| 1 | Restraint of mid-spatial frequency error in magnetorheological finishing (MRF) process by maximum entropy method显示文摘In order to restrain the mid-spatial frequency error in magnetorheological finishing (MRF) process, a novel part-random path is designed based on the theory of maximum entropy method (MEM). Using KDMRF-1000F polishing machine, one flat work piece (98 mm in diameter) is polished. The mid-spatial frequency error in the region using part-random path is much lower than that by using common raster path. After one MRF iteration (7.46 min), peak-to-valley (PV) is 0.062 wave (1 wave =632.8 nm), root-mean-square (RMS) is 0.010 wave and no obvious mid-spatial frequency error is found. | 2 | Analysis of Chang’e-5 lunar core drilling process显示文摘Chang’e-5 explorer successfully acquired lunar regolith core samples from depths of greater than 1 m of lunar surface.This study analyzed the lunar core drilling process based on the telemetry data,image information,and returned samples to optimize the sampling device design and enhance the understanding of the lunar regolith.In particular,a prediction method for the projected drilling path and local terrain fitting of drilling dip angle was proposed based on the flight events recorded during the core drilling process and the image information acquired before,during,and after sampling.The results revealed that the drilling dip angle of Chang’e-5 was approximately2.3.,and the deviation of the drilling length and depth was less than 2 mm.For continuous drilling,a fusion method based on telemetry data and image information was applied to determine the demarcation point of drilling with and without the lunar soil.The position of the demarcation point implied that the drilling point remained at approximately 6 mm loose soil,thereby lagging the action of the force response.Additionally,a characteristic parameter comparison method was proposed for the lunar and ground drilling to analyze the status of the lunar soil.Furthermore,the analysis results revealed that the majority of the Chang’e-5 drilling samples were derived from 0–73.8 cm below the lunar surface and few samples were extracted below 73.8 cm,as the drilling encountered several rocky regions.Moreover,the drilling point exhibited two prominent stratification variations at~28.7 cm and~70 cm below the lunar surface.Ultimately,the preliminary relationship between sample dissected position in soft tube and drilling displacement was analyzed.The segmented estimation results can support research on subsurface lunar soil. | Yanhong ZHENG Mengfei YANG Xiangjin DENG Shengyi JIN Jing PENG Yan SU Zheng GU Liping CHEN Yong PANG Nai ZHANG | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,2: | 3 |

| 4 | Generation of Calhm1 knockout mouse and characterization of calhm1 gene expression显示文摘Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common neurode-generative disease among elderly people worldwide.Several genes have been validated to be associated with AD,and calcium homeostasis modulator 1(Calhm1)is the latest suspected one.To investigate the biological and pathological function of Calhm1 systematically,we generated a Calhm1 conventional knockout mouse.However,both the male and female of elderly Calhm1 knockout(KO)mice showed similar ability to their wild type littermates in spatial learning and memory retrieving.Surprisingly,we found that Calhm1 mRNA could not be detected in mouse brains at different ages,although it is expressed in the human brain tissues.We further found that CpG islands(CGIs)of both mouse and human Calhm1 were hypermethylated,whereas CGI of mouse Calhm2 was hypomethylated.In addition,transcriptional active marker H3K4Di occupied on promoters of human Calhm1 and mouse Calhm2 at a considerable level in brain tissues,while the occupancy of H3K4Di on pro-moter of mouse Calhm1 was rare.In sum,we found that mouse Calhm1 was of rare abundance in brain tissues.So it might not be suitable to utilize the knockout murine model to explore biological function of Calhm1 in the pathogenesis of AD. | Junbing Wu Shengyi Peng Rong Wu Yumin Hao Guangju Ji Zengqiang Yuan | 2012 | Protein & Cell2012,3,6: | 1 |

| 8 | Identification of the Kukersite-type source rocks in the Ordovician Stratigraphy from the Tarim Basin, NW China显示文摘Due to the importance of the Gloeocapsomorpha Prisca(G.prisca)-enriched source rocks,which belong to Kukersite-type source rocks in the Lower Paleozoic Ordovician strata,it has received great attentions during the petroleum exploration as to whether there are the Kukersite-type source rocks developed in the major hydrocarbon source strata of the Upper and Middle Ordovician in the Tarim Basin.Using pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrography to analyse kerogens from source rocks in the limemud mound with moderate maturity,study reveals that there are the Kukersite-type source rocks in the Ordovician strata of the Tarim Basin.The pyrolysis products showed a low content of>n-C19normal alkanes with a significant odd-even predominance between n-C13and n-C17,long-chain alky substituted alkylbenzene and alkylthiophene isomers and distinctive distribution of 5-Nalkyl-1,3-Benzenediol and its homologous.Based on the geographic environment characteristics of G.Prisca,the molecular distributions of crude oil from the Lower Paleozoic petroleum systems in the Tarim Basin and characteristics of kerogen pyrolysis products from the Middle and Upper Ordovician source rocks,the results suggested that it is less possible to develop the G.Prisca-enriched Kukersite-type source rocks in the major hydrocarbon source rocks in the Middle and Upper Ordovician strata in the Tarim Basin.However,the benthic macroalga and planktonic algae-enriched source rocks are the main contributors. | SUN YongGe MAO ShengYi WANG FeiYu PENG PingAn CHAI PingXia | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,35: | 0 |
| 9 | HIGH EMISSION PERFORMANCE IMPREGNATED DISPENSER CATHODE显示文摘In order to obtain higher emission performance than that of a traditional M-type cathode, we have developed a new type impregnated dispenser cathode. The new cathode is impregnated with a new active substance with molar ratio of 26BaO·29SrO·8Sc2O3 ·7CaO·Al2O3 . This paper introduces the emission performance, surface active material, and work function of the new cathode. At 1100℃B , the DC current density and pulse current density are 30.6±1.0 A/cm2 and 171.6±2.8 A/cm2 , respectively, 2.1 and 5.4 times of that of an M-type cathode. The work function of the new cathode is 1.668± 0.002 eV. High concentration O-Al-Sc-Sr-Ba and O-Al-Sc-Ba are found in the pores and at pore edges, respectively. | 10 | Acceptor modulation for improving thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitter in through-space charge transfer on spiroskeletons显示文摘Through-space charge transfer(TSCT)is regarded as an effective way to develop thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)emitters.Based on this strategy,many molecular frameworks have been proposed,among which spirobased scaffolds have been extensively studied due to their unique advantages.In this work,we developed three emitters SPS,SPO,and SPON,which were constructed with the same donor and various acceptors to explore the influence of acceptor modulation at the C9 position of fluorene for spirostructure TSCT emitters.The results show that the acceptor with too weak electronwithdrawing ability will cause the emitter to not have TADF properties,while the acceptor with too much steric hindrance will weaken the face-to-faceπ-πstacking interaction between donor/acceptor(D/A).Since SPO balances the electron-withdrawing strength and steric hindrance of the acceptor,it achieves the highest external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 17.75%.This work shows that appropriate acceptor selection is essential for the TADF properties and high efficiency of the spirobased scaffold TSCT emitter. | Jingfeng Liu Ziqi Feng Chenchen Peng Youjun Yu Shengyi Yang Zuoquan Jiang Liangsheng Liao | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6: | 0 |
