| 1 | The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic,progressive and debilitating disease,which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor,muscular rigidity,bradykinesia and postural instability.As the disease progresses,additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago,there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians,leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then,the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved.Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence,and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed,including physical activity and disease-modifying medication,which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease.The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications.Moreover,different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly,treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China. | Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao | 2016 | Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1: | 23 |

| 3 | Pressure Regulation for Earth Pressure Balance Control on Shield Tunneling Machine by Using Adaptive Robust Control显示文摘Most current studies about shield tunneling machine focus on the construction safety and tunnel structure stability during the excavation. Behaviors of the machine itself are also studied, like some tracking control of the machine. Yet, few works concern about the hydraulic components, especially the pressure and flow rate regulation components. This research focuses on pressure control strategies by using proportional pressure relief valve, which is widely applied on typical shield tunneling machines. Modeling of a commercial pressure relief valve is done. The modeling centers on the main valve, because the dynamic performance is determined by the main valve. To validate such modeling, a frequency-experiment result of the pressure relief valve, whose bandwidth is about 3 Hz, is presented as comparison. The modeling and the frequency experimental result show that it is reasonable to regard the pressure relief valve as a second-order system with two low corner frequencies. PID control, dead band compensation control and adaptive robust control(ARC) are proposed and simulation results are presented. For the ARC, implements by using first order approximation and second order approximation are presented. The simulation results show that the second order approximation implement with ARC can track 4 Hz sine signal very well, and the two ARC simulation errors are within 0.2 MPa. Finally, experiment results of dead band compensation control and adaptive robust control are given. The results show that dead band compensation had about 30° phase lag and about 20% off of the amplitude attenuation. ARC is tracking with little phase lag and almost no amplitude attenuation. In this research, ARC has been tested on a pressure relief valve. | 10 | In vivo transfection of enhanced green fluorescent protein in rat retinal ganglion cells mediated by ultrasound-induced microbubbles显示文摘BACKGROUND:Studies have demonstrated that ultrasound-mediated microbubble destruction significantly improves transfection efficiency of enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP) in in vitro cultured retinal ganglial cells(RGCs). OBJECTIVE:To investigate the feasibility of ultrasound-mediated microbubble destruction for EGFP transfection in rat RGCs,and to compare efficiency and cell damage with traditional transfection methods. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:In vivo,gene engineering experiment.The study was performed at the Central Laboratory,Institute of Ultrasonic Imaging,Chongqing Medical University from March to July 2008. MATERIALS:Eukaryotic expression vector plasmid EGFP and microbubbles were prepared by the Institute of Ultrasonic Imaging,Chongqing Medical University.The microbubbles were produced at a concentration of 8.7×10^(11)/L,with a 2-4μm diameter,and 10-hour half-life in vitro. METHODS:A total of 50 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to four groups.Normal controls(n=5) were infused with 5μL normal saline to the vitreous cavity;the naked plasmid group (n=15) was infused with 5μL EGFP plasmid to the vitreous cavity;in the plasmid with ultrasound group(n=15),the eyes were irradiated with low-energy ultrasound wave(0.5 W/cm^2) for a total of 60 seconds(irradiated for 5 seconds,at 10-second intervals) immediately following infusion of EGFP plasmids to the vitreous cavities.In the microbubble-ultrasound group(n=15),the eyes were irradiated with the same power of ultrasonic wave immediately following infusion of microbubbles containing EGFP plasmids to the vitreous cavities. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:After 7 days,retinal preparations and EGFP expression in RGCs were observed by fluorescence microscopy.RGC quantification in the retinal ganglion cell layer was performed.In addition,EGFP mRNA expression was semi-quantitatively determined by RT-PCR. RESULTS:The transfection efficiency of EGFP to RGCs by microbubbles with ultrasound was significantly greater than the other groups,and no obvious damage was detected in the RGCs. | 18 | Flow-restricted Etching Method on Isotropic Substrates and Its Mechanism显示文摘With the development of analytical instrumentation to minimization,integration and automation,the microfluidic chips,which are more integrated,complex and diversified,have been applied widely on the manufacturing of analytical instrumentation.However,the present photolithography-based microfabrication technology,which is only able to pattern microchannels with simple inside structures,can not follow the rapid development of requirements.For solving the problem,a fabrication method based on the restricting effect of laminar flow is proposed for the micro etching on isotropic substrates.Experiments were conducted inside glass-based microchannels,in which certain etchant was used to form complicated microstructures.The flow parameters' effects on the aspect ratio,side wall profile and etching rate were revealed by the experiments.The experimental results reveal that the topography of micro structures patterned with the restricted flow etching method is mainly determined by the flowrates of separator and etchant.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) model on the interface between multiple streams was established for the etching process,and analysis on the causes of various micro topographies was conducted based on the CFD simulation results.The experimental data consisted with the simulation results very well.The investigation depicted in this paper indicate that the flow restricted etching method provides sufficient references for the research and understanding on the mass transport at the liquid-liquid surface in the microchannel and can be used to pattern complex micro structures with high aspect ratios,meantime,it greatly enriches the microfabrication technology for microfluidic chips. | XIE Haibo ZHENG Yi FAN Yurun FU Xin YANG Huayong | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,5: | 1 |
