| 1 | Synthesis and application of a novel combined kinetic hydrate inhibitor显示文摘In oil and gas exploration and transportation,low dosage hydrate inhibitors(LDHIs) are more favorably utilized to inhibit the formation of hydrates than thermodynamic inhibitors(THs) as a trend. However,there are no industrial products of LDHIs available domestically,and the corresponding application experience is in urgent need. In this paper,a combined hydrate inhibitor(HY-1) was synthesized after a series of reaction condition optimization,and its performance on THF hydrate inhibition was investigated using kinetic hydrate inhibitor evaluation apparatus with 6 cells bathing in air. The results show that when the reaction temperature is 60°C,the reaction time is 6 h,and the monomer:solvent ratio is 1:2,the product has the best kinetic hydrate inhibitor performance on THF hydrate. On these bases,the scale-up production of this combined hydrate inhibitor was carried out. Although the scale-up product(HY-10) performs less effectively on the THF hydrate inhibition than HY-1,it functions better than a commercial product(Inhibex501) during in-house tests. HY-10 was successfully applied to the gas production process. Field trials in northern Shaanxi PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company(PCOC) show that 2 wt% of HY-10 is effective on natural gas hydrate inhibition. | 2 | The simulation of nature gas production from ocean gas hydrate reservoir by depressurization显示文摘The vast amount of hydrocarbon gas encaged in gas hydrates is regarded as a kind of future potential energy supply due to its wide deposition and cleanness. How to exploit gas hydrate with safe, effective and economical methods is being pursued. In this paper, a mathematical model is developed to simulate the hydrate dissocia- tion by depressurization in hydrate-bearing porous medium. The model can be used to analyze the effects of the flow of multiphase fluids, the intrinsic kinetic process of hydrate dissociation, the endothermic process of hydrate dissociation, ice-water phase equilibrium, the variation of permeability, the convection and conduction on the hydrate dissociation and gas and water production. The nu- merical results agreed well with the 1-D and 2-D experiments. The numerical results for 3-D hydrate reservoir show that in the first stage of depressurization gas can be produced effectively from hydrate reservoir. With the depletion of reservoir energy because of endothermic process of hydrate dissociation the gas rate decreases rapidly. | 5 | Visible and Infrared Video Fusion Using Uniform Discrete Curvelet Transform and Spatial-Temporal Information显示文摘Multiple visual sensor fusion provides an effective way to improve the robustness and accuracy of video surveillance system. Traditional video fusion methods fuse the source videos using static image fusion methods frame-by-frame without considering the information in temporal dimension. The temporal information can't be fully utilized in fusion procedure. Aiming at this problem, a visible and infrared video fusion method based on Uniform discrete curvelet transform(UDCT) and spatial-temporal information is proposed. The source videos are decomposed by using UDCT, and a set of local spatial-temporal energy based fusion rules are designed for decomposition coefficients. In these rules, we consider the current frame's coefficients and the coefficients on temporal dimension which are the coefficients of adjacent frames. | 7 | Toxicity assessment and histopathological analysis of nano-ZnO against marine fish(Mugilogobius chulae) embryos显示文摘The toxicity of nano-materials has received increasing attention in recent years.Nevertheless,relatively few studies have focused on their oceanic distributions and toxicities.In this study,we assessed nano-ZnO toxicity in marine organisms using the yellowstriped goby(Mugilogobius chulae).The relative differences in nano-ZnO dissolution and dispersal in seawater and fresh water were also investigated.The effects of nano-ZnO on embryonic development,deformity,hatching,mortality,and histopathology were analyzed.In addition,the effects of the Zn^(2+) concentration on M.chulae hatching and mortality were compared.The results showed that nano-ZnO had higher solubility in seawater than in fresh water.Nano-ZnO significantly inhibited hatching.By the fifth day of exposure,the LC_(50) of nano-ZnO was 45.40 mg/L,and the mortality rate spiked.Hatching inhibition and lethality were dose-dependent over a range of1–25 mg/L nano-ZnO.Zn^(2+) inhibited hatching and increased lethality,but its effects were weaker than those of nano-ZnO at the same concentrations.Nano-ZnO also induced spinal bending,oedema,hypoplasia,and other deformities in M.chulae embryos and larvae.Histopathology revealed vacuolar degeneration,hepatocyte and enterocyte enlargement,and morphological abnormalities of the vertebrae.Therefore,nano-ZnO caused malformations in M.chulae by affecting embryonic growth and development.We conclude that nano-ZnO toxicity in seawater was significantly positively correlated with the associated Zn^(2+) concentration and sedimentary behaviour.The toxicity of nano-ZnO was cumulative and showed a critical point,beyond which embryonic and developmental toxicity in marine fish was observed. | Jianjun Li Zhanming Chen Ren Huang Zongyu Miao Lei Cai Qingping Du | 2018 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,11: | 4 |
| 8 | Evidence for the role of KIF17 in fish spermatid reshaping:expression pattern of KIF17 in Larimichthys polyactis spermiogenesis显示文摘The homodimeric kinesin-2 protein KIF17 functions in intracellular transport and spermiogenesis in mammals.However,its role in fish spermiogenesis has not been reported.Here,we aimed to clone full-length kif17 cDNA and determine the molecular characteristics and expression patterns of KIF17 in Larimichthys polyactis spermiogenesis.The full-length cDNA of L.polyactis kif17(Lp-kif17)was sequenced and found to contain a 332-bp 5′untranslated region,480-bp 3′untranslated region,and 2433-bp open reading frame encoding 810 amino acids.Bioinformatics analyses showed that L.polyactis KIF17(Lp-KIF17)shared high sequence similarity with homologs in other animals and possessed an N-terminal motor domain with microtubule-binding sites and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)hydrolysis sites,a stalk domain containing two coiled-coil regions,and a C-terminal tail domain.The Lp-kif17 mRNA was widely expressed in various tissues,with the highest level in the brain,followed by that in the testis.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)analysis revealed that Lp-kif17 was continuously expressed in spermiogenesis,showing that it had potential functions in this process.Using immunofluorescence(IF)analysis,we found that Lp-KIF17 colocalized with tubulin and was transferred from the perinuclear cytoplasm to the side of spermatid where the tail forms during spermiogenesis.These findings suggested that KIF17 is involved in L.polyactis spermiogenesis.In particular,it may participate in nuclear shaping and tail formation by interacting with perinuclear microtubules during spermatid reshaping.In addition to providing evidence for the role of KIF17 in fish spermatid reshaping,this study provides important data for studies of reproductive biology in L.polyactis. | Jingqian WANG Xinming GAO Xuebin ZHENG Chen DU Congcong HOU Qingping XIE Bao LOU Feng LIU Shan JIN Junquan ZHU | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,6: | 1 |

| 10 | Adaptive multiple video sensors fusion based on decentralized Kalman filter and sensor confidence显示文摘The fusion of multiple video sensors provides an effective way to improve the robustness and accuracy of video surveillance systems. In this paper, an adaptive fusion method based on a decentralized Kalman filter(DKF) and sensor confidence is presented for the fusion of multiple video sensors. The adaptive scheme is one of the approaches used for preventing the divergence problem of the filter when statistical values of the measurement noises of the system models are not available. By introducing the sensor confidence, we can adaptively adjust the measurement noise covariance matrix of the local DKFs and thus, determine the weight of each sensor more correctly in the fusion procedure. Also, the DKF applied here can make full use of redundant tracking data from multiple video sensors and give more accurate fusion results in an efficient manner. Finally,the fusion result with improved accuracy is obtained. | 15 | Testis Development and Ultrastructural Features During Spermatogenesis in Cultured Small Yellow Croaker,Larimichthys polyactis显示文摘The small yellow croaker Larimichthys polyactis is an economically important marine fish in Northeast Asia.Currently,its natural resources are threatened by overfishing and environmental pollution.Therefore,research on the reproductive system of the fish is crucial.Here,we studied the testis development and ultrastructural features of spermatogenesis in cultured L.polyactis using anatomical,histological,and ultrastructural techniques.A pair of testes,consisting of a central sperm duct and radial seminiferous lobules,were observed.The reproduction cycle of testes can be divided into stages I–VI.March to May was confirmed as the breeding season for male L.polyactis,while April is the ideal period for artificial breeding.The male L.polyactis can attain sexual maturity within 1 year.The spermatogenesis of L.polyactis comprised spermatogonium,spermatocyte,spermatid,and mature spermatozoon.The morphology of spermatogenic cells changed obviously during spermiogenesis,including nuclear shaping,midpiece and flagellum formation.The mature sperms consist of an ellipsoidal head,a short midpiece,and a long flagellum.The anterior of the head with a kidney-shaped nucleus can be distinguished.The midpiece is located posterior to the head and includes four to six spherical mitochondria.The flagellum has irregular lateral fins.The testis of L.polyactis is an unrestricted lobular type,with cystic spermatogenesis,type II spermiogenesis,and type II spermatozoa.These features are highly similar to those of other Sciaenid species.Our findings provide useful insights into the mechanism underlying testis development and spermatogenesis of L.polyactis,which can facilitate the artificial breeding of this species. | ZHENG Xuebin WANG Jingqian GAO Xinming DU Chen HOU Congcong XIE Qingping LIU Feng ZHU Junquan LOU Bao | 2023 | Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,5: | 0 |
