| 1 | A review on synthesis of graphene,h-BN and MoS2 for energy storage applications:Recent progress and perspectives显示文摘The significance of graphene and its two-dimensional(2D)analogous inorganic layered materials especially as hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)and molybdenum disulphide(MoS2)for“clean energy”applications became apparent over the last few years due to their extraordinary properties.In this review article we study the current progress and selected challenges in the syntheses of graphene,h-BN and MoS2 including energy storage applications as supercapacitors and batteries.Various substrates/catalysts(metals/insulator/semiconducting)have been used to obtain graphene,h-BN and MoS2 using different kinds of precursors.The most widespread methods for synthesis of graphene,h-BN and MoS2 layers are chemical vapor deposition(CVD),plasma-enhanced CVD,hydro/solvothermal methods,liquid phase exfoliation,physical methods etc.Current research has shown that graphene,h-BN and MoS2 layered materials modified with metal oxide can have an insightful influence on the performance of energy storage devices as supercapacitors and batteries.This review article also contains the discussion on the opportunities and perspectives of these materials(graphene,h-BN and MoS2)in the energy storage fields.We expect that this witen review article including recent research on energy storage will help in generating new insights for further development and practical applications of graphene,h-BN and MoS2 layers based materials. | Rajesh Kumar Sumanta Sahoo Ednan Joanni Rajesh Kumar Singh Ram Manohar Yadav Rajiv Kumar Verma Dinesh Pratap Singh Wai Kian Tan Angel Perez del Pino Stanislav A.Moshkalev Atsunori Matsuda | 2019 | Nano Research2019，12，11： | 12 |
| 2 | Autochthonous halotolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria promote bacoside A yield of Bacopa monnieri(L.)Nash and phytoextraction of salt-affected soil显示文摘Phytoremediation is a promising approach for reclamation of salt-affected soil.Phytoextraction is the most commonly used process,which exploits plants to absorb,immobilize,and accumulate salt in their shoots.In this study,halotolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)were isolated from the rhizosphere of wild grasses growing naturally in salt-affected areas of Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh(India)and were tested for their efficacies of salt-tolerance and plant growth-promoting(PGP)abilities.Based on 16S rRNA sequences,the most efficient halotolerant isolates possessing PGP traits were identified as Pseudomonas plecoglossicida(KM 233646),Acinetobacter calcoaceticus(KM 233647),Bacillus flexus(KM 233648),and Bacillus safensis(KM 233652).Application of these isolates as bio-inoculants significantly(P<0.05)increased the growth and bacoside A yield of a medicinal plant,Bacopa monnieri(L.)Nash,grown on natural salt-affected soil.The phytoremediation of salt-affected soil was evident by the substantial increase in shoot Na^+:K^+ratio of bio-inoculant-treated plants.When compared to un-inoculated control plants,the soil physico-chemical properties of bio-inoculant-treated plants were improved.The shoot and root biomass(fresh and dry weights),soil enzymes,and soil nutrient parameters showed significant positive correlations with the shoot Na+:K+ratio.Consequently,the halotolerant PGPR screened in this study could be useful for the reclamation of saline soils concomitant with improved plant growth and bacoside A yield. | Umesh PANKAJ Durgesh Narain SINGH Pooja MISHRA Pooja GAUR C.S.Vivek BABU Karuna SHANKER Rajesh Kumar VERMA | 2020 | Pedosphere2020，30，5： | 9 |
| 3 | Endoscopic management of postcholecystectomy biliary leakage显示文摘BACKGROUND: Biliary leak is an uncommon but significant complication following cholecystectomy. Endotherapy is an established method of treatment. However, the optimal intervention is not known. METHOD: Eighty-five patients with postcholecystectomy biliary leaks from July 2000 to March 2009 were retrospectively evaluated. RESULTS: The study population was 20 males and 65 females with a mean age of 42.47 years. Patients presented with abdominal pain (46), jaundice (23), fever (23), abdominal distension (42), or bilious abdominal drain (67). Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography detected a leak at the cystic duct stump in 45 patients, stricture with middle common bile duct leak in 4, leak from the right hepatic duct in 3, and a ligated common bile duct in 32. Twelve also had bile duct stones. One had a broken T-tube with stones Endotherapy was possible in 53 patients. Three patients with stones, one with a broken T-tube with stones, and 4 with stricture of the common bile duct with a leak were managed with sphincterotomy and stenting. Eight patients with a cystic duct stump leak with stones were managed with sphincterotomy and stone extraction. Three outpatients and 12 inpatients with a cystic duct stump leak were managed with sphincterotomy and stent and sphincterotomy and nasobiliary drain, respectively. Five patients with a cystic duct stump leak were managed with stenting. Sixteen with coagulopathy were managed with only nasobiliary drain (9) or stent (7). Leak closure was achieved in 100% patients Four developed mild pancreatitis which improved with conservative treatment.CONCLUSIONS: Endoscopic intervention is a safe and effective method of treatment of postcholecystectomy biliary leaks. | 5 | Anti-mycobacterial screening of five Indian medicinal plants and partial purification of active extracts of Cassia sophera and Urtica dioica显示文摘Objective:To find out the anti-mycobacterial potential of Cassia sophera(C.sophera),Urtica dioica(U.dioica),Momordica dioica,Tribulus terrains and Coccinia indica plants against multidrug resistant(MDR) strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(M.tuberculosis).Methods:Plant materials were extracted successively with solvents of increasing polarity.Solvent extracts were screened for anti-mycobacterial activity against fast growing,non-pathogenic mycobacterium strain,Mycobacterium semegmatis,by disk diffusion method.The active extracts were tested against MDR and clinical isolates of M.tuberculosis by absolute concentration and proportion methods.The active extracts were subjected to bio-autoassay on TLC followed by silica column chromatography for isolation of potential drug leads.Results:Hexane extract of U.dioica(HEUD) and methanol extract of C.sophera(MECS) produced inhibition zone of 20 mm in disc diffusion assay and MIC of 250 and 125μg/mL respectively in broth dilution assay against Mycobacterium semegmatis.Semipurified traction F2 from MECS produced 86%inhibition against clinical isolate and 60%inhibition against MDR strain of ilf.tuberculosis.F18 from HEUD produced 81%inhibition against clinical isolate and 60%inhibition against MDR strain of M.tuberculosis.Phytochemical analysis indicated that anti-mycobacterial activity of MECS may be due to presence of alkaloids or flavonoids and that of HEUD due to terpenoids.Condosions:C.sophera and U.dioica plant extracts exhibited promising anti-mycobacterial activity against MDR strain of M.tuberculosis. | 13 | Implantless patellar fixation in medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction显示文摘Purpose:The medial patellofemoral ligament(MPFL)acts as primary restraint to lateral patellar dislocation and its rupture has been reported in almost all cases of acute patellar dislocation.Various surgical techniques have been described for MPFL reconstruction,using many femoral and patellar fixation techniques and different grafts.This article details our technique for MPFL reconstruction using semitendinosus graft which avoids the use of implant at patellar end.Methods:Twenty patients(8 males and 12 females)with complaints regarding acute and chronic lateral patellar instability were evaluated and treated by MPFL reconstruction procedure.The mean age of patients was 21 years(range 17-34 years).MPFL reconstruction was performed using semitendinosus graft passing through two parallel,obliquely directed tunnels created in patella.Fixation of graft was done with an interference screw only at the femoral end.Mean follow-up period after intervention was 26.4 months(range 23-30 months).Results were evaluated using Kujala score.Results:All patients gained adequate patellar stability and full arc of motion.No incidence of patella fracture was noted.There were no postoperative complications related to the procedure.There was no recurrence of instability in patella at final follow-up.Conclusion:Passing the graft through the tunnels in patella without use of any implant has given excellent functional outcome and moreover has the advantages of less implant-related complications and cost-effectiveness. | Ashish Devgan Umesh Yadav Pankaj Sharma Rajesh Rohilla Radhika Devgan Pravesh Mudgil Aman Verma Vasudha Dhupper | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Traumatology2019，22，5： | 1 |
