| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 4 | Operational reliability evaluation of restructured power systems with wind power penetration utilizing reliability network equivalent and time-sequential simulation approaches显示文摘In the last two decades,the wind power generation has been rapidly and widely developed in many regions and countries for tackling the problems of environmental pollution and sustainability of energy supply.However,the high share of intermittent and fluctuating wind power production has also increased the burden of system operator for securing power system reliability during the operational phase.Moreover,the power system restructuring and deregulation have not only introduced the competition for reducing cost but also changed the strategy of reliability evaluation and management of power systems.The conventional long-term reliability evaluation techniques have been well developed,which have been more focused on planning and expansion rather than operation of power systems.This paper proposes a new technique for evaluating operational reliabilities of restructured power systems with high wind power penetration.The proposed technique is based on the combination of the reliability network equivalent and time-sequential simulation approaches.The operational reliability network equivalents are developed to represent reliability models of wind farms,conventional generation and reserve provides,fast reserve providers and transmission network in restructured power systems.A contingency management schema for real time operation considering its coupling with the dayahead market is proposed.The time-sequential Monte Carlo simulation is used to model the chronological characteristics of corresponding reliability network equivalents.Asimplified method is also developed in the simulation procedures for improving the computational efficiency.The proposed technique can be used to evaluate customers’reliabilities considering high penetration of wind power during the power system operation in the deregulated environment. | Yi DING Lin CHENG Yonghong ZHANG Yusheng XUE | 2014 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2014,2,4: | 11 |
| 5 | Using Highway Connections to Enable Deep Small-footprint LSTM-RNNs for Speech Recognition显示文摘Long short-term memory RNNs(LSTMRNNs) have shown great success in the Automatic speech recognition(ASR) field and have become the state-ofthe-art acoustic model for time-sequence modeling tasks.However, it is still difficult to train deep LSTM-RNNs while keeping the parameter number small. We use the highway connections between memory cells in adjacent layers to train a small-footprint highway LSTM-RNNs(HLSTM-RNNs), which are deeper and thinner compared to conventional LSTM-RNNs. | 6 | Zanthoxylum-specific whole genome duplication and recent activity of transposable elements in the highly repetitive paleotetraploid Z.bungeanum genome显示文摘Zanthoxylum bungeanum is an important spice and medicinal plant that is unique for its accumulation of abundant secondary metabolites,which create a characteristic aroma and tingling sensation in the mouth.Owing to the high proportion of repetitive sequences,high heterozygosity,and increased chromosome number of Z.bungeanum,the assembly of its chromosomal pseudomolecules is extremely challenging.Here,we present a genome sequence for Z.bungeanum,with a dramatically expanded size of 4.23 Gb,assembled into 68 chromosomes.This genome is approximately tenfold larger than that of its close relative Citrus sinensis.After the divergence of Zanthoxylum and Citrus,the lineage-specific whole-genome duplication event q-WGD approximately 26.8 million years ago(MYA)and the recent transposable element(TE)burst~6.41 MYA account for the substantial genome expansion in Z.bungeanum.The independent Zanthoxylum-specific WGD event was followed by numerous fusion/fission events that shaped the genomic architecture.Integrative genomic and transcriptomic analyses suggested that prominent speciesspecific gene family expansions and changes in gene expression have shaped the biosynthesis of sanshools,terpenoids,and anthocyanins,which contribute to the special flavor and appearance of Z.bungeanum.In summary,the reference genome provides a valuable model for studying the impact of WGDs with recent TE activity on gene gain and loss and genome reconstruction and provides resources to accelerate Zanthoxylum improvement. | Shijing Feng Zhenshan Liu Jian Cheng Zihe Li Lu Tian Min Liu Tuxi Yang Yulin Liu Yonghong Liu He Dai Zujun Yang Qing Zhang Gang Wang Jisen Zhang Huifeng Jiang Anzhi Wei | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 5 |
| 7 | MoS2 nanorods with inner caves through synchronous encapsulation of sulfur for high performance Li–S cathodes显示文摘Lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries have become one of the most promising candidates for next-generation batteries owing to their high specific capacity,low cost,and environment-friendliness.Many efforts have been made to mitigate the'shuttle effect'through physical adsorption and chemical bonding.MoS2 has been proposed as a cathode material to provide effective anchoring sites for lithium polysulfides(Li PSs),but is still limited by its layer structure.Herein,we designed novel MoS2 nanorods with inner caves based on our previous work,and performed synchronous encapsulation of sulfur during the synthesis process.The outer MoS2 tubular shells physically inhibit the outward diffusion of polysulfide species while the inner particles chemically anchor the polysulfides to prevent shuttling.As the cathode matrix in Li–S batteries,the electrochemical results deliver a high initial discharge capacity of 1213 mAhg^-1 for sulfur at 0.1 C.After cycling at 1 C for 300 cycles,the cells exhibit a capacity decay of only 0.076%per cycle and high average coulombic efficiency over 95%.The tubular MoS2 structure is an innovative and appealing design,which could be regarded as a prospective substrate for the improved performance of Li–S batteries. | Yikun Yi Zechen Liu Pu Yang Tao Wang Xuewen Zhao Hongyang Huang Yonghong Cheng Jinying Zhang Mingtao Li | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,6: | 5 |
| 8 | Identification of Differentially-expressed Genes in Intestinal Gastric Cancer by Microarray Analysis显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC) is one of the most frequent malignant tumors. In order to systematically characterize the cellular and molecular mechanisms of intestinal GC development,in this study, we used 22 K oligonucleotide microarrays and bioinformatics analysis to evaluate the gene expression profiles of GC in 45 tissue samples, including 20 intestinal GC tissue samples,20 normal appearing tissues(NATs) adjacent to tumors and 5 noncancerous gastric mucosa tissue samples. These profiles allowed us to explore the transcriptional characteristics of GC and determine the change patterns in gene expression that may be of clinical significance. 1519 and 1255 differentially-expressed genes(DEGs) were identified in intestinal GC tissues and NATs, respectively,as determined by Bayesian analysis(P < 0.001). | 14 | Theory-driven designed TiO_(2)@MoO_(2)heterojunction:Balanced crystallinity and nanostructure toward desirable kinetics and highrate sodium-ion storage显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are promising candidates for large-scale energy storage due to their cost effectiveness and the unlimited availability of sodium.However,there remains a need for the rational design of better anodic materials than are currently available,as these materials are critical for the sodium-ion storage process.In this work,theoretical calculations were performed to design a conceptually novel TiO_(2)@MoO_(2)heterojunction(TMH)anode that was expected to exhibit better electrochemical performance than current anodes.The TMH anode was fabricated via a facile and cost-effective method,and the results of in-depth sodium-ion-storage performance and reaction kinetics analyses indicate that it exhibited an excellent rate capability and enhanced pseudocapacitive response,due to its high crystallinity.This electrochemical performance was superior to that of previously reported anodic materials,confirming the accuracy of the theoretical calculations.Destruction of TMH’s nanostructure at high temperatures resulted in a decrease in its electrochemical performance,indicating the key role played by the nanostructure in TMH’s ability to store sodium ions.This study demonstrates that integration of theoretical predictions with experimental investigations offers insights into how materials’crystallinity and nanostructure affect their pseudocapacitive sodiumion storage capabilities,which will help to guide the rational design of effective anodic materials for SIBs. | Junyi Yin Pengqi Hai Yuan Gao Zihan Gan Chao Wu Yonghong Cheng Xin Xu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,4: | 1 |
