| 1 | Discovery of Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn-Fe intermetallic compounds and S-bearing alloys in the Zhaishang gold deposit, southern Gansu Province and its geological significance显示文摘Examination of ores by optical microscope and EPMA from the Zhaishang gold deposit, southern Gansu Province, has revealed an abundance of rare minerals. These include native metals, Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn-Fe polymetallic compounds and S-bearing alloys of Ni, Fe, Zn, Cu and Sn, occurring as native nickel, Zn-Cu alloy, Ni-Zn-Cu alloy, Sn-Zn-Ni-Cu alloy, Zn-Cu-Ni alloy, Zn-Fe-Cu-Sn-Ni alloy, Fe-Ni-S alloy, Sn-Fe-Ni-S alloy, Fe-Zn-Cu-Ni-S alloy, Zn-Ni-Cu-Fe-S alloy and others. Compared with the Zn-Cu alloy minerals discovered previously, these Zn-Cu minerals fall in the α or α+β portion in Zn-Cu alloy phase diagram, and the α portion has higher Cu content. Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn-Fe intermetallic compounds and S-bearing alloy minerals have not been previously reported in the literature. | 10 | Abnormal miR-214/A20 expression might play a role in T cell activation in patients with aplastic anemia显示文摘Aberrant T cell activation is a major cause of aplastic anemia(AA)pathogenesis.Recent studies have shown that miRNAs regulate T cell activation and are involved in AA.A previous study found that miR-214 was significantly up-regulated upon T cell activation in a CD28-dependent fashion by targeting PTEN.However,the expression characteristics of miR-214 and its target genes in AA have not been defined.In this study,target genes for miR-214 were predicted and confirmed by bioinformatics and luciferase reporter assays.The expression levels of miR-214 and target genes were detected in 36 healthy individuals and 35 patients with AA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells by real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction.Bioinformatics and luciferase reporter assays identified that miR-214 could bind to the A2030 untranslated regions.Significantly increased miR-214 and the decreased A20 expression level were detected in the AA patients compared with the healthy group.In addition,significantly increased miR-214 was found in non-severe aplastic anemia compared with severe aplastic anemia patients.These results suggested that the A20 gene was a potential target of miR-214,and elevated miR-214 might medicate T cell activation at least in part by regulating A20 expression in AA.We firstly confirmed that miR-214 regulated A20 expression,and aberrant miR-214/A20 expression might contribute to immunopathology in AA.The miR-214 expression might be used as a potential biomarker that assisted in diagnosing AA severity. | Zhi Yu Cunte Chen Yankai Xiao Xiaohui Chen Lixing Guo Guangxiao Tan Guixuan Huang Weifeng Luo Ming Zhou Yumiao Li Chen Lin Qi Shen Yuping Zhang Bo Li | 2020 | Blood Science2020,2,3: | 1 |
| 11 | Enhancing the cycling stability of Na-ion batteries by bonding MoS2 on assembled carbon-based materials显示文摘Room temperature Na-ion batteries(SIBs) show great potential for use as renewable energy storage systems.However, the large-scale application of SIBs has been hindered by the lack of an ideal SIBs anode material. We synthesized MoS2 on carbonized graphene-chitosan(G-C) using the hydrothermal method. The strong interaction between the MoS2 and the G-C greatly improved the electron transport rate and maintained the structural stability of the electrode, which lead to both an excellent rate capability and long cycle stability. | 16 | Effects of the pestle needle therapy,a type of acupoint stimulation,on post-hemorrhoidectomy pain:A randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:Hemorrhoids are one of the most common conditions that lead to surgery,and until now surgical hemorrhoidectomy has been the major effective treatment.Post-operative pain from hemorrhoidectomy has been experienced by thousands of patients and remains a major inconvenience of the operation.Objective:This study evaluates the clinical efficacy of the pestle needle therapy,an acupoint stimulation method,for relief of post-hemorrhoidectomy pain.Design,setting,participants and interventions:This was a single-center,patient-assessor-blinded and randomized controlled trial with 154 patients receiving Milligan hemorrhoidectomy surgery.Eligible patients were randomly assigned to either a treatment group or a control group at a ratio of 1:1.The treatment group received the pestle needle therapy,with manual stimulation at Yaoshu(DU2),Mingmen(DU4),Changqiang(DU1),Chengshan(BL57),Erbai(EX-UE2)and the perianal points(1,3,5,7,9,and 11 o’clock around the lesion);while the control group received a sham treatment with very light pressure.Three sessions of treatment were performed at 30 min,4 h and 12 h after the surgery,and each lasted for 15 min.Main outcome measures:The primary outcome was post-operative pain measured with the visual analogue scale(VAS)at 12 h after surgery.The secondary outcomes included the VAS scores measured at0.5,2,4,6,8,24 and 48 h after surgery,the analgesic dose,the time and the VAS score of the patients’first defecation after surgery,as well as the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA)evaluated before discharge.Results:The mean pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.10±1.27 vs 4.82±1.29;P<0.001)at 12 h after surgery.Compared with the control group,patients in the treatment group needed a smaller dose of analgesic within the first 24 hours after surgery(P=0.002);and their HAMA scores before discharge were lower(4.07±2.40 vs 5.10±2.45,P=0.009).Compared to the treatment group,patients in the control group had a greater time to the first defecation after surgery([52.34±15.72]h vs[27.08±13.68]h;P<0.001),but there was no difference in their VAS scores at the first defecation(P=0.092).Conclusion:The pestle needle therapy was effective for relieving pain,reducing anxiety and improving bowel function after hemorrhoidectomy,and it is worthy of clinical application. | Xian Wang Xuan Yin Xiu-tian Guo Yan Wang Wen-qi Jin Ai-jun Mao Lixing Lao Zhang-jin Zhang Jie Zhang Shi-fen Xu | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2020,18,6: | 0 |

| 18 | Spectrally multiplexed indistinguishable single-photon generation at telecom-band显示文摘Heralded single-photon source(HSPS)intrinsically suffers from the trade-off between the heralded single-photon rate and the single-photon purity.To break through this trade-off,one can apply multiplexing technology in different degrees of freedom that significantly improves the performance of the HSPS.Here,we propose a 1.5μm chip-scale HSPS on lithium niobate on insulator by employing spectral multiplexing and active feedforward spectral manipulating,and we demonstrate a proof-of-principle experiment with discrete fiber-based components.With continuous-wave laser pumping and three spectral modes multiplexed,our experimental results show that the spectral multiplexing improves the heralded single-photon rate by near threefold while keeping the g^((2))(0)as low as 0.0006±0.0001 at a measured single-photon rate of 3.1 kHz.By measuring the joint spectral intensity,we show that the spectral multiplexing and feed-forward control effectively erase the frequency correlation of photon pairs.Moreover,we implement the Hong-Ou-Mandel interference between the spectrally multiplexed single photons and photons from an independent weak coherence source,which indicates that the multiplexed single photons are highly indistinguishable after the spectral manipulation.Our results pave a way for on-chip scalable and high-performance HSPS with spectral multiplexing toward deterministic single-photon emission. | HAO YU CHENZHI YUAN RUIMING ZHANG ZICHANG ZHANG HAO LI YOU WANG GUANGWEI DENG LIXING YOU HAIZHI SONG ZHIMING WANG GUANG-CAN GUO QIANG ZHOU | 2022 | Photonics Research2022,10,6: | 0 |
