| 1 | Optimization and test for spraying parameters of cotton defoliant sprayer显示文摘Boom sprayer is widely used in large farm crops because of its high working efficiency and favorable spraying effect.But there are still some problems in cotton defoliant spraying in Xinjiang,China.Cotton is planted in a high density in Xinjiang,the row space is(10+66)cm,leaves in two adjacent rows are seriously overlapped,the lower leavers are poorly sprayed,so the defoliation effect is poor,and the cotton quality is degraded.To solve this problem and improve the defoliant droplets coverage on the cotton canopy,the original boom spraying was modified,and the spraying pardameters was optimized by the central combination test and design concept of Box-Behnken based on a single-factor test.A quadratic polynomial model of droplets coverage was created by using working parameters including horizontal spraying boom height,hang boom height and nozzles angle as the influential factors and the mean droplets coverage on cotton canopy as the target function,and the effectiveness of mode and interaction of factors were analyzed.The model was optimized and analyzed using the regression analysis method and response surface analysis method of software Design-Expert 7.0.0,and the optimal combination of spraying parameters was obtained.The results showed that the droplets coverage on cotton canopy were influenced by boom height,sprayer height and angled nozzles sequentially from large to small,and the optimal combination of spraying parameters was under horizontal spraying boom height of 134 cm,hang spraying boom height of 27.5 cm and nozzles angle of 21°.The mean droplets coverage of experimental value and predicted value on cotton canopy were 19.6%and 20.43%respectively in such conditions,and the relative error to the estimated value on the model was–4.25%.The research result can provide a reference for further optimizing the spraying parameters of cotton defoliant sprayer. | Qin Weicai Xue Xinyu Cui Longfei Zhou Qingqing Xu Zhufeng Chang Feilong | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4: | 9 |

| 3 | Multi-Component and Multi-Point Trace Gas Sensing in Wavelength Modulation Spectroscopy Based on Wavelength Stabilization显示文摘Multi-component and multi-point trace gas sensing in the wavelength modulation spectroscopy is demonstrated based on the frequency-division multiplexing and time-division multiplexing technology.A reference photodetector is connected in series with a reference gas cell with the constant concentration to measure the second-harmonics peak of the components for wavelength stabilization in real time.The central wavelengths of the distributed feedback lasers are locked to the target gas absorption centers by the reference second-harmonics signal using a digital proportional-integral-derivative controller.The distributed feedback lasers with different wavelengths and modulation frequencies are injected into the gas cell to achieve multi-components gas measurement by the frequency-division multiplexing technology.In addition,multi-point trace gas sensing is achieved by the time-division multiplexing technology using a photoswitch and a relay unit.We use this scheme to detect methane(CH4)at 1650.9 nm and water vapor(H2O)at 1368.597 nm as a proof of principle with the gas cell path length of 10 cm.The minimum detection limits achieved for H2O and CH4 are 1.13 ppm and 11.85 ppm respectively,with three-point gas cell measurement;thus 10.5-fold and 10.1-fold improvements are achieved in comparison with the traditional wavelength modulation spectroscopy.Meanwhile,their excellent R-square values reach 0.9983 and 0.99564 for the concentration ranges of 500 ppm to 2000 ppm and 800 ppm to 2700 ppm,respectively. | Zongliang WANG Jun CHANG Huishan YU Cunwei TIAN Hao ZHANG Xiukun ZHANG Longfei TANG Qinduan ZHANG Yiwen FENG | 2019 | Photonic Sensors2019,9,4: | 2 |

| 7 | Arabidopsis CPR5 regulates ethylene signaling via molecular association with the ETR1 receptor显示文摘The plant hormone ethylene plays various functions in plant growth, development and response to environmental stress. Ethylene is perceived by membranebound ethylene receptors, and among the homologous receptors in Arabidopsis, the ETR1 ethylene receptor plays a major role. The present study provides evidence demonstrating that Arabidopsis CPR5 functions as a novel ETR1 receptor-interacting protein in regulating ethylene response and signaling. Yeast split ubiquitin assays and bifluorescence complementation studies in plant cells indicated that CPR5 directly interacts with the ETR1 receptor. Genetic analyses indicated that mutant alleles of cpr5 can suppress ethylene insensitivity in both etr1-1 and etr1-2, but not in other dominant ethylene receptormutants. Overexpression of Arabidopsis CPR5 either in transgenic Arabidopsis plants, or ectopically in tobacco,significantly enhanced ethylene sensitivity. These findings indicate that CPR5 plays a critical role in regulating ethylene signaling. CPR5 is localized to endomembrane structures and the nucleus, and is involved in various regulatory pathways, including pathogenesis, leaf senescence, and spontaneous cell death. | 8 | Microtremor-based analysis of the dynamic response characteristics of a site containing grouped earth fissures显示文摘In this study,the Beibu earth fissure site in the northeastern part of Weihe Basin,which contains four nearly parallel earth fissures,was studied.A long straight microtremor measuring line,containing 49 measuring points across four earth fissures,was established to investigate the dynamic response of this site using Fourier spectrum,response acceleration spectrum,Arias intensity,and HVSR analyses.The main results are as follows:(1)The fundamental frequencies of 44 measuring points obtained from HVSR analysis are concentrated within 1.67 Hz-2.25 Hz,and the existence of the earth fissures has little effect on the fundamental frequency changes.(2)There is an amplification effect near a single earth fissure.The dynamic responses are large at the measuring points near the earth fissure,and the values decrease with increasing distance from the earth fissure.In areas between two adjacent earth fissures,these values decrease and are even lower than those in sites without amplification effects.(3)In this earth fissure site,the general area(or less affected area)and affected areas were delineated based on the amplification effect.In engineering applications,construction design should avoid these affected areas and existing structures should be reinforced to satisfy the seismic fortification requirements. | Deng Yahong Xuan You Mu Huandong Chang Jiang Cao Ge He Nainan Zhao Xunchang Sun Longfei | 2023 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2023,22,3: | 0 |

| 11 | Exosomal miR-218 regulates the development of endometritis in dairy cows by targeting TGIF2/TGF-βpathway显示文摘Endometritis affects the reproductive capacity of dairy cows and leads to serious economic losses in dairy farming.Clarification of the pathogenesis of endometritis is necessary to improve the reproductive efficiency of dairy cows.Exosomes and their miRNAs have been proven to play an important role in inflammatory regulation.Exosomal miR-218 is a differentially expressed miRNA found in endometrial epithelial cells(EECs)under endometrial inflammation.Therefore,we investigated the expression of miR-218 in the uterine tissue of dairy cows,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)treated EECs,exosomal vesicles,and regulation of exosomal miR-218 by targeting TGIF-2 inducible factor homology frame 2(TGIF2)/transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β).The expression of miR-218 was suppressed in inflammatory uterine tissues and LPS treated EECs.The expression of TGIF2 and TGF-βin inflammatory uterine tissues and LPS treated EECs was significantly higher than those in healthy uterine tissues and EECs(p<0.01).Interestingly,miR-218 derived from donor cells was found to regulate the expression of the target gene TGIF2 in recipient cells through the fusion of exosomes.Concurrently,the expression of its target gene TGIF2 was also suppressed by miR-218 in donor cells resulting in fewer TGIF2 being transported into recipient cells with exosomal fusion.This may be a novel mechanism of miRNAs-mediated regulation and provides a new reference for analyzing the pathogenesis of endometritis in dairy cows. | CHANG CHEN LIMIN QIAO KAIJUN GUO YINGQIU WANG MENGYI YUAN BOFAN FU XIAOBO GAO HEMIN NI LONGFEI XIAO XIANGGUO WANG | 2022 | BIOCELL2022,46,11: | 0 |

| 13 | Evaluation of host resistance and fungicide application as tools for the management of root rot of field pea caused by Aphanomyces euteiches显示文摘Aphanomyces root rot(ARR) of field pea(Pisum sativum), caused by Aphanomyces euteiches, can cause severe root damage, wilting, and large yield losses under wet soil conditions. To identify ways to manage this disease, the effect of A. euteiches inoculum density on field pea was studied under greenhouse and field conditions in 2015 and 2016. Increases in inoculum density reduced seedling emergence, root nodulation, and plant vigor, and resulted in increased root rot severity in both field and greenhouse tests. Seed treatments with the fungicides Apron Advance(thiabendazole + fludioxonil + metalaxyl) + Vibrance(difenoconazole + metalaxylM + sedaxane), INTEGO Solo(ethaboxam), BAS 516F(boscalid + pyraclostrobin), BAS 720F(metalaxyl + pyraclostrobin + fluxapyroxad), and BAS 516F + BAS 720F(3:1) were evaluated for their efficacy against ARR. All seed treatments except Apron Advance + Vibrance reduced root rot severity under controlled conditions. BAS 516F, BAS 720F and INTEGO Solo improved plant vigor and all treatments reduced seedling blight to varying degrees under greenhouse conditions, but not in the field. A collection of 22 pea genotypes was evaluated for resistance to root rot in field plot experiments. Line 00–2067 showed the least severe root rot symptoms,whereas ‘Spring D' showed the lowest reduction in yield.
