| 1 | 我国婴幼儿中存在不同基因型杯状病毒的感染显示文摘Human caliciviruses were detected from stool specimens collected from infants with diarrhea from Beijing and Anhui Province by using RT PCR PCR products with molecular weight around 330 were obtained by using the primer pair of 289/290,which is proved to be able to amplify both Norwalk like and Sapporo like human caliciviruses The PCR products amplified from specimens collected in Beijing(CR480) and Anhui(A141) were cloned into the T A cloning vector pUCm T and sequenced The cDNA fragment amplified from CR480 is 319bp in length,which is consistent with the molecular weight of the cDNA fragment amplified from Norwalk like viruses with the primer pair 289/290,whereas the cDNA fragment amplified from A141 is 331 bp in length,which is the size of the cDNA fragment from Sapporo like viruses The sequence analysis revealed that the cDNA from CR480(the stool specimen collected in Beijing) shared higher nucleotide and amino acid identities with selected Norwalk like viruses (from 60% to 97% and 62% to 99%,respectively)than with selected Sapporo like viruses(less than 58%),having the highest identity with Takl 1999 jp and ARG320,which belong to genotype Ⅱ of Norwalk like viruses The sequence of the cDNA from A141 (collected form Anhui Province) shared higher nucleotide and amino acid identities with selected Sapporo like viruses(from 68% to 92% and 75% to 96%,respectively) than with selected Norwalk like viruses(less than 52%) It suggests that both Norwalk like and Sapporo like human caliciviruses are circulating in China and cause diarrhea in infants and young | 陈冬梅 张又 钱渊 Jason Jiang | 2001 | 病毒学报2001,17,3: | 37 |

| 6 | Direct demonstration of carrier distribution and recombination within step-bunched UV-LEDs显示文摘AlGaN-based solid state UV emitters have many advantages over conventional UV sources. However, UV-LEDs still suffer from numerous challenges, including low quantum efficiency compared to their blue LED counterparts. One of the inherent reasons is a lack of carrier localization effect inside fully miscible AlGaN alloys. In the pursuit of phase separation and carrier localization inside the active region of AlGaN UV-LED, utilization of highly misoriented substrates proves to be useful, yet the carrier distribution and recombination mechanism in such structures has seldom been reported. In this paper, a UV-LED with step-bunched surface morphology was designed and fabricated, and the internal mechanism of high internal quantum efficiency was studied in detail. The correlation between microscale current distribution and surface morphology was provided, directly demonstrating that current prefers to flow through the step edges of the epitaxial layers. Experimental results were further supported by numerical simulation. It was found that efficient radiative recombination centers were formed in the inclined quantum well regions. A schematic three-dimensional energy band structure of the multiple quantum wells(MQWs) across the step was proposed and helps in further understanding the luminescence behavior of LEDs grown on misoriented substrates. | 19 | Glycolytic potential enhanced by blockade of pyruvate influx into mitochondria sensitizes prostate cancer to detection and radiotherapy显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effects of mitochondrial pyruvate carrier(MPC)blockade on the sensitivity of detection and radiotherapy of prostate cancer(PCa).Methods:We investigated glycolysis reprogramming and MPC changes in patients with PCa by using metabolic profiling,RNASeq,and tissue microarrays.Transient blockade of pyruvate influx into mitochondria was observed in cellular studies to detect its different effects on prostate carcinoma cells and benign prostate cells.Xenograft mouse models were injected with an MPC inhibitor to evaluate the sensitivity of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography with computed tomography and radiotherapy of PCa.Furthermore,the molecular mechanism of this different effect of transient blockage towards benign prostate cells and prostate cancer cells was studied in vitro.Results:MPC was elevated in PCa tissue compared with benign prostate tissue,but decreased during cancer progression.The transient blockade increased PCa cell proliferation while decreasing benign prostate cell proliferation,thus increasing the sensitivity of PCa cells to 18F-PET/CT(SUVavg,P=0.016;SUVmax,P=0.03)and radiotherapy(P<0.01).This differential effect of MPC on PCa and benign prostate cells was dependent on regulation by a VDAC1-MPC-mitochondrial homeostasis-glycolysis pathway.Conclusions:Blockade of pyruvate influx into mitochondria increased glycolysis levels in PCa but not in non-carcinoma prostate tissue.This transient blockage sensitized PCa to both detection and radiotherapy,thus indicating that glycolytic potential is a novel mechanism underlying PCa progression.The change in the mitochondrial pyruvate influx caused by transient MPC blockade provides a critical target for PCa diagnosis and treatment. | Huan Xu Junyi Chen Zhi Cao Xi Chen Caihong Huang Jin Ji Yalong Xu Junfeng Jiang Yue Wang Guowang Xu Lina Zhou Jingyi He Xuedong Wei Jason Boyang Wu Zhong Wang Shancheng Ren Fubo Wang | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,9: | 1 |
