘Because China is becoming an aging society, the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been increasing.Diabetic foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality rates.Negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress, both in terms of research and its clinical application, has been made in the last 20 years of its development. However, due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot, irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications, such as infection, bleeding and necrosis, that seriously affect its treatment outcomes. In 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association, the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns, endocrinology, vascular surgery, orthopedics and wound repair.Drawing on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research, this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic foot. The consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot. | Shizhao Ji Xiaobin Liu Jie Huang Junmin Bao Zhaohong Chen Chunmao Han Daifeng Hao Jingsong Hong Dahai Hu Yufeng Jiang Shang Ju Hongye Li Zongyu Li Guangping Liang Yan Liu Gaoxing Luo Guozhong Lv Xingwu Ran Zhongmin Shi Juyu Tang Aiping Wang Guangyi Wang Jiangning Wang Xin Wang Bing Wen Jun Wu Hailin Xu Maojin Xu Xiaofei Ye Liangxi Yuan Yi Zhang Shichu Xiao Zhaofan Xia | 2021 | Burns & Trauma2021,9,1: | 17
Overview of acidic deep eutectic solvents on synthesis, properties and applications显示文摘This review divides the acidic deep eutectic solvents(ADES) into Br?nsted and Lewis DES according to their diversity of acidic character. The hydrogen bond donors and halide salts for formulating an ADES are classified, the synthesis methods are described, and the physicochemical properties including freezing point, acidity, density, viscosity and conductivity are presented. Furthermore, the applications of Br?nsted acidic deep eutectic solvents(BADES) and Lewis acidic deep eutectic solvents(LADES) are overviewed, respectively, covering the fields in dissolution, extraction, organic reaction and metal electrodeposition. It is expected that the ADES has great potential to replace the pollutional mineral acid, expensive and unstable solid acid, and costly ionic liquid in many acid-employed chemical processes, thus meeting the demands of green chemistry. | Hao Qin Xutao Hu Jingwen Wang Hongye Cheng Lifang Chen Zhiwen Qi | 2020 | Green Energy & Environment2020,5,1: | 17
Flexible and transparent graphene/silver-nanowires composite ?lm for high electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness显示文摘Herein, an efficient approach to prepare flexible, transparent, and lightweight films based on graphene nanosheets(GNS) and silver nanowires(AgNWs) for high electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding effectiveness(SE) has been explained. High-conductive GNS were fabricated by liquid phase stripping and composited with AgNWs by a two-step spin-coating method. Owing to the high transparency, good conductivity, and homogeneous distribution of both GNS and AgNWs, the obtained GNS/AgNWs film exhibits superb EMI SE and light transmittance, yielding a significantly high EMI SE up to 26 dB in both Ku-band and K-band and light transmittance higher than 78.4%. Moreover, this GNS/AgNWs film shows good flexibility and excellent structural stability. The obtained flexible, light and transparent film could have a great potential for transparent EMI shielding and smart electronics. | Ning Zhang Zhe Wang Rongguo Song Qianlong Wang Hongye Chen Bin Zhang Haifei Lv Zhi Wu Daping He | 2019 | Science Bulletin2019,64,8: | 12

Dosage effect of multiple genes accounts for multisystem disorder of myotonic dystrophy type 1显示文摘Multisystem manifestations in myotonic dystrophy type 1(DM1)may be due to dosage reduction in multiple genes induced by aberrant expansion of CTG repeats in DMPK,including DMPK,its neighboring genes(SIX5 or DMWD)and downstream MBNLh However, direct evidence is lacking. Here,we develop a new strategy to generate mice carrying multigene heterozygous mutations to mimic dosage reduction in one step by injection of haploid embryonic stem cells with mutant Dmpk,Six5 and Mbnll into oocytes. The triple heterozygous mutant mice exhibit adult-onset DM1 phenotypes. With the additional mutation in Dmwd, the quadruple heterozygous mutant mice recapitulate many major manifestations in congenital DM1.Moreover,muscle stem cells in both models display reduced sternness, providing a unique model for screening small molecules for treatment of DM1.Our results suggest that the complex symptoms of DM1 result from the reduced dosage of multiple genes. | Qi Yin Hongye Wang Na Li Yifu Ding Zhenfei Xie Lifang Jin Yan Li Qiong Wang Xinyi Liu Liuqing Xu Qing Li Yongjian Ma Yanbo Cheng Kai Wang Cuiqing Zhong Qian Yu Wei Tang Wanjin Chen Wenjun Yang Fan Zhang Chen Ding Lan Bao Bin Zhou Ping Hu Jinsong Li | 2020 | Cell Research2020,30,2: | 7
Computer-aided ionic liquid design for alkane/cycloalkane extractive distillation process显示文摘A computer-aided ionic liquid design(CAILD) study is presented for the frequently encountered alkane/cycloalkane separations in petrochemical industry. Exhaustive experimental data are first collected to extend the UNIFAC-IL model for this system, where the proximity effect in alkanes and cycloalkanes is considered specifically by defining distinct groups. The thermodynamic performances of a large number of ILs for 4 different alkane/cycloalkane systems are then compared to select a representative example of such separations. By applying n-heptane/methylcyclohexane extractive distillation as a case study, the CAILD task is cast as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) problem based on the obtained task-specific UNIFAC-IL model and two semi-empirical models for IL physical properties. The top 5 IL candidates determined by solving the MINLP problem are subsequently introduced into Aspen Plus for process simulation and economic analysis, which finally identify 1-hexadecyl-methylpiperidinium tricyanomethane([C_(16)MPip][C(CN)_3]) as the best entrainer for this separation. | Zhen Song Xinxin Li He Chao Fan Mo Teng Zhou Hongye Cheng Lifang Chen Zhiwen Qi | 2019 | Green Energy & Environment2019,4,2: | 6
Phyllosticta species associated with citrus diseases in China显示文摘Phyllosticta species associated with diseases of four commercial Citrus species grown in China are reported.Totally,496 Phyllosticta strains were isolated from mandarins(Citrus reticulata),pomeloes(C.maxima),oranges(C.sinensis)and lemons(C.limon)in the main citrus producing regions across China, and 74 strains were selected for phylogenetic analysis.Analyses inferred from the sequences of internal transcribed spacer region(ITS1,5.8S nrDNA and ITS2),partial translation elongation factor 1-alpha(TEF1)and partial actin gene(ACT),showed these representative Phyllosticta isolates clustered in four distinct clades corresponding to three known, and one undescribed species. The newly resolved taxon,Phyllosticta citrichinaensis was isolated from leaves and fruits of all four Citrus species and is introduced in this paper. This taxon caused minor damage, showing irregular spots or freckles.Phyllosticta citriasiana, associated with tan spot of pomeloes, was isolated only from pomeloes, and never from lemons, mandarins and oranges.Phyllosticta citricarpa, the citrus black spot pathogen, which is presently subjected to phytosanitary legislation in the EU and United States, was isolated from lemons, mandarins and oranges, but never from pomeloes. The isolates of P.citricarpa clustered in two subclades, one from mandarins, the other from oranges and lemons.P.capitalensis was isolated from all four Citrus species as an endophyte, causing false melanose,or together with P.citricarpa or P.citriasiana.Morphological,cultural and biochemical characters were consistent with the results of phylogenetic analysis. In addition,a specific primer pair Pca8/ITS4 was designed and selected, and its corresponding PCR procedure was developed for the detection of P.citriasiana in this study. | Xinghong Wang Guoqing Chen Feng Huang Jingze Zhang Kevin D.Hyde Hongye Li | 2012 | Fungal Diversity2012,,1: | 5
Single Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb Dating of the Guandimiao and Wawutang Granitic Plutons in Hunan,South China and Its Petrogenetic Significance显示文摘The Guandimao and Wawutang plutons are located at the center of Hunan, South China. The former is mainly composed of biotite monzonitic granites/granodiorites and two-mica monzonitic granites, but the latter only consists of biotite monzonitic granites. The zircon ages of 203.0±1.6 Ma (biotite monzonitic granites) and 208.0±3.2 Ma (two-mica monzonitic granites) for the Guandimao pluton and 204±3 Ma for the Wawutang pluton obtained with the LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating indicate that they were formed during the late Indosinian. In consideration of other geochronological data from Indosinian rocks of South China and adjacent regions, it is inferred that the two plutons were derived from crustal materials by decompressional melting in a post-collisional tectonic setting during spontaneous thinning of the thickened curst. Moreover, the inherited zircon age of 1273±57 Ma from the Wawutang pluton indicates that the source of the two plutons is related to the early Proterozoic crustal basement. | CHEN Weifeng CHEN Peirong ZHOU Xinmin HUANG Hongye DING Xing SUN Tao | 2007 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2007,81,1: | 5
Myofiber necroptosis promotes muscle stem cell proliferation via releasing Tenascin-C during regeneration显示文摘Necroptosis,a form of programmed cell death,is characterized by the loss of membrane integrity and release of intracellular contents, the execution of which depends on the membrane-disrupting activity of the Mixed Lineage Kinase Domain-Like protein(MLKL)upon its phosphorylation. Here we found myofibers committed MLKL-dependent necroptosis after muscle injury.Either pharmacological inhibition of the necroptosis upstream kinase Receptor Interacting Protein Kinases 1(RIPK1)or genetic ablation of MLKL expression in myofibers led to significant muscle regeneration defects.By releasing factors into the muscle stem cell(MuSC)microenvironment, necroptotic myofibers facilitated muscle regeneration.Tenascin-C(TNC),released by necroptotic myofibers, was found to be critical for MuSC proliferation. The temporary expression of TNC in myofibers is tightly controlled by necroptosis;the extracellular release of TNC depends on necroptotic membrane rupture.TNC directly activated EGF receptor(EGFR)signaling pathway in MuSCs through its N-terminus assembly domain together with the EGF-like domain. These findings indicate that necroptosis plays a key role in promoting MuSC proliferation to facilitate muscle regeneration. | Shen'ao Zhou Wei Zhang Gaihong Cai Yingzhe Ding Caixia Wei Sheng Li Yu Yang Jie Qin Dan Liu Hao Zhang Xiexiang Shao Jianhua Wang Hongye Wang Wenjun Yang Huating Wang She Chen Ping Hu Liming Sun | 2020 | Cell Research2020,30,12: | 4
Diaporthe species occurring on citrus in China显示文摘Diaporthe species are important pathogens of a wide range of hosts including many economically important crops.Diaporthe citri is generally accepted to cause melanose of Citrus fruits, leaves and shoots;stem-end rot of fruits and gummosis of perennial branches. In this study,147 strains of Diaporthe were isolated from diseased leaves, twigs, fruits and branches of Citrus from Shaanxi,Zhejiang,Guangxi,Fujian,Guangdong,Jiangxi,Hunan,Chongqing and Shanghai and identified by morphology and molecular analysis of nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(ITS),partial sequences of translation elongation factor 1-α(EF 1-α),tubulin(TUB)and calmodulin(CAL)genes. All strains from Citrus clustered in three clades.Diaporthe citri was the predominant species and is compared with strains from Florida,USA,where this species was first collected and described. Two new taxa differing from D.citri are described as D.citriasiana and D.citrichinensis in this paper.Inoculation tests indicate that all three species are able to cause stem-end rot of fruits, while only D.citri could cause melanose on leaves. | Feng Huang Xin Hou Megan M Dewdney Yushi Fu Guoqing Chen Kevin D Hyde Hongye Li | 2013 | Fungal Diversity2013,,4: | 4
Effect of water on extractive desulfurization of fuel oils using ionic liquids: A COSMO-RS and experimental study显示文摘When evaluating ionic liquids(ILs) for extractive desulfurization(EDS) of fuel oils, the inevitable presence of water in the system may have a significant and in many cases strongly negative effect. However, few studies have considered this particular issue and a promoted water effect on EDS is scarcely reported. In this work,COSMO-RS was firstly employed to calculate the capacity and selectivity for EDS of various IL/H_2 O mixtures, which cover different IL characters and a wide water concentration range. Experiments were then conducted with a representative IL [C_4MIM][H_2PO_4], whose stable and even promoted extraction performance with a small amount of water was suggested by COSMO-RS. Through analyses of the desulfurization ratio, the crosssolubility and the water content in the desulfurized fuel, the promoted effect of water within a certain range(b 10 wt%) was experimentally demonstrated. Moreover, such effect of water was explained combining the viscosity, the solvent–solute interactions and the COSMO-RS based analysis. | Zhen Song Dian Yu Qian Zeng Jingjing Zhang Hongye Cheng Lifang Chen Zhiwen Qi | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,2: | 3
Pd nanoparticles immobilized on graphite oxide modified with a base: Highly efficient catalysts for selective hydrogenation of citral显示文摘In this work, the Pd-based catalysts were designed via immobilizing Pd nanoparticles on graphite oxide (GO) modified with organic base, 1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidine (TMG), which was used for the selective hydrogenation of citral. These catalysts were characterized by various techniques including IR, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was demonstrated that the Pd particles with size less than 5 nm were uniformly distributed throughout the support, and they were in the electron-deficient state due to the strong interactions with the modified support. The resultant Pd-TMG/GO catalyst displayed high efficiency for the selective hydrogenation of citral with a turnover frequency of 7100 h-1 as well as superior selectivity to citronellal of 89.6%. Moreover, the catalyst can be reused for five times without obvious activity loss, which may result from its stable structure. | ZHAO YanFei ZHANG HongYe HUANG ChangLiang CHEN Sha YU Bo XU JiLei LIU ZhiMin | 2013 | Science China Chemistry2013,56,2: | 3
Rotational Friction Damper’s Performance for Controlling Seismic Response of High Speed Railway Bridge-Track System显示文摘CRTS-II slab ballastless track on bridge is a unique system in China high speed railway. The application of longitudinal continuous track system has obviously changed dynamic characteristics of bridge structure. The bridge system and CRTS-II track system form a complex nonlinear system. To investigate the seismic response of high speed railway(HSR)simply supported bridge-track system, nonlinear models of three-span simply supported bridge with piers of different height and CRTS-II slab ballastless track system are established.By seismic analysis,it is found that shear alveolar in CRTS-II track system is more prone to be damaged than bridge components, such as piers, girders and bearings. The result shows that the inconsistent displacement of bridge girders is the main cause of the CRTS-II track system’s damage. Then the rotational friction damper(RFD)is adopted, which utilizes the device’s rotation and friction to dissipate seismic energy. The hysteretic behavior of RFD is studied by numerical and experimental methods. Results prove that RFD can provide good hysteretic energy dissipation ability with stable performance.Furthermore, the analysis of RFD’s influence on seismic response of HSR bridge-track system shows that RFD with larger sliding force is more effective in controlling excessive inconsistent displacement where RFD is installed, though response of other bridge spans could slightly deteriorated. | Wei Guo Chen Zeng Hongye Gou Yao Hu Hengchao Xu Longlong Guo | 2019 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,9: | 3
Development of a bifurcation analysis approach based on gPROMS platform显示文摘A bifurcation analysis approach is developed based on the process simulator gPROMS platform, which can automatically trace a solution path, detect and pass the bifurcation points and check the stability of solutions. The arclength continuation algorithm is incorporated as a process entity in gPROMS to overcome the limit of turning points and get multiple solutions with respect to a user-defined parameter. The bifurcation points are detected through a bifurcation test function τ which is written in C ++ routine as a foreign object connected with gPROMS through Foreign Process Interface. The stability analysis is realized by evaluating eigenvalues of the Jacobian matrix of each steady state solution. Two reference cases of an adiabatic CSTR and a homogenous azeotropic distillation from literature are studied, which successfully validate the reliability of the proposed approach. Besides the multiple steady states and Hopf bifurcation points, a more complex homoclinic bifurcation behavior is found for the distillation case compared to literature. | Xueqing Kang Hongye Cheng Liwei Tong Lifang Chen Zhiwen Qi | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,12: | 1

A paradigm for high-throughput screening of cell-selective surfaces coupling orthogonal gradients and machine learning-based cell recognition显示文摘The combinational density of immobilized functional molecules on biomaterial surfaces directs cell behaviors. However, limited by the low efficiency of traditional low-throughput experimental methods, investigation and optimization of the combinational density remain daunting challenges. Herein, we report a high-throughput screening set-up to study biomaterial surface functionalization by integrating photo-controlled thiol-ene surface chemistry and machine learning-based label-free cell identification and statistics. Through such a strategy, a specific surface combinational density of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and arginine-glutamic acid-aspartic acid-valine peptide (REDV) leads to high endothelial cell (EC) selectivity against smooth muscle cell (SMC) was identified. The composition was translated as a coating formula to modify medical nickel-titanium alloy surfaces, which was then proved to improve EC competitiveness and induce endothelialization. This work provided a high-throughput method to investigate behaviors of co-cultured cells on biomaterial surfaces modified with combinatorial functional molecules. | Hongye Hao Yunfan Xue Yuhui Wu Cong Wang Yifeng Chen Xingwang Wang Peng Zhang Jian Ji | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,10: | 1
Defect-rich and ultrathin nitrogen-doped carbon nanosheets with enhanced peroxidase-like activity for the detection of urease activity and fluoride ion显示文摘Although carbon nanozymes have attracted great interest due to their good biocompatibility, low cost, and high stability, designing high-active carbon nanozymes still faces great challenges. Herein, ultrathin nitrogen-doped carbon nanosheets with rich defects(d-NC) were prepared through a high-temperature annealing process, using potassium chloride and ammonium chloride as templates. Owing to the large specific surface area, rich defects and the high exposure of active sites, the proposed d-NC nanozymes exhibited excellent peroxidase-like activity. The d-NC nanozymes possess maximal reaction velocity and their specific activity is 9.4-fold higher than that of nitrogen-doped carbon nanozymes, indicating that the induced defects can boost the catalytic performance. Benefited from the good peroxidase-like activities of d-NC nanozymes, the colorimetric sensing platforms were constructed for the detection of urease activity and fluoride ion, exhibiting satisfactory stability and selectivity. This study not only offers a way to synthesize carbon nanozymes with improved enzyme-like activities but also broadens their applications in colorimetric biosensing. | Yu Zhang Lei Jiao Weiqing Xu Yifeng Chen Yu Wu Hongye Yan Wenling Gu Chengzhou Zhu | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,3: | 1
