| 1 | Heterogeneous reaction of NO_2 on the surface of NaCl particles显示文摘The heterogeneous reaction of NO2 on NaCl particles has been investigated with the new sample preparation and the mode of gas-solid free diffusion. Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier Transform Spectroscopy (DRIFTS) is used to characterize the adsorbed products in situ, combined with Ion Chromatographic (IC), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Scan Electron Micros- copy (SEM). Our results indicate that the reaction is not limited to the surface of the NaCl particles, but penetrated into the upper layers. Surface reactive sites determine the reaction. | 2 | Agricultural Risk Factors Influence Microbial Ecology in Honghu Lake显示文摘Agricultural activities, including stock-farming, planting industry, and fish aquaculture,can affect the physicochemical and biological characters of freshwater lakes. However, the effects of pollution producing by agricultural activities on microbial ecosystem of lakes remain unclear.Hence, in this work, we selected Honghu Lake as a typical lake that is influenced by agriculture activities. We collected water and sediment samples from 18 sites, which span a wide range of areas from impacted and less-impacted areas. We performed a geospatial analysis on the composition of microbial communities associated with physicochemical properties and antibiotic pollution of samples. The co-occurrence networks of water and sediment were also built and analyzed. Our results showed that the microbial communities of impacted and less-impacted samples of water were largely driven by the concentrations of TN, TP, NO_3^--N, and NO_2^--N, while those of sediment were affected by the concentrations of Sed-OM and Sed-TN. Antibiotics have also played important roles in shaping these microbial communities: the concentrations of oxytetracycline and tetracycline clearly reflected the variance in taxonomic diversity and predicted functional diversity between impacted and less-impacted sites in water and sediment samples, respectively. Furthermore, for samples from both water and sediment, large differences of network topology structures between impacted and less-impacted were also observed. | 9 | Analysis on the relationship between winter precipitation and the annual variation of horse stomach fly community in arid desert steppe, Northwest China (2007–2019)显示文摘Gasterophilus spp.have been found to be widespread in reintroduced Przewalski’s horses in the Kalamaili Nature Reserve(Northwest China).However,data on the annual variation in Gasterophilus infections are lacking.To analyze the epidemiological features and determine the cause of the annual variation in Gasterophilus infections,we treated 110 Przewalski’s horses with ivermectin and collected Gasterophilus larvae from fecal samples each winter from 2007 to 2019.All 110 Przewalski’s horses studied were found to be infected by Gasterophilus spp.,and a total of 141379 larvae were collected.Six species of Gasterophilus were identified with the following prevalence:G.pecorum(100%),G.nasalis(96.36%),G.nigricornis(94.55%),G.haemorrhoidalis(56.36%),G.intestinalis(59.09%),and G.inermis(3.64%).The mean infection intensity of Gasterophilus spp.larvae in Przewalski’s horses was 1285±653.G.pecorum(92.96%±6.71%)was the most abundant species.The intensity of Gasterophilus spp.(r=–0.561,P<0.046)was significantly correlated with winter precipitation.Our findings confirmed that,in the Kalamaili Nature Reserve,gasterophilosis is a severe parasitic disease in Przewalski’s horses.Winter precipitation at the beginning of the year can indirectly affect the intensity and composition of Gasterophilus spp.in Przewalski’s horses at the end of the year.Therefore,the water-related ecological regulation should be carried out to help reduce the parasite infection of Przewalski’s horses. | Heqing HUANG Ke ZHANG Boru ZHANG Shanhui LIU Hongjun CHU Yingjie QI Dong ZHANG Kai LI | 2022 | Integrative Zoology2022,17,1: | 1 |

| 16 | Quantitative research on higher order harmonics in metrology beamline显示文摘The synchrotron radiation spectra of the spherical grating monochromator(SGM)working in the soft X-ray and VUV region are often contaminated by significant amounts of higher order harmonics.They cannot be suppressed completely by suitable filters.Higher order contributions in the spectral radiation standard and metrology beamline were researched using transmission grating(made in-house)and IRD AXUV100G(USA)photodiode detector.The exit beam was dispersed with the transmission grating behind the exit slit of the monochromator,and the contributions of the different orders were analyzed.The higher order distributions were quantitatively determined for three gratings with line densities of 1800,600 and 200 l/mm.Experiment results show that in wavelengths between 5 nm and 15 nm the contributions of the higher orders to the detector signal are restricted to less than 7%even without the use of filters.In wavelength regions between 5 nm and 34 nm,the contributions of the higher orders to the detector signal are less than 14%with proper Al,Si_(3)N_(4) and Zr filters,and after being modified by quantum efficiency of the detector,the higher order contributions are restricted to less than 6.5%.The study also shows that higher orders are almost totally suppressed by MgF_(2) filter when the wavelength ranges between 115–140 nm. | Hongjun ZHOU Jinjin ZHENG Tonglin HUO Guobin ZHANG Zeming QI Pengfei ZHONG | 2008 | Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2008,3,1: | 0 |
