1REE composition in scheelite and scheelite Sm-Nd dating for the Xuebaoding W-Sn-Be deposit in Sichuan显示文摘The scheelite with large size and euhedral shape from Xuebaoding, Sichuan Province is an ideal min- eral to study REE patterns and Sm-Nd dating of non-gold deposits. The scheelite has diameters of 1― 10 cm and colors of pale beige to deep orange. Most of these scheelites occur in association with beryl, cassiterite and muscovite. The rare earth elements indicate that scheelite samples from Xuebaoding W-Sn-Be deposits contain high concentrations of rare earth elements with total ΣREE+Y contents in the range of 369―1725 μg·g?1 and nearly all of these scheelite samples are enriched in LREE and depleted in HREE and have negative Eu anomalies. The REE patterns of the scheelites are similar to those of A-type granite with obvious tetrad effect, similar to that of type II scheelites. Based on reported fluid inclusion studies, the mineralizing-fluid of the Xuebaoding W-Sn-Be deposit indicates low Na activity. The REE patterns of the scheelite are probably controlled by partition coefficient in hydrothermal fluid. In the 147Sm/144Nd-143Nd/144Nd diagram, the scheelites show a linear array corresponding to an isochron age of 182.0±9.2 Ma (MSWD = 0.52). The Sm-Nd age represents the formation age of the scheelite and can indicate that the W, Sn and Be mineralization at Xuebaoding took place in the Early Yanshanian. 2Design and experimental study of a micro-groove grinding wheel with spray cooling effect显示文摘The effectiveness of grinding fluid supply has a crucial impact on grinding quality and efficiency in high speed grinding. In order to improve the cooling and lubrication, through in-depth research of self-inhaling internal cooling method and intermittent grinding mechanism, a new spray cooling method used in high speed grinding is proposed. By referring to the structure of bowlshaped dispersion disk, the grinding wheel matrix with atomization ability is designed; through studying heat transfer of droplet collision and the influence of micro-groove on the boiling heat transfer, grinding segment with micro-groove is designed to enhance the heat flux of coolant and achieve maximum heat transfer between droplets and grinding contact zone. High-speed grinding experiments on GH4169 with the developed grinding wheel are carried out. The results show that with the micro-groove grinding wheel just 5.4% of pump outlet flow rate and 0.5% of spindle energy is needed to reduce the grinding temperature to 200 C, which means the developed grinding wheel makes cooling high efficient and low energy consuming.Shi Chaofeng Li Xun Chen Zhitong 2014Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2014,27,2:14
3Co3O4 modified Ag/g-C3N4 composite as a bifunctional cathode for lithium-oxygen battery显示文摘Rechargeable lithium-oxygen(Li-O2)batteries have appeal to enormous attention because they demonstrate higher energy density than the state-of-the-art Li-ion batteries.Whereas,their practical application is impeded by several challenging problems,such as the low energy round trip efficiencies and the insufficient cycle life,due to the cathode passivation caused by the accumulation of discharge products.Developing efficient catalyst for oxygen reduction and evolution reactions is effective to reduce the overpotentials in Li-O2cells.In our work,we report a Co3O4modified Ag/g-C3N4nanocomposite as a bifunctional cathode catalyst for Li-O2cells.The g-C3N4substrate prevents the accumulation of Ag and Co3O4nanoparticles and the presence of Ag NPs improves the surface area of g-C3N4and electronic conductivity,significantly improving the oxygen reduction/evolution capabilities of Co3O4.Due to a synergetic effect,the Ag/g-C3N4/Co3O4nanocomposite demonstrates a higher catalytic activity than each individual constituent of Co3O4or Ag/g-C3N4for the ORR/OER on as catalysts in Li-O2cells.As a result,the Ag/gC3N4/Co3O4composite shows impressive electrochemical performance in a Li-O2battery,including high discharge capacity,small gap between charge and discharge potential,and high cycling stability.Qi Guo Chenwei Zhang Chaofeng Zhang Sen Xin Pengchao Zhang Qiufan Shi Dawei Zhang Ya You 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,2:4

15Relaxin-encapsulated polymeric metformin nanoparticles remodel tumor immune microenvironment by reducing CAFs for efficient triple-negative breast cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are one of the most abundant stromal cells in the tumor microenvironment which mediate desmoplastic response and are the primary driver for an immunosuppressive microenvironment,leading to the failure of triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)immunotherapy.Therefore,depleting CAFs may enhance the effect of immunotherapy(such as PD-L1 antibody).Relaxin(RLN)has been demonstrated to significantly improve transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)induced CAFs activation and tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment.However,the short half-life and systemic vasodilation of RLN limit its in vivo efficacy.Here,plasmid encoding relaxin(pRLN)to locally express RLN was delivered with a new positively charged polymer named polymeric metformin(PolyMet),which could increase gene transfer efficiency significantly and have low toxicity that have been certified by our lab before.In order to improve the stability of pRLN in vivo,this complex was further formed lipid poly-γ-glutamic acid(PGA)/PolyMetpRLN nanoparticle(LPPR).The particle size of LPPR was 205.5±2.9 nm,and the zeta potential was+55.4±1.6 mV.LPPR displayed excellent tumor penetrating efficacy and weaken proliferation of CAFs in 4T1luc/CAFs tumor spheres in vitro.In vivo,it could reverse aberrantly activated CAFs by decreasing the expression of profibrogenic cytokine and remove the physical barrier to reshape the tumor stromal microenvironment,which enabled a 2.2-fold increase in cytotoxic T cell infiltration within the tumor and a decrease in immunosuppressive cells infiltration.Thus,LPPR was observed retarded tumor growth by itself in the 4T1 tumor bearing-mouse,and the reshaped immune microenvironment further led to facilitate antitumor effect when it combined with PD-L1 antibody(aPD-L1).Altogether,this study presented a novel therapeutic approach against tumor stroma using LPPR to achieve a combination regimen with immune checkpoint blockade therapy against the desmoplastic TNBC model.Hongyan Zhang Liying Chen Yue Zhao Ningchao Luo Jingbin Shi Shujun Xu Lisha Ma Menglin Wang Mancang Gu Chaofeng Mu Yang Xiong 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,2:1
16Dynein axonemal heavy chain 10 deficiency causes primary ciliary dyskinesia in humans and mice显示文摘Primary ciliary dyskinesia(PCD)is a congenital,motile ciliopathy with pleiotropic symptoms.Although nearly 50 causative genes have been identified,they only account for approximately 70%of definitive PCD cases.Dynein axonemal heavy chain 10(DNAH10)encodes a subunit of the inner arm dynein heavy chain in motile cilia and sperm flagella.Based on the common axoneme structure of motile cilia and sperm flagella,DNAH10 variants are likely to cause PCD.Using exome sequencing,we identified a novel DNAH10 homozygous variant(c.589C>T,p.R197W)in a patient with PCD from a consanguineous family.The patient manifested sinusitis,bronchiectasis,situs inversus,and asthenoteratozoospermia.Immunostaining analysis showed the absence of DNAH10 and DNALI1 in the respiratory cilia,and transmission electron microscopy revealed strikingly disordered axoneme 9+2 architecture and inner dynein arm defects in the respiratory cilia and sperm flagella.Subsequently,animal models of Dnah10-knockin mice harboring missense variants and Dnah10-knockout mice recapitulated the phenotypes of PCD,including chronic respiratory infection,male infertility,and hydrocephalus.To the best of our knowledge,this study is the first to report DNAH10 deficiency related to PCD in human and mouse models,which suggests that DNAH10 recessive mutation is causative of PCD.Rongchun Wang Danhui Yang Chaofeng Tu Cheng Lei Shuizi Ding Ting Guo Lin Wang Ying Liu Chenyang Lu Binyi Yang Shi Ouyang Ke Gong Zhiping Tan Yun Deng Yueqiu Tan Jie Qing Hong Luo 2023Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,5:0

18Perovskite oxides La_(0.4)Sr_(0.6)Co_xMn_(1-x)O_3(x=0,0.2,0.4) as an effective electrocatalyst for lithium-air batteries显示文摘Co-doped perovskite oxide La_(0.4)Sr_(0.6)Co_xMn_(1-x)O_3(x=0, 0.2, 0.4) composites are prepared by sol-gel method utilizing citric acid as chelating agent. These composites show good catalytic activities when tested as catalysts rechargeable lithium-air batteries. In particular, the La_(0.4)Sr_(0.6)Co_(0.4)Mn_(0.6)O_3 shows a lower potential gap. When these samples are tested as catalysts for Li-air batteries at a current density of100 mA g^(-1), the discharge capacities with different La_(0.4)Sr_(0.6)Co_xMn_(1-x)O_3(x=0,0.2, 0.4) catalysts are 5819, 6420, and 7227 mA h g^(-1),respectively. In addition, under a capacity limitation of 1000 mA h g^(-1), the cell using La_(0.4)Sr_(0.6)Co_(0.4)Mn_(0.6)O_3 as catalyst shows good cycling stability up to 46 cycles. 20Theoretical and technical progress in exploration practice of the deep-water large oil fields, Santos Basin, Brazil显示文摘The history and results of petroleum exploration in the Santos Basin, Brazil are reviewed. The regularity of hydrocarbon enrichment and the key exploration technologies are summarized and analyzed using the seismic, gravity, magnetic and drilling data. It is proposed that the Santos Basin had a structural pattern of two uplifts and three depressions and the Aram-Uirapuru uplift belt controlled the hydrocarbon accumulation. It is believed that the main hydrocarbon source kitchen in the rift period controlled the hydrocarbon-enriched zones, paleo-structures controlled the scale and quality of lacustrine carbonate reservoirs, and continuous thick salt rocks controlled the hydrocarbon formation and preservation. The process and mechanism of reservoirs being transformed by CO_(2)charging were revealed. Five key exploration technologies were developed,including the variable-velocity mapping for layer-controlled facies-controlled pre-salt structures, the prediction of lacustrine carbonate reservoirs, the prediction of intrusive/effusive rock distribution, the detection of hydrocarbons in lacustrine carbonates, and the logging identification of supercritical CO_(2)fluid.
