5Relation Classification via Sequence Features and Bi-Directional LSTMs显示文摘Structure features need complicated pre-processing, and are probably domain-dependent. To reduce time cost of pre-processing, we propose a novel neural network architecture which is a bi-directional long-short-term-memory recurrent-neural-network(Bi-LSTM-RNN) model based on low-cost sequence features such as words and part-of-speech(POS) tags, to classify the relation of two entities. First, this model performs bi-directional recurrent computation along the tokens of sentences. Then, the sequence is divided into five parts and standard pooling functions are applied over the token representations of each part. Finally, the token representations are concatenated and fed into a softmax layer for relation classification. We evaluate our model on two standard benchmark datasets in different domains, namely Sem Eval-2010 Task 8 and Bio NLP-ST 2016 Task BB3. In Sem Eval-2010 Task 8, the performance of our model matches those of the state-of-the-art models, achieving 83.0% in F1. In Bio NLP-ST 2016 Task BB3, our model obtains F_1 51.3% which is comparable with that of the best system. 7MULTIVARIATE ANALYSIS OF RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN IODINE BIOLOGICAL EXPOSURE AND SUBCLINICAL THYROID DYSFUNCTIONS显示文摘Objective To assess the relationships between iodine biological exposure and subclinical thyroid dysfunctions. Methods The cross-sectional survey was performed to obtain the epidemiologic data of population in three communities with different iodine biological exposure: mild iodine deficiency [median urinary iodine concentration (MUI) of 50-99 μg/L], more than adequate iodine intake (MUI of 200-299 μg/L), and excessive iodine intake (MUI over 300 μg/L). Univariate and multivariate analysis (logistic regression analysis) were used to analyze the risk factors of subclinical hypothyroidism and subclinical hyperthyroidism. Results Logistic regression analysis with sex and age controlled suggested that more than adequate iodine intake (OR = 3.172, P = 0.0004) and excessive iodine intake (OR = 6.391, P = 0.0001) increased the risk of subclinical hypothyroidism, while excessive iodine intake decreased the risk of subclinical hyperthyroidism (OR = 0.218, P = 0.0001). Logistic regression analysis including interaction of iodine intake and antibodies [tryroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb)] suggested that excessive iodine intake was an independent risk factor of subclinical hypothyroidism (OR = 6.360, P = 0.0001), but independent protect factor of subclinical hyperthyroidism (OR = 0.193, P = 0.0001). More than adequate iodine intake and it’s interaction with TgAb increased the risk of subclinical hypothyroidism independently, in addition, it decreased the risk of subclinical hyperthyroidism at the present of TPOAb. 10Smart drug delivery systems for precise cancer therapy显示文摘Nano-drug delivery strategies have been highlighted in cancer treatment, and much effort has been made in the optimization of bioavailability, biocompatibility, pharmacokinetics profiles, and in vivo distributions of anticancer nano-drug delivery systems. However, problems still exist in the delicate balance between improved anticancer efficacy and reduced toxicity to normal tissues, and opportunities arise along with the development of smart stimuli-responsive delivery strategies. By on-demand responsiveness towards exogenous or endogenous stimulus, these smart delivery systems hold promise for advanced tumor-specificity as well as controllable release behavior in a spatial-temporal manner. Meanwhile, the blossom of nanotechnology, material sciences, and biomedical sciences has shed light on the diverse modern drug delivery systems with smart characteristics, versatile functions, and modification possibilities. This review summarizes the current progress in various strategies for smart drug delivery systems against malignancies and introduces the representative endogenous and exogenous stimuli-responsive smart delivery systems. 11Laser Surface Remelting of Fe-based Alloy Coating Deposited by APS显示文摘The Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings with different porosities were deposited on Q235 steel substrates by means of atmospheric plasma spraying(APS).The as-sprayed coatings were remelted by the facility of a Nd:YAG laser to further enhance their compactness and bonding strength via orthogonal experiment design.The effects of laser remelting on the microstructure,phase compositions and mechanical properties of the as-sprayed coatings were investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and Vickers microhardness tester.The corrosion performance of the coatings was evaluated by both potential dynamic measurements(PDM)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)in a 10%NaOH solution.The results indicate that laser power of 700 W,scanning velocity of 4 mm/s,beam size of 3 mm and porosity of 1.19%are the optimized remelting process parameters.The laser-remelted coatings exhibite more homogenous structure as strong metallurgical bonding to substrates.The amorphous phases in the as-sprayed coatings crystallize toα-Fe,Fe2Si,Fe3.5B,and Fe2W phases for the high temperature and rapid solidification in the remelting process.The microhardness values of as-sprayed are in the range of 700-800 HV0.1,while the microhardness values of the remelted coatings are enhanced slightly to 750-850 HV0.1.Both PDM and EIS analysis results show that the remelted coatings exhibite relatively excellent corrosion resistance compared with the stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti,however the corrosion resistance of the remelted coatings is inferior to the as-sprayed amorphous coatings.Fu Teng Ye Fuxing Wei Haihong Cui Chong 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:2

17A new type-γ'/γ''coprecipitation behavior and its evolution mechanism in wrought Ni-based ATI 718Plus superalloy显示文摘In the precipitation-hardened Ni-based superalloy,typified by ATI 718 Plus,the nano-scaleγandγphase in duplet or triple coprecipitate morphology can provide superior high-temperature strength.Thus,it is of great sense to study the evolution ofγ’/γ’’coprecipitate during long term service at elevated temperature.In this study,the new-typeγ’/γ’’coprecipitates with a sandwich or compact configuration were found firstly in wrought ATI 718 Plus superalloy during long term thermal exposure at 705℃.These co-structure of theγ’/γ’’precipitates evidently inhibit the coarsening ofγ’phase.The increase of thermal exposure time evidently leads to the increase of the volume fraction ofγ’/γ’’coprecipitate and transformation of sandwich-typeγ’/γ’’coprecipitate to compact-typeγ’/γ’’coprecipitate,which is characterized asγphase precipitate at several faces of theγphase.The main evolution mechanism ofγ’/γ’’coprecipitates is element segregation,especially the composition variations of Al+Ti and Nb and their ratio of Al+Ti/Nb.In addition,the interfacial energy betweenγ’’phase andγmatrix also plays a key role on theγ’/γ’’coprecipitates evolution.The calculated results show that the longer thermal exposure time leads to the higher interfacial energy,which is beneficial for nucleation and precipitation ofγ’’phase on the faces ofγ’phase.Qianying Guo Zongqing Ma Zhixia Qiao Chong Li Teng Zhang Jun Li Chenxi Liu Yongchang Liu 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,24:1
